Eric Lee (480) 483-4682 15650 N Northsight Blvd Scottsdale Arizona 85260 ? ? ? ? 0 Vehicle Information VIN: IMI001851 Stock: BMS900943 Mileage: 18,400 Color: Creme/Red Trans: manual Engine: 236 cc single 2 stroke MPG: Drivetrain: RWD ? ? ? ? 1 of 49 ? View Large Images ? ? Description This is a Very Rare 1955 Iso Isetta. Our special little car is NOT a BMW Isetta – it is an ISO Isetta. The original Isetta was created by the Italian firm of Iso SpA. Iso's owner, Renzo Rivolta, was building small trucks and motor scooters at the time and decided he would like to build a small car for mass distribution. Therefore the engineers Ermenegildo Preti and Pierluigi Raggi designed the small car to use the motorcycle engine of the Iso Moto 200 and named it Isetta, which means little ISO. The engine is Iso’s own 236 cc two-stroke motorcycle engine with a starter that also doubles as the generator. The transmission has forward speeds and reverse. The little car gets between 42 and 58 mpg! In 1954, Iso entered several Isettas in the Mille Miglia where they took the top three spots in the economy classification. Over the 1000 mile course, the drivers achieved an average speed of 43 MPH. Renzo Rivolta wanted to concentrate on his new Iso Rivolta sports car, and made licensing deals with plants in Spain (where this one was built) and Belgium where they were assembling Isettas using Italian made Iso components. BMW began talking with Rivolta in mid-1954 and bought a license and the complete Isetta body tooling as well. It is estimated that approximately 1000 Iso Isettas were built before BMW began building Isettas. BMW built around 10,000 units just in the last 8 months of 1955 and went on to build over 161,000 units! One is not likely to find another Iso Isetta for sale in the world, while there are several BMW units for sale at any given time. The sliding window BMW Isetta commonly sells in the $30,000+ range and the bubble window BMW’s can sell in the $40K to $60K range. It is highly likely that the extreme rarity of an original Iso Isetta bubble window example will continue to increase in value at higher rate than the BMW version. We have serviced this car in our shop and it starts immediately and runs excellent. The transmission and brakes function as they should. The car appears to have non rusty original panels, frame and suspension and has obviously spent most of its life in an indoor collection after a restoration many years ago. The overall cosmetics are very good with the only obvious exception of a cracked Plexiglas vent window. This little Iso deserves to go back to another collection, perhaps with some other Italian stablemates. We always welcome and recommend personal inspection of each car we offer for sale. We have a full service repair facility and can assist you with inspection and/or repair of any car we offer for sale. Please call Brighton Motorsports @480-483-4682 or email [email protected] with any questions Nationwide financing and delivery can be arranged. This is a rare 1957 Messerschmitt micro 3 wheel car. These were made from fuselage of the legendary planes of WWII. The car is pretty complete. The body is solid but has some paint bubbling. There are some manuals that are included with car.The trim is mostly there. The starter is dragging when trying to turn over the motor, but it will bump start and drive quite nicely. The bubble top has some cracking as seen in the pics. I think these tops are still available. This car is able to be transported in the back of a full sized pick up truck. I am able to build a crate at buyers expense for shipment any where in the world, again at buyer's expense. This would be an easy restore, it is nearly complete. What we have here is most likely the absolutely finest Isetta in the world. It has had a complete ground up restoration to professional standards. This is the real deal Bubble Window Cabriolet, not a clone like others trying to be sold as one. It has won 1st place trophy's at almost every event it has been taken to. It runs and drives perfect. Custom Ultra-leather interior. You can see from the build pictures, the quality that has been done on it. It is thought that only 32 Isettas of this model were produced, no way to know for sure. Many Bubble Windows have been modified to appear as one. I did the complete restoration on it. One at the Bruce Wiener Auction sold for $89,700 and it wasn't anywhere near as nice as ours. I know because I have replaced parts on it. This would be a very nice added collection to your microcar museum. Don't miss out on it. Call with any questions you might have. (909) 292-8461 Greg The Isettadude. The Green one with John Force and I is not part of this auction.

