I hope you enjoy this work of art as much as I do. This is a true 2014 Custom Softtail Springer Chopper on air ride. Yes, its on an air ride and sits perfectly even with the concrete while air upped and well as dropped low. I guarantee you nor anyone you know has laid eyes on a machine like this one before. Why do I say this? There is not a place I have been or a show I entered that this bike has not turned heads and baffled bike builders with the most unique and nicest air brushing seen on a motorcycle. Some may say choppers are out and baggers are in. Depends on who you ask. Everything has it hay day but choppers have been cool for 40 years plus. This build took me a long time to determine exactly what I wanted and what would catch the eye with an old school flavor but also with the newest school look. This build was completed in March of 2014 by Burkhardt Kustom Cycles in Addison, IL. Yes, a professional well known shop assembled each and every part on this bike with precision. The Paint I can not say enough about. The Frame was powder coated for its first coat, scuffed up to prep for Gloss Black Paint with 6 coats of clear to give it the most durable and shiny look we could achieve. No need to worry about rock chips on this frame. Once that was complete the same went for the fork tubes and rear Fender which is WELDED to the swing arm. There is no bolts holding the fender together and the rear fenders moves in conjunction with the swing arm.. You could not ask for a cleaner look or for it to be done any other way. The airbrushing was contracted out to a famous air brusher out of the state of PA known for his unique biomechanical art and street tagging style. He flew in just for this job and was paid handsomely for his time. All in all the paint work and airbrushing alone was $7500.00 not including all of the black powder coating throughout the bike and its parts. You have to see it in personal to really appreciate and see all the detail that went into every working piece of mechanical art on the Frame, Fork Down Tubes, Headlight, Oil Bag, Rear Fender, and Swing Arm.. Everything that was needed to make the paint flow and look like a true machine was added. From Gears, to chain links, chains, pistons, coil overs, shocks, vents, wires, bio mechanical tubes, etc .. Really to much to list with a color of light and dark gray, carbon, titanium, white, and black to give the perfect contrast and depth the the eye. Once you see in personal there is nothing else like it that can be appreciated as much as this. Paint is dripping and the black on chrome is to die for. I am not one for fancy color or flash. This is more the Billy lane style chopper from the look to the stance. I personally think it will stand right up to any of his builds from the quality of the bike and all its parts as well as its look. Enough of that, lets get to the parts that make this bike and explains the $50,000.00 this bike cost to build. 107 S&S Super Sidewinder Engine ( Stock with aggressive cam) Left side Drive with 6 Speed Transmission 520 Gold and black X link and O Ring chain 250 Avon Rear Tire - ( 18 X 8 ½) 1 inch axle Rear Wheel 120/70-21 Avon Front Tire - (21 X 3 ½) ¾ inch axle in front Wheels are Gloss Black with Gloss black hubs on stainless Mammoth Spokes and Nipples. 60 Spoke Cross Pattern to give it a beastly look and a super cool scene while in motion hence you can see in the photos. Authentic Wes Cost Choppers FU Exhaust Wrapped with titanium color exhaust wrap to give it a tough look. These exhaust are hard to come by and are ear piercing to driver on your right side. The exhaust is has a wicked bend to it and fits the lines of the bike perfect. At night you will get a flame out the exhaust which is fun. Barnett Scorpion Lock Up Clutch Open Primary 3” belt drive on a Barnett Belt 425 teeth. Legends Rear Air Ride and Compressor that gives the bike the perfect stance and smooth ride. Bike truly sits parallel with concrete when dropped low or air up for long rides. RSD Turbo Air Cleaner Shorty G S&S Carb Accessory HD forward controls and handle bar controls. All black ad match perfectly Hydraulic Clutch with all lines hidden in the frame along with an eternal throttle control which I also ran throughout the bars and the frame. American Suspension D6 Dragon front end with powder coated triple trees and fork tubes which are also air brushed, 6” LED Harley Davidson headlight that is super bright and white with a high and low beam. Much better than an HID and very reliable. Front and rear matching rotors. Rear Sprotor for the cleanest look possible and the leave the right side clear of a brake rotor. A rotor and brake can be added for the hub has a bolt pattern for it so it is easily modified. RSD Gas Cap contrast Cut Buffalo Hide Black Custom Seat that is very comfortable Wiring is flawless and hidden and done professionally. That was a20 hour job alone All black braided lines and black powder coating on rocker box’s, push rod tubes, stator cover Etc. There is much more to list but we all know extras will not create a higher sales value to most so I will not continue mentioning all the money that was spend. Just know there was not an expense spared and it was done right. Condition: 2014 build to be completed for the World of Wheels Chicago. It won Best in Class, and Outstanding Paint award. Since completion which was in March the bike has had about 100 miles put on it to work out any and all bugs that may be expected in a custom build. The bike has been ran through and lock tighten to assure there will be no issues in the near future. Only small items that needed adjustment was the seat pan to avoid it grounding the battery out, an adjustment to the belt drive, tightened chain, and lock tight to the rear rotor bolts. Besides those items which have been fixed there in not one mechanical defect or issue with bike. It starts up on a dime with it 1.75W starter and compression has not been an issue while starting. Truly Runs perfect and rides like a dream. More comfortable than most would think. HAS EXTREME POWER AND IS GEARED PERFECTLY. NO SCRATHED, DINGS, DENTS, OR CHIPS THROUGHOUT. THERE IS ONE SMALL CHIP FROM THE KICKSTAND HITTING THE REAR SWING ARM WHICH HAS BEEN MODIFIED. You are truly looking at a flawless one of a kind piece of art for sale and have the option to have it as your own.
