I always wanted the grabber blue with white stripes. When I found the one D&M had for sale I knew I wanted the car because it was 2010 grabber blue with red stripe ( never seen the combo before ) I always said I would never buy a car sight unseen but everything just felt right. During that time I have had over 12 Corvettes and during the last 3 years I have been collecting High end classic cars. After working on a friends Corvette I got the bug to get another Corvette. I went to the internet site of D&M Motorsports . Their site has all High Def photos that are taken by a professional photographer and I found a pristine 1993 40th Anniversary Corvette with only 1,300 documented miles. I went up to D&M and Dave handled the sale. We settled on a price and I purchased the car that day. Because of the low miles on the car Dave arranged with Mike to deliver the car in an enclosed trailer to my home. Mike is the President & owner of D&M yet he took the time to deliver the car himself. Either you're so mad at the product or the seller you write a scathing report or you're so enthralled 2 days after you buy you gush with enthusiasm. I started looking for a Corvette in October of 2013 all over the Midwest and D & M Motorsports was just one of the dealers I pestered for 4 months, in those months I met with Angie and Dave checking out the cars I previously viewed and all their new arrivals. At no time was I pressured to purchase and every meeting was cordial and all my questions were answered no matter how long it took. In February 2014 they got in the car I wanted and I made an offer they agreed too and with the contingency I could have the car checked out. Not only did they agree to my terms they even stored the car for a month till the weather broke and at no charge. The whole experience was 1st class and I was never treated better by a dealer new or used. Over a week was wasted trying to reach the buyer and waiting for Ebay to allow me to close the case that was open. Ready for the track today! So I have twins that are 6 years old and back in January I got the idea that they would race dirt bikes. I hated the idea of buying the jr size bikes because at age 7 they would be sold and we would be moving up to the sr size. I found this full Cobra setup locally from a racer who was switching to KTM. He originally rode KTM but decided to switch to cobra late last season with these two bikes. Both bikes were completely rebuilt last fall and were used after break in for a couple practices, but he never actually raced them. Their family put in an order with Cobra for a brand new bike but was not happy with the customer service at Cobra with the new bike and decided to switch back to KTM. Long story, but I wanted to give you the background. So I bought two of these bikes and was ready to turn my twins into racing machines. My kids have never even sat on these bikes. I started them up in front of the kids and they freaked out and are scared of them. I ended up buying JR 50s for my kids to start out on after realizing how scared they were of the cobras. So the problem I have now is that my kids have JR50 and these cobras. With swim team, football, and soccer our weekends have been busy and will be in the fall. To be honest one kid has lost interest in riding and the other wants a racing atv. Now I am torn between keeping these awesome machines with hopes of one day using them or selling them so someone else can use them. This auction is for a 2011 King Cobra Senior 50cc 2-stroke race bike. Starts on the 1st or 2nd kick and sound like a 125cc 2-stroke. The details put into this bike is amazing from the handle bars to triple tree all the way down to the huge expansion chamber. This bikes is the real deal. This bike with the yellow rear fender was designated the race bike. Watch the video and checkout the pictures. This bike has a cracked radiator mount, and a dent on the exhaust. Minor issues, this bike is still the real deal. This race bike had a complete top and bottom engine rebuild last fall and has very low ride time on the rebuild. Ready for the track today! So I have twins that are 6 years old and back in January I got the idea that they would race dirt bikes. I hated the idea of buying the jr size bikes because at age 7 they would be sold and we would be moving up to the sr size. I found this full Cobra setup locally from a racer who was switching to KTM. He originally rode KTM but decided to switch to cobra late last season with these two bikes. Both bikes were completely rebuilt last fall and were used after break in for a couple practices, but he never actually raced them. Their family put in an order with Cobra for a brand new bike but was not happy with the customer service at Cobra with the new bike and decided to switch back to KTM. Long story, but I wanted to give you the background. So I bought these bikes and was ready to turn my twins into racing machines. My kids have never even sat on these bikes. I started them up in front of the kids and they freaked out and are scared of them. I ended up buying Pw 50s for my kids to start out on after realizing how scared they were of the cobras. So the problem I have now is that my kids have pw50 and these cobras. With swim team, football, and soccer our weekends have been busy and will be in the fall. To be honest one kid has lost interest in riding and the other wants a racing atv. Now I am torn between keeping these awesome machines with hopes of one day using them or selling them so someone else can use them. Both bikes are 2011 King Cobra Senior 50cc 2-stroke race bikes. They start on the 1st or 2nd kick and sound like a 125cc 2-stroke. The details put into these bikes are amazing from the handle bars to triple tree all the way down to the huge expansion chamber. These bikes are the real deal. The bike with the white rear fender was designated as the race bike and has less time on it. That bike had the complete motor rebuilt last fall and has very little time on that rebuild. The race bike does have a dent on the exhaust. The bike with the yellow rear fender was designated the practice bike and shows slightly more wear, but nothing bad. The practice bike also had a complete engine rebuild last fall and also has low ride time on the rebuild. The extra parts and tools can be seen in the pictures. Yes they come with the auction. These bikes are being sold as is with no warranty.

