An Original mileage title showing only 50xxx miles   Rare Drop-Head Coupe 1991cc 6 Cylinder engine 4-speed Wilson Preselector gearbox 2 door, four seat Convertible Light Restoration 60 years of History The Armstrong Siddeley Hurricane was a two door, four seat  drophead coupe which was named after the famous RAF Hurricane fighter plane made by the British company of Armstrong Siddeley. This automobile was made from 1946 to 1953 and based on the 1945 Armstrong Siddeley Lancaster. The chassis featured independent front suspension using torsion bars and a live rear axle with leaf springs. A Girling hydro-mechanical braking system was fitted, with the front drums hydraulically operated while those at the rear used rod and cable. The four seat, two door body was made of steel and aluminum panel fitted over a wood and aluminum frame. The doors were rear hinged, an arrangement that got the name of suicide doors. MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present this handsome and rarely seen 1947 Armstrong Siddeley Hurricane. This is a truly post war British classic, purchased directly at the Armstrong factory by the first owner, an attorney from the Northeaster United States.  In fact, one of the four owners (1952-2015) was a member of the Armstrong Siddeley Owner’s club (ASOC) showing just one example of their love and dedication to this marque! PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD: For sale by owner Rare 2009 Ridley Auto Glide Classic in GREAT Condition! Only 4,289 Miles! Hardly broken in. Mileage will go up during sale due to test drives, but will not exceed 4,500. Ridley is an American made fully AUTOMATIC motorcycle. Great for beginners, short riders, disabled, or riders that just don't want to worry about shifting. There is no clutch handle. You start it, give it gas, and go. Basically someone with no experience can get on this bike and drive it hundreds of miles (which is exactly what I did within 20 minutes after purchasing my last Ridley - this Ridley has only been driven about 50 miles since purchase). Less than 2000 ever made total (no clue how many were made with this paint, but I can't imagine it being even close to 1000). In 2009 the Ridley company stopped making bikes and did not do an entire year of production on this bike. First ever Ridley to feature an electronic fuel gauge. I know it's considered a collectors bike, but honestly these bikes are too fun to drive. I loved my 2005 and was really looking forward to driving this daily. It's considered the two-tone custom red and black paint ($500 extra when purchased from the dealer) and also has the black studded seat. Most of the pictures were taken with morning dew on the bike, please excuse that. I sold my last Ridley on here (Check my rating to see how the sale went, they loved it!) and purchased this one because it was not a trike. I felt I was ready for two wheels. We were informed on the 21st of this month that my teen sons insurance will not cover 20% of the cost of his new, needed, lower limp prosthesis and we have met 0 of the large deductible for this year. So, my bike has to go - pretty easy choice for me. This is the ONLY reason I am selling my bike. I drove 16 hours round trip to purchase this bike after my first one sold (this was of course before knowing what the insurance was going to do or the situation we are now in) and honestly would do it again if I had the means and saw this bike for sale. I took this bike apart when I got it home to check all belts and clutch parts, as well as to service it. It's good to go and won't need anything to be driven home from here or for the better part of next season. The next drive belt is due at 8,500 miles. I've also printed out the maintenance schedule for the bike straight from the Ridley site. Runs and drives perfect. Needs nothing. I will be replacing the spark plugs before the new owner picks it up. Could use the carb cleaned because I haven't done it, but it is working fine as is. Condition breakdown: Just did an oil change and it hasn't been 15 miles driven since. Great tread on tires. Clutch belt looks good and won't need replacement any time soon. (I did all the maintenance on my last Ridley and have spoke with Ridley mechanics, as well as the Ridley site for buying parts, regarding what to look for on belt wear.) I did the Transmission/Clutch service right after I bought it and it's only been driven a few miles since that service. I will include the dry spray lubricant for the buyer so you don't have to order it from Ridley the next time you do the service. Just bled the entire brake system and cleaned the brake master out. Brakes amazingly well now. Brake pads and rotors look good and will not need change out soon. Saddle bags are in ok condition, but the tassels are missing on one of the bags. Speedometer works great and is upgraded on the 2009 to be on the tank which makes it a lot easier to see then my last one was. Seat is in great condition for it's age. All lights work, speedo works. Everything, but