We have one of the largest collections of quality collector cars in the United States. For over 20 years, we have specialized in finding the most unique vehicles in the world. See our page above to view our collection of over 100 of the world's best collector cars. 1958 Iso Isetta Convertible Europe was desperate for transportation in the years after World War II and the more economical it was, the better. Several creative innovators responded to the opportunity with a generation of microcars. Powered by 1- and 2-cylinder 2- and 4-stroke engines with displacements measured in fractions of a liter, they put Europe back on the road and have become favorites of collectors for their imagination and cute, sassy presence. One of the most successful was Renzo Rivolta whose Isothermos company branched out from refrigerators to make scooters and eventually the 1954 Isetta, a diminutive two-seater powered by a single-cylinder two-stroke engine with two pistons that miraculously got 9 1/2 horsepower from just 236cc displacement. Iso licensed Isetta manufacture to companies in a number of countries including France, Spain, Brazil and, most memorably, Germany, where BMW adapted its motorcycle engines to the Isetta and largely on account of its success survived to become the luxury car juggernaut it is today. In Spain, a separate company, Iso Espana, S.A., assembled Isettas largely from components manufactured in Italy. This 1958 Spanish-built Isetta is one of those cars. It has had a sympathetic restoration to creditable microcar standards in two tone blue with a plaid cloth and vinyl interior and black vinyl folding sunroof — a safety feature of Isettas in case a front-end collision blocked the Isetta’s single front door. It has the more desirable bubble Plexiglas windows, hinged front quarter windows for ventilation, wraparound rear window and Isetta hubcaps on wheels that match the roof’s darker blue color. The bumpers are unusually substantial, a feature of the Iso Espana built cars, and it has four wheels (some British-built Isettas had three so they could qualify for reduced taxation as a motorcycle) and is powered by the Iso single cylinder, double piston 2-stroke engine. Its restoration is to good driving standards, a little car that can be driven proudly and shown at the end of the day in a friendly context. Extremely popular with collectors, this unusual Iso Espana Isetta will get plenty of attention even from microcar collectors. Please call 877-550-9627 for further details! Auction Terms Bid with confidence! If you are the winning bidder, and you come to our facility to inspect it, and don’t like it, we will refund your money…no questions asked! Our reserve price has been set fairly. If the reserve is not met, the high bid will be considered, and the highest bidder will be contacted through an eBay personal offer. Please feel free to call us with any questions before bidding, we are available by phone Monday – Friday 9am -5pm, and Saturday 9:30am- 3:30pm @ 877-554-9627 Hyman Ltd. reserves the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction at any time. If you do not intend to purchase the vehicle described above, please do not bid. We cannot accept any bid retractions in the last 24 hours of the auction. All vehicles are available for personal inspection. We invite you to come visit our 100 car showroom, located just a few miles from the St. Louis International Airport. If you are the winning bidder, and wish to view the car personally, you or your agent have five days in which to complete your inspection. Remember, if for any reason you don’t like the car, we will refund your deposit, no questions asked, within this five day period. It is important to bear in mind that a vehicle is “NEW” only once and that all pre-owned vehicles, regardless of age, mileage, or level of restoration, are subject to cosmetic wear and mechanical failure. These understandings are essential to the realistic expectations of collector car ownership. It is for this reason that we encourage a personal inspection prior to delivery to help ensure your satisfaction. Please note that any mileage listed in the auction are what is showing on the odometer, and unless otherwise specified are not guaranteed to be actual miles. All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final. Payment Terms A 20% deposit must be received within 48 hours of auction end. Deposit is fully refundable if purchaser inspects the vehicle within the 5 day inspection period, and for any reason does not like the car. Final payment must be received within five business days of close of auction, unless other arrangements are made. Payment can be made by cashier’s check or by bank wire transfer. Shipping Terms Purchaser to pay for any and all transportation costs. We are happy to assist you in finding shipping, and will contact the shipper on your behalf. Prices and quality of service vary greatly, and we will work hard to get you a reasonable price with a reputable company. We are happy to accommodate our overseas buyers! We have exported cars worldwide for over 20 years. Overseas shipments can be containerized for safe sea passage. We take care of all the details and paperwork. All you have to do is collect the car at the port of your choice. Shipping can take 14 days or more due to scheduling.

