Offered for sale is the Putsch Racing built AristoCad. A Steampunk attack motorcycle and alternate history concept. Below is the write-up from when it was featured recently under the Pro-Build section of Bonnefication: Riding a motorcycle is a hell of a lot of fun, it can also be pretty dangerous. We are all aware of the generally sloppy, half awake, lemming, baby brained and damn right stupid drivers that habit the roads. Well the chaps at Putsch Racing have come up with a motorcycle and a Triumph at, which may… sorry will make other road users respect you as a motorcyclist and pretty much avoid you at all costs. Based in Dublin, Ohio, Putsch Racing have built the ultimate Steampunk motorcycle. With this baby you can patrol the roads and motorways near you jut like Manfred von Richthofen aka the Red Baron. Fitted with Browning .30 caliber machine guns and sights from a WWI Sopwith Pup, the rider of this Triumph will be the King or perhaps that should be the ‘Baron’ of the road. Other road users will be looking into the sun with squinted eyes, much like pilots of old, praying that the enemy is not bearing down on them with Brownings blazing. Though one slight turn of the forks the rider may just shoot out his own front wheel…messy and perhaps a little embarrassing. The machine guns are operational, though they only fire blanks. The concussion and muzzle flash is just as it would be as if they were firing live rounds, but the guns are really utilising an on-board system of compressed oxygen and propane controlled by computer through electronic solenoids and ignited in a combustion chamber. Like the planes of the past the rider/pilot of the Aristo-cad, will need to check his speed, on this occasion using a classically styled chronometric tachometer by the german company Motogadget. He may also need to keep an eye on time and what would be more fitting than a Tiffany, Porcelain Faced Hunter Cased pocket watch which hides under a protective cover with viewing window, which has then been fitted to the Triumph top yoke. As any Ace knows their may be the odd occasion when the Brownings are no longer a practical deterrent. To help the rider cope with these situation, such as stopping for a pee or petrol, the bike has been fitted with a pair of brass handled Fairbairn-Sykes styled Commando knives, which are held in place by brass riveted black leather sheaths and mounted to the tank with straps. Other details on the The Aristo-cad are numerous and range from the English number plate to the machine turned mechanical oil pressure gauge and the hand-aged leather of the seat and tool bag. These have been aged with a combination of jet turbine oil and trade secrete blends. This Triumph engine retains it’s street drivability, but has been tuned with its high pipes and brass screen protected airflow though the polished aluminum intake trumpets. We don’t see many utterly bonkers builds on Bonnefication, especially one which has been fitted with such a mix of British and German weaponry from both World Wars. This Triumph looks like it could belong to a fictional steampunk time traveling biker who is taking revenge for the loss of his fellow riders….We Love It! I have a Custom Built VW trike That I built Up for sale. 4 speed trans with reverse. All VW Motor, trans and open Iroc Axles. All in great cond. Tires have like new tread. Wheels have some rust. Body is in very good cond. some scuffs, etc.. no holes etc.. Front Drum brake and rear drum brakes. Single Carb and single 12 volt battery. 10 gal gas tank. Cruse Control on grip, 4 head lights and two fog lights. 4 tail lights/blinkers. Motor runs great and gets around 40 miles to the gal. Single Springer front end with highway foot pegs on springer. Removable windshield and fork bag and saddle bags on rear trunk. Luggage rack on rear trunk. This Trike has been all over the US, Mexico and Canada on trips. Great Trike, Runs Great. Totally Rebuilt in 2002, Motor, Chrome, etc.. Has been in storage and not used for the last two years. Needs to be used.. Took out of the garage Labor day and cleaned up somewhat, Gas and filter replaced along with new battery. Cranked right up and running great.. Drove labor Day weekend and decided that I need to sell it.. Do not want to put back in garage and store again.. Someone needs to get this and ride free on three...Some rust on all the chrome, Needs to be detailed and lots of tender loving care in detail time. New grips come with the trike. Past member of BTW for 20 years and been to many of the Trike in's. Won lots of events with this trike also.. Have new headers in box along with many extras for the trike. New chrome edge trimming for the entire cart new in box ready to be installed also. Title and tag this trike and its ready for the road.. Many years of fun and enjoyment on this trike and many more to come for whoever buys it.. Also comes with a custom Trike dolly that you just drive it up on. Dolly is a two wheel Car Dolly with extended neck and channel that trike fits into perfectly. Has a front wheel bracket that front wheel will go into. Back wheels will drop down into ramp pocket when trike is drove up on dolly. Get off and tie down and your ready to go. Really cool system.. I have pulled this trike all over the US and it pulls straight and great.. Dolly will need to be tagged. This dolly also has a wood floor I installed about 8 years ago for pulling my Harley too. You can drive your bike up on the dolly and get off and walk around the bike to tie it down. I also installed added tie down points for the bike. ( see the steel rings in Picts) These tie down points are not needed for the trike.. You also can use this dolly for pulling a car.. So the Dolly is a multi use Dolly.. Really a cool trailer.. Built trike in 1988 and mileage is listed from rebuild in 2002. True Metal Flake on this body, Not the glitter you see in a lot of the metallic paints.. Heavy Clear Gloss finish over the blue metal flake system. Custom Seats and back rest. Must see to appreciate.. If you want a really good Built Trike that has not been thrown together and looks factory built then this is the trike for you.. I purchased this body kit direct from WilMac and built it myself. Bike really looks much better in person, paint has a ton of depth in the clear and gleams with the tastefully done metal flake in the scallops. The artistry involved with this bike is truly a one off. The entire motor is chromed out as well as many chrome frame parts. The picture featured here on EBay is a photo from the local San Diego "Viclas" calendar, she is Miss February 2017 taken on Coronado Island in San Diego - I will of course include the calendar and many other photos taken of the bike. Handle bars are Paul Yaffe 16" monkey Bars, all the PM brake components are chromed with old school HD white grips which ads to the entire feel of the bike. Front end is chromed with chrome visor package on all lights neccels. All cables are braided. Front wheel is a DNA 21" 60 fat spoke chrome wheel that when in motion looks even better. New front and back Avon white wall tires, custom 4 inch extensions on front fender and rear fender and extended custom hard bags. Pipes are fat Vance and Hines true duals - ECM was replaced and bike was completely mapped - runs amazing. Speedo has the old school face. There is also a siren on the left side of the bike that is run with a toggle on handlebars - very, very UNIQUE Bike has "Dirty Air" brand rear air suspension that works great, switch for the system is located on right side panel. Bike has custom LEDs on frame with FOB 6 different blink modes and 5 colors, front headlight is bright white LED . This bike was built to ride and was never intended to be a garage or trailer queen. However you could park this at any show with tremendous pride. All electrical was done by true professional electricians with quick release connectors throughout the bike to remove bags and fairing assembly - tastefully done. Front fairing: To Change the look or too take the longer rides bike comes with a Custom front detachable fairing with built in front amplifier that controls 4 x4 front speaker system with bluethooth radio, usb. I just keep my iPhone in my pocket and it runs the show via Bluetooth. Music can also be run without fairing, there is a bracket near throttle to hold a IPod with plug in that runs the bag speakers and crash bar speakers so you can have music in either mode which also sounds great with the amp in the bag. Bags in rear contain 2x6 inch HERTZ speakers with additional amplifier that controls rear system with 2x 2 front crashbar 4 inch fostgate speakers.