the horn works which I will try to look at this week, but being that it's the holidays I may not have time. I was told it was garaged all of it's life and from the condition of the paint I believe that. I am the third owner. It was first in Florida and now here in Georgia. No rust! I currently have it in a covered 10x10 tent with my husbands bike. This is considered one of the best sounding Ridleys made. Mimics the Harley sound closer then my 2005 did. You can come look at it, drive it - if licensed, and even have it looked at by a Ridley shop. There is one located an hour or so from our home. I am that certain that this bike is in the condition I am stating. I can use the video face time ap or I'll download another ap you may have to share video of the bike starting and running over the phone. Paint is in GREAT condition with no noticeable flaws. There may be a small scratch or two I haven't seen, but nothing serious. To me it looks almost as good as a new bike, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Please look carefully at the photos and ask for more if you want them. Chrome and Aluminum need polishing. Escorted Test drives only to Licensed Motorcycle riders if you plan to come look at it before buying. I suggest that this is done so there are no issues. Kelley Blue Book has a trade in value of $6860 and a private party sale price listed of $9770. This is with the mileage estimated between 20030 and 30330 for an '09 which this bike is no where near so I feel my asking price is more then fair. Would make a great First bike for the wife or a Christmas gift for a new, short, or disabled rider. The Hornet was also built by American Motors Corporation (AMC) in Kenosha Wisconsin and marketed under the Hudson brand between 1955 and 1957. MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present this unique and rarely seen 1953 2 door Twin H Hudson Hornet, truly classic American collector’s find! First-generation Hudson Hornets featured a functional “step-down” design with dropped floor pan and chassis creating a lower center of gravity than contemporary vehicles that aided the car’s handling capabilities which was a bonus for racing. The Hornet’s lower and sleeker look was accentuated by streamlined styling, sometimes called “ponton” styling. The car’s unique, low slung appearance and silky handling earned Hudson an image that – for many buyers – eclipsed luxury marques like Cadillac. The 1953 model year brought minor changes to the Hudson Hornet. The front end was modified with a new grille and a non-functional air scoop hood ornament. Four different body designs were produced: a two-door club coupe, Hollywood hardtop, Convertible Brougham, and a four-door sedan. Hudson Hornet 1953 model year production totaled 27,208 units of which around 910 were the Hollywood hardtops. As a point of interest, an upgraded 8-tube radio was a option. Finished in classic and desirable black exterior over a very original blue/gray cloth interior,  the paint finish and body show extremely well with only minor imperfections visible upon close inspection. Inside, the seat upholstery looks great in a crushed velour cloth with no major signs of wear visible. The door panels are finished to match the seats and dashboard are matched to mirror the exterior of the car and all look fantastic. Paint and body are displayed well with  minimal paint issues and no visible evidence of repair or damage that we could find. It is quite possible that this is the only fully restored 1924 Stuart Canopy truck in the world. Adorning the outside is a side-mounted spare tire, cab windshield visor and bed canopy side curtains. Inside the pickup is tailored in black with a wood dash and steering wheel. Under the hood is a strong inline six-cylinder engine that is couple to a three-speed manual transmission. This unique truck is shown nicely and is sure to be a great addition to any collection. The Kisber Tire sign is hand painted in gold leaf and is the exact address and phone number of Kisber Auto Parts in 1924. The Stewart Motor Corporation was structured in 1912 in Buffalo, New York. By 1913 the company had paid off their debts and were getting fleet sales from the U.S. Navy and the Post Office Department. This increase in business put Stewart in direct competition with big manufactures like Studebaker, International Harvester and Willys-Overland. With growing success by 1920, Stewart had more than 300 distributors spanning 21 countries. This Buddy Stewart truck is powered by a stock inline six cylinder engine that is coupled to a three-speed manual shifting transmission. Inside the cab is black upholstery with hand-operated windows and windshield. The exterior is completed with handsome green and black two-tone paint. Highlighting the exterior are red artillery-style wheels with polished wheel caps, wood bed rails. The truck offered here has been the recipient of a frame-off nut & bolt restoration and shows to be in lovely condition with what appears to be all original wood work in place.