I am selling another one of our Isettas. It is flawlessly restored and upgraded with many of my fine products. This is a 1956 Bubble Window Coupe that is completely matching numbers with all original data plates. It runs and drives perfectly. Every single nut, bolt and everything else, restored. This car took first place at the past Southwest Unique Little Car Show in Pomona. These are the fastest appreciating cars in the world, and continue to grow in value every month. This has the original matching year plates, although the state made us register them as YOM plates. You wont be disappointed with anything on this Isetta. Like all of my Isettas, this is top notch and an award winner. It is registered in my name, and currently licensed and insured. Please contact me with any questions you might have. Since the pictures, it has had mud flaps both front and rear along with excellent original aluminum stone guards attached. Sorry, the picknic basket is now on one of our other Isettas. The last picture shows it in our Muzium. It's the Bubble Window in the center, not the Slider on the right side. GregThe Isettadude

1957 BMW Isetta Custom Project Sadly this was a rare convertible Isetta that someone cut in half and stretched to accommodate a kawasaki 4 cylinder Motorcycle Engine. It sat for years waiting completion when the previous owner realized that the rear axle turned in the wrong direction he gave up on it. The axle needs to be turned upside down to correct the problem but the motor is completely installed and runs good. The exhaust header does need to be connected to the mufflers. The car looks cool but by no means is show quality and does need some finishing, a bench seat or two small bucket seats. The windshield is a Lexan type that needs to be installed. New front tires and brake components on front side installed but will require bleeding from sitting. I just spent $400 on a new sunroof top and rear convertible top that have to be installed. No title but original VIN Tag is intact and included, I will be losing storage so make an offer as this car must go! Buyer is responsible for shipping but we will assist in any way that we possibly can.If you have questions please contact me at 727-409-9663

We have one of the largest collections of quality collector cars in the United States. For over 20 years, we have specialized in finding the most unique vehicles in the world. See our page above to view our collection of over 100 of the world's best collector cars. 1960 BMW 600 Coupe The success of the BMW-Isetta microcar ensured BMW’s survival in the difficult economic environment of the mid-Fifties. As happens so often, it also conditioned consumers to expect more: more power than the BMW Isetta’s 297cc 13hp single cylinder engine, more space than its diminutive 2-seat body, more comfort than its spartan interior trim. BMW responded with the 600, which it called the ‘Limousin’ perhaps in deference to its right side door that opened into the rear seat made possible by a stretched wheelbase. The Isetta’s idiosyncratic single front door, with its attached steering column and gauge cluster, remained. For power BMW went ‘big block’ using its 582cc ’600' 4-stroke opposed twin motorcycle engine with a healthy 26hp. Introduced in 1957, production continued in Germany until 1961. This late production BMW 600 is a US-market car with large US-style headlights and bent chrome tube bumpers which has had just four owners from new. It was restored in cream and a tan vinyl interior with cloth seating surface inserts. Its equipment includes a stereo system (in the interior side pocket). An older restoration, it has had limited use, drives and presents very well and has been displayed at both the Greenwich (Connecticut) Concours d’Elegance and in a special display of microcars at the New York Auto Show. BMW 600 Limousins are rarely seen and are appreciated both on show fields and in everyday driving where they instantly attract positive attention and are peppy enough to keep pace with urban traffic. Up for sale is a 1961 Vespa 400S Microcar in excellent condition inside and out.CHECK SLIDESHOW BELOW FOR MORE & MORE PICTURES. History: I'm listing this vehicle for a friend of mine that purchased it 15 years ago with the intention of keeping it for life but his financial situation changed recently and it has to go. The car was already painted when he got it and it remained exactly as then. The car was out of the DMV system when he purchased it and California DMV assigned an additional VIN plate on the door jamb in order to re-issue a new title. The numbers match the ones on its original plate (located in firewall) and the VIN stamped in the chassis #21419 (in the gutter just above the coils in the engine compartment) New owner can remove the door plate if he wants to for collector's purposes. Vehicle has lived in California all of its life and