Givi shield Moto-centric soft bags 12 volt acc. plug Russell Custom Seat New Avon Road Runner Tires  This 2012 ZF9 DS is in Excellent condition, has an honest range of approx. 80 miles on a charge  (Zero claims 112 miles per charge, but that has not been my experience )...AND  C-O-S-T-S ABOUT 1 CENT PER MILE FOR FUEL…..The original motor was replaced under warranty by BMW Motorcycles of Charlotte in December of 2016…..It now has their latest Hybrid engine which is approx. 20% more powerful than the original……The original engine was not communicating with the power pack software…..It was an intermittent issue that caused the bike to stutter while riding which became very irritating…..It took a while for them to figure out, mostly because they were a new dealer and the issue being intermittent, they had no experience with it…..Zero, to their credit, replaced the motor with the brand new hybrid version…..It now runs perfect and has a full year factory warranty on the new engine, which is valid until December of 2017…. At the same time the BMW dealership ran a full test on the Battery/Power Pack which checked out to 100%, or "just like new" (Their words)….. This ZF9 DS listed new for $13,995….the add-on’s came to about $1,000….. The used 2012 book retail value is around $6,000 not including the extras, and the fact that it has a brand new updated hybrid engine with a full year warranty….. The Dealer trade in value is $4,250…… I am asking $3,950 for mine in excellent condition……I believe, if you take a look around on a national level, you will NOT find a better deal on a used Zero DS..... The Story: I turn 71 this year and my reflexes are beginning to slow down…..at the same time the sea of traffic around Charlotte,NC  seems to be going faster and faster…..So after 50+ years of motorcycling I have made the prudent decision to hang it up……Both of my motorcycles are going up for sale….. In addition to everything that makes this bike truly amazing, it also has a full windshield, saddle bags, highway bars, and a sissy bar. These not only add to the overall styling of the bike, but they also add some creature comfort. This Shadow is one of the nicest riding machines on the road. Smooth power, comfortable ergonomics, and all the legendary quality of a Honda. What more could you really ask for? Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This bike is in great condition and comes 100% ready to ride right out of the showroom. It has 13,803 miles. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks, or smoke. The wheels look great and the tires still have plenty of tread left. Not much to say on condition. It looks very nice with a couple of minor blemishes on the front fender. At the very front of the fender, there's three small scratches, one on the right side, one on the left side, and one right in the center. The right side bag and side cover are missing. The front fender has some damage, the outer fairing has rash on the right side. Bike starts and runs great. It can be ridden as it is. I have for sale my 2012 Hard Core Chopper Conniosseur. I am the 3rd owner, I have had the bike for about 4 months. Purchased it from a co worker who purchased it from the original owner. Bike is classified as a Pro Street it has a 125 CI (2048 CC) Rev-Tec Polished engine, also a 6 speed Rev-Tec chrome transmission. The front fork and suspension is American Custom Springer, none better! This hold a 120/70 X 21 Chrome wheel and Avon tire. The soft tail rear is by Legend Air with on board compressor. This hold a 330/30 X 17 matching Chrome wheel and Avon tire, both front and rear excellent shape. 3" open primary drive. Badlands instrumentation in mirrors, left mirror has integral LED front signal, speedometer, trip and odometer, and oil pressure indicator, right mirror has integral LED front signal, tachometer, hi beam indicator. The paint is beatiful blue with metallic and white and grey flames, very subtle but very tastefully done! not gaudy not over the top, just RIGHT! The bike has 1350 miles, possibly more as I still ride. I have taken to 2 shows locally. 1st show 1st place, 2nd show 2nd in show and will be featured in Harley Davidson yearly (2017) calendar. I previously had a Street Glide, got bored and figured I would try this. The bike rides and drives very good! You do have to negotiate round abouts with caution as the bikes rides low and tight turns are difficult. The power in the engines commands respect! It will cause excessive rear tire wear if driven obnoxiously! The bike is over 9' long! If you have any question, please send me a Email and we can talk.
