THIS BIKE IS FOR REAL! If Kawasaki made a road first super-motard back in 1981our bike would still kick its ass. I can promise you there is nothing like this bike. NOTHING! It was born in 1981 as a KZ550C (LTD) and it was reborn in 2015 as an "Urban Assault Bike" by Lake Geneva Muscle. It's called Wiscon'Sinister" and it turns heads like no other. Professionally built and tuned with pride and vigor to keep that smile on your face. For starters it's 90lbs. lighter than stock and puts nearly 60HP to the rear wheel along with 69 ft.lbs. of torque. (DYNO PROVEN!)The power-to weight ratio is incredible and the arm stretching acceleration out classes bigger CC bikes. We're all about ergonomics and useable horsepower and this bike hits the mark and then some! The bike is linier with it's handling and the weight proportion is slung low to allow you to push deep in the corners with an upright controlled position. We equipped the bike with a set of actual flat track spec T2 1 1/8" Pro-taper bars with Acerbis 35W LED lit hand guards. We mounted the bars to the triple tree with ROX 3" risers to open up the riding stance. We build muscle cars as well so we just had to put a 5" Jeg's 10,500 RPM full swing auto tachometer with an amber shift light on it. ( that's programmed to bang @ 9500 RPM). The bar package is finished off with a high amperage ignition system that is as trick as trick! We utilized a Motobatt Quad-flex lead pad battery. It works great and is extremely light, we also wired the battery tender that was included. The battery box is located on the front down tubes of the frame under the header pipe and contains a 100% of the electrical components as well. It's a sweet compact set up The front headlight not only looks wicked but it screams brightness at you with a blinding 55W HID w/built-in amber LED turn signals and for the bling the bike is also equipped with green LED lights that highlight the tail section and intake of the bike! Speaking of the intake, our proprietary 2 stage intake boasts high RPM "Tuned Porting" that draws gobs of air through the custom tail section mounted air induction system and efficiently jams air into the fire breathing inline 4 cylinder. The only thing cooler than our intake is our dominating 4 into 2 into 1 tuned and chambered exhaust system that exits out the back inside the frame rail. The "Knight" style AHRMA sanctioned seat pan is tapered for aggressive riding or cruising and is comfortably mounted on a custom back-halved frame that is proportionately designed and safely manufactured by guys that have been fabricating rippers for over 30 years! To round out the ergonomics the bike boasts a two position lower shock mount that proudly support the custom " Super Shox" that have "on-the-fly" clicker compression and rebound control. The 80/20 tires rip gravel roads and fire lanes without missing a beat and the bike was born to run on pavement. This bike is Hot! Fast! & For Sale! It has been built from start-to-finish with pride, joy and a relentless passion to bring you another world-class sport bike from the heart of America.ChassisThe 1190RX chassis is a masterpiece of mass-centralization. The huge, cast-and-welded aluminum frame contains 4.5 gallons of premium unleaded in its massive twin spars, leaving lots of space for a high-volume airbox up above. The box-section aluminum swingarm pivots directly on the engine cases. Using a lattice design similar to the RS's, the RX's subframe is likewise cast from magnesium to save weight. Suspension components are sourced from Showa, the fork the latest big-piston design.EngineIt's not a Rotax! Although it's based on the Helicon 1,125cc engine made for the former Buell Motorcycles, this much-altered powerplant is manufactured entirely by EBR. The oversquare, 1,190cc, 72-degree V-twin makes a claimed 185 hp and 101.6 pound-feet of torque. Midrange torque is augmented by staggered opening of the intake valves to create a swirl effect said to improve combustion efficiency and suppress detonation, also making a sky-high 13.4:1 compression ratio possible on pump gas. ExhaustA voluminous dual-chamber muffler resides under the engine, terminating in a single, matte-black silencer located on the right side of the bike. Twin midpipes serve separate functionsthe lower tube acts as a quarter-wave resonator; the upper evacuates exhaust gases. Green-minded Erik Buell is especially proud of the tailpipe emissions: Hydrocarbon and NOx emissions are just 25 percent of what's allowable by the EPA, and CO2 is less than 6 percentfairly remarkable figures for a big-bore superbike. Front Brake The front brake consists of a single, perimeter-mounted rotor acted on by an eight-piston caliper. The rim-mounted arrangement transmits braking force to the rimnot the huballowing a lightweight hubless wheel design. The front rim weighs just 7 pounds, and the entire assembly saves almost 10 pounds compared to a conventional dual-disc design, Buell says, reducing unsprung weight and contributing to light steering. The brake-cooling duct was fabricated from carbon fiber on the RSit's plastic here.Rear Wheel There are no "hubs" separating the broad, triangular spiders on either side of the rear wheelthe axle passes directly through an open center. Finite element analysis (FEA) showed the hub wasn't important for wheel strength, so Buell simply cut it out, saving a significant amount of weight. The RX wheels are cast from aluminum instead of magnesium like they were on the RS, saving significant cost, too. How good are the production wheels? Good enough to be used on the WSBK racers.GaugesThe full-color TFT dash is made by a local supplier in Wisconsin and clearly presents all the relevant information, including speed, rpm (in digital bar-graph form), gear position, and traction control level (of 21 available selections, including off).