never left the State and as a result there is absolutely no rust and apparently no metal panels have ever been replaced. The only work that has been done to the vehicle during his ownership were a new interior, convertible top, the rear bumper that was missing a few emblems and lights that were missing and the hubcaps.Documentation:Vehicle has a California Clean Title and is currently registered with non operational status with the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Ready to transfer to a new owner. Interior: The whole interior was done 13 years ago and looks immaculate. Door panels and seats has been done completely using Premium Cloth material (tweed) was used. Carpeting looks excellent too. Engine: 2 Cylinder, 400cc 2 stroke air cooled engine sounds and starts in a blink. MAXIMUM SPEED..................... 55mph New spark plugs and voltage regulator. Carburetor was redone last year and car has been started every week for a few minutes to keep it engine and battery in good shape. Engine has NO oil leaks and runs well. Watch the engine idling CLICK ON THE LINK BELOWhttp://youtu.be/edhKIN2sQT4 Transmission: 3 speed forward plus reverse. No issues or leaks all gears shift fine. Body: Body panels look all original, with absolutely no rust and no signs of any repair done. No accidents. All panel gaps are within specifications. Doors close softly and secure, like on a new car. All hinges and locks work fine. NO DINGS, DENTS OR WAVING, BODY PANELS ARE ABSOLUTELY STRAIGHT Chrome: Side moldings are excellent, front moldings excellent, front bumper excellent and rear bumper OK but shows that was re-chromed without repairing the pitting to perfection (hardly noticeable) Paint: Car has been repainted 15 years ago and vehicle was disassembled entirely. The paint was so good that no even a bubble, blemish or crack showed up over the years. In my opinion (I’m a perfectionist) the paint was not wet sanded as well as it should at the time they painted it and can use a little more wet sanding and polishing to be perfect but most of the people will consider a slight orange peel to be OK. There are a few light scratches by the left front fender well -see pic- Electrical: Exterior lights. Instrument cluster lights work, Windshield wipers work, interior light works, turn signal not working but turn signal switch is OK. Stop lights not working. Almost new Battery. Convertible top: Is almost 10 years old but looks brand new. Open and closes perfectly. Tires: Brand new tires on 4 corners. Brakes: Brakes are very good. Miscellaneous: Original jack, Service station manual, original key, Owner's manual (repro) PLEASE CHECK BELOW FOR SLIDESHOW or use optional link belowhttp://smg.photobucket.com/user/cozzoi/library/Vespa%201961?sort=9&page=1 Don't hesitate to email me, I'll be glad to answer any questions regarding this vehicle. You will NOT be disappointed with this vehicle!Don't hesitate to email me, I'll be glad to answer any questions regarding this vehicle. 1957 Heinkel Kabine Model 154. Serial Number 312347 Odometer reads 23237 km.1957 Heinkel Kabine from the Micro Car Museum. In immaculate condition. Aircraft designer Ernst Heinkel saw the Iso Isetta, and decided that he could do one better, using aircraft principles and making it lighter yet faster with a smaller engine. He did just that with the Kabine 150, the quintessential "bubble car" with its large window area and longer, sleeker lines, that were a cross between Isetta and Messerschmitt. In October 1956, he introduced the Kabine 153 (three-wheeler) and 154 (four wheeler) with the trusty four-stroke motor enlarged to 203cc. From March 1957 this was reduced to 198cc for insurance reasons. A license to build the Heinkel was also sold to Argentina, where some 2000 examples were sold until 1961. These were fitted with external air filters because of dust problems.Demand was high for the enormously popular Tourist scooter, and also for the various motors being supplied to other firms ,so there was increased demand for more production space in the Heinkel factories. Despite a production of some 50 cars a day, the Kabine was losing between 400 and 500 Marks per car. This, combined with the death of Heinkel in January 1958 and the resumption of aircraft production, necessitated the sale of the entire Kabine production facility to the Dundalk Engineering Company in Ireland in June of 1958.This idea was short-lived, however, as quality problems with the Heinkel-I became evident. The Irish factory was dirt-floored, and front axles stored outside. The license was withdrawn. This car is Part of the Bruce Weiner Micro Car Museum being liquidated on February 4th at 12 noon EST. The auction will take place online at LiveAuctioneers under Twine Services and in person at 2080 Faulkner road Atlanta GA 30342. Pick Up/Delivery from the Micro Car Museum in Madison will be arranged after the auction
