Tires are barely worn. No remaining warranty.Never been in the rain! This is a fine beginner bike or city commuter bike. It is easily capable of cruising at 60 mph but it isn't really happy at that speed. It's a hoot on back roads. I'm not sure of the fuel economy but it is more than 60 mpg.