Their site has all High Def photos that are taken by a professional photographer and I found a pristine 1993 40th Anniversary Corvette with only 1,300 documented miles. Their site has all High Def photos that are taken by a professional photographer and I found a pristine 1993 40th Anniversary Corvette with only 1,300 documented miles. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings. Payment We accept the following as valid payment: Certified check, bank-to-bank wire transfers, approved in-house financing through D&M Motorsports or 3rd-party financing. Payment must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid on eBay auction vehicles. Due to the difficulty of foreign currency/bank transactions, purchases from clients outside of the United States, must pay by wire transfer only. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please call us with any questions. Deposit The winning bidder is required to submit a $500 NON- REFUNDABLE deposit which is due immediately following the close of the auction. This $500 deposit is good towards the purchase of the vehicle and will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase (unless otherwise requested). We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), PAYPAL and/or personal checks for the initial deposit only. Our maximum deposit/partial payment by credit card is $2000. If the vehicle cannot be picked up or paid for completely within 7-days from the close of auction, a $2,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to extend our hold period to 14 days, unless other arrangements are made beforehand (just keep us informed, we're human, we recognize unforeseeable events). All deposits and fees collected are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event the vehicle is not paid for. Contact us for details.  Balance of Payment Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus ALL applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle and the vehicle needs to be paid for in full. If the car is not paid for (or other arrangements are not made), we reserve the right to resell the vehicle seven days after the close of the eBay auction or receipt of deposit. Additional fees and taxes Applicable fees are: (1) EVERY out-of-state transaction requires an additional $25.00 thirty-day Illinois drive-away permit fee and a $166.00 Illinois Documentary Fee. State sales tax is collected for all Illinois residents [7.25%] and City of Chicago residents are charged [8.5%]. We are also required to collect taxes for residents of tax- reciprocal states, which include: Arizona [5.60%], California [6.25%], Florida [6.0%], Hawaii [4.0%], Indiana [6.25%], Massachusetts [6.25%], Michigan [6.0%], and South Carolina [5.0%] or maximum $300.00. Out of state buyers are responsible for ALL state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We will provide you with proper sales tax documentation showing proof of the taxes we collect for you. Vehicle Titles In nearly every case, most vehicle titles are on hand and ready for delivery. Some vehicles need to be retitled to the dealer in Illinois, and some titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans in process of pay off. In these cases, there may be a short delay in receiving the title and/or documents which can take 10 to 21 days from the time we pay the vehicle off. While these instances are rare, D&M Motorsports guarantees that all vehicle titles are free and clear with no liens or liabilities on them. While we normally have all titles in our possession at the time of delivery, there are rare occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made via wire transfer or cashier's check, we will hold the title until ALL funds have cleared (typically 5-10 business days). ATTN International and Canadian Buyers: we can assist you by faxing proper sales and title documentation to the U.S. border crossing or shipping port of choice for you. Vehicle Shipping We will gladly coordinate shipping through a reputable shipping company - call us at 630-858-8388 for a FREE QUOTE or additional questions. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. D&M Motorsports only contracts with fully bonded and insured transportation services that will deliver the vehicle to your door. We are not affiliated with any transportation company and we assume NO responsibility for damages that may incur after your vehicle leaves our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. You will pay for the shipping costs directly to the transportation company unless other arrangements are made. The transport usually takes about 1-3 days to set up. Once the carrier is set up, vehicle delivery usually takes between 2 and 10 days after the pick-up of the vehicle and varies by location, weather, holidays, etc. Please keep in mind that we are NOT affiliated with any shipping or transport companies. Once shipping has been coordinated, you will be provided with the shipping company information immediately so you can stay in contact with them to coordinate drop-off times. Buyer Inspections Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you.
