This bike is an '04 and only has a little over 3k miles, the previous owner took really good care of it because he dropped it one time at like 10mph and after that never rode it. I have ridden it several times and have service records of everything that was ever done to it, the only problem is that it wont start!! Yeah i stopped riding it for a couple months and now it wont start, im not a bike mechanic so my loss is your gain, I am letting this sweet bike go, fills up with 6bucks so you cant really beat it, if you can get it to start then you have a great new bike for super cheap. Great in gas, cheap insurance.....small bike easy to handle in the city and can keep up in the highway. 249 cc engine Gets 65-78mpg city/highway Has good rear and front tire. Aftermarket speedometer. Clips on handler bars ( still have the stock handlebars).Aftermarket turn signals. Rear fender eliminator kit installed. Oil/filter changed. Has a kng air filter. Recent valve adjustment and new spark plugs (NGK plugs) New battery installed at the start of this season New clutch, clean carburetor with new jets. This was my first bike and I've had it for the past year. Streetfighter looking which is way better than stock. Unique bike. I don't want to sell it but I already have two more bikes so I don't really need it and I could use the extra money. It has been laid down a few times at low speed . I am the second owner and I have had the bike since 2009. In interest of full disclosure, I did once skid out on the bike in 2011, causing cosmetic damage to the fairing, which can be seen in the photos. The handlebars were also replaced at that time. The bike has never had any major mechanical issues. It is running great, and I have recently replaced the chain, changed oil and brake fluid, etc. For those not familiar with the Ninja 250, it is typically considered a starter bike, but it has plenty of kick (assuming you aren’t carrying another passenger). The handling is fantastic, and it is a bunch of fun to ride. Depending on body weight, I would say it probably tops out at around 110 mph. Along with the standard bike, I will also be willing to throw in a disk-lock brake.Shipping is to be arranged by the buyer. Ideally it would just be picked up in person.
