Production on this bike was carefully attended to by the best of the best at a factory dedicated exclusively to the production of this awesome bike, proudly built in Akashi, Japan. Special permission was obtained to use the River Mark on the Ninja H2. It's use is reserved for models of historical significance.The finish on this bike from primer to clearcoat, unlike most production bikes, was carefully finished by hand by Kawasaki craftsmen. You get twice the layers of clearcoat on this bike. The paint used on this bike is similar in appearance to what has been used by top custom builders, this is the first time it has been used on a mass-production vehicle in either the automotive or motorcycle industries. Strict Kawasaki quality control measures help to ensure a long-lasting finish. In fact, the only item on this bike where a robot was used to paint, is on the fuel tank. It's UV coated.All lighting, with the exception of the license plate bulb, is LED. Some of the welding on this great bike is welded by Kawasaki craftsmen.
