It rides comfortably for a scooter and is a great little 2 wheeled vehicle to get around. It gets great gas mileage, almost 165 miles to the gallon. New Battery installed in 2014, runs great. No motorcycle license needed, just a learners permit or vehicle license, registration is a moped sticker from the MA Registry of Motor Vehicles (need to check your local statutes).

Thanks for checking out my 1977 Puch Maxi. I bought this about a year ago from a gentleman in Boston for my wife. She has since changed her mind about riding a moped. Shame. It's a nice piece. We grew up with these and they are gaining popularity again recently. I had it thoroughly tuned up and maintained by Second Stroke Mopeds in Brooklyn. New spark plug, fuel petcock, tune up, new gas tank liner, fuel line, etc. It runs really good. Gets up to about 30mph, although it seems like it likes warm weather better. This is the upgraded 2hp model. As is. No title included as in MA they're not necessary, however I hear they're easy enough to get. Seller responsible for pickup, although if you're within say 50 miles I'll bring it to you for a coupla bucks. Selling it for what I paid, although I'm flexible as I need it gone. This is a nice moped that I ride around town and I hate to sell it but I don't have much room to store it now that we have moved and I have only a single garage.I just installed a new carb,breather and spark plug on her and she runs great!You will not be disappointed in her!All she needs is a new headlight($49.00)and you will be fine.The turn signals and brake lights work great.I don't think that you will find a nicer moped for the price that I am asking.

A couple who had a set of two of these bikes, one that was green and got the most use with 2400 miles and this red one secondly that was very minimally used and only has 853 miles and counting. The moped was professionally serviced and only NOS Puch parts were used to bring it back up to perfect running condition. The top end was cleaned and rebuilt with all new old stock gaskets. The oil was changed w/ type F oil and the oil cap was replaced with an NOS one as its original had deteriorated and fallen apart. The tubes and tires were replaced as well as the spark plug. 2003 Other Makes A35 03 Tomos A35 Moped scooter, used in great condition

Used Tomos A35 moped scooter. In excellant condition runs and drives great, manufacture date 2003 with 49 cc engine size. Approxemant speed of 35 mph but if you want more speed you could add a few modifications and it would do much better. Self mixing two stroke oil with separate tank under seat for oil. Has some scratches, front fender has a quarter sized dent, has some repair word due to a drop front fairings and turn signals. Over all a very good looking and functional little bike. Lights all work, with high and low beams. I bought this moped from my buddy with 26 miles on odometer and he got it as a swap and stored it in his barn for 5 years so i had to clean the carburator and gas tank. I put the rest of the miles on driveing to work. Just noted that the odometer seemed to count sort miles(I believe it has less miles than displayed) Tomos reccomends useing premium gas but this bike is very easy on gas. Works great to learn on or for the young bike enthusiast. Reilly is a excellent little bike and i hate to see it leave!!
