SPECS: This is a Custom built sportbike 1/1 The whole concept behind this build was to bring simplicity to an extremely complicated bike. For starters, the braking and suspension system: Braking: The tokiko 6 piston calipers (a true nightmare if not rebuilt properly) have been taken apart, the chambers honed, pistons polished on the lathe and seals replaced, result = one finger stoppies.New wavy rotors installed in place of the old OEM ones and new pads The front forks have been rebuild with better springs and sealsIn the Rear, the over engineered rotary damper and spring (the infamous rotary damper i should say) was thrown in the trash followed by a brief celebration in the shop.I'm still wondering what Suzuki's engineers were thinking when they came up with that thing. In its place, we installed a modern fully adjustable rear shock that does the job at ¼ of the weight of the OEM setup. Frame: The OEM subframe was discarded in favor of a custom built one. GSXR Gas tank and Custom tail section: Adapting a gas tank meant to gravity feed carburetors to work with a fuel injection motorcycle wasn't exactly a piece of cake, after a few days in the work i managed to make everything work like it came from the factory. The tail section was handmade with fiberglass, gel coated and painted The whole new Gas tank / tail section setup was engineered in a way that can be taken apart without tools for a super fast maintenance. The wiring was simplified where possible, and relocated within the frame lines (between gas tank and motor) exception made for the ecu, positioned as far away as possible from heating sources. The Numbers:Originally known as an incredibly heavy sportbike228Kg /503lbs wet,Producing 135HP (120 hp of which at the wheel)with a power to weight ratio of 0.53hp/kg after the “treatment” the ALPHAMILLE finally feels like the type of bike that you can really squeeze all the potential out of. After scoring a WET weight of only 420lbs (190kg) over 80 lbs lighter than stock and a Dry weight of 390lbs (176kg) this bike now places itself amongst the lightest production sportbikes available on the market even compared to newer models. There are margins of improvements available regarding the weight.It wouldn't be too hard to get into the 400 lbs Wet by installing lighter wheels, 520 chain, removing the lower radiator. Based on the actual power to the wheel 120 hp and wet weight a stock TL1000R hada power / weight ratio = 0.52 Hp/Kg Thanks to a custom fuel mapping the motor power output increased to 125 WHP that along with the enormous weight loss we were able to achieve aNEW power / weight ratio = 0.65 Hp/Kg An outstanding 23% improvementThat's equivalent of adding 30hp at the wheel on a stock TLR The bike's loud, rumbles as you'd expect from a V-twin without cans. This custom cafe racer is the continuation of someone else's project. The starter motor was pulled and plugged, the forks were rebuilt and reconfigured, new rear shocks were installed, the front fender/ultra strong fork brace was modified, the swing arm was paint stripped and clear coated, tubes and tires were mounted, clip-ons were installed, engine cases were polished, 2 into 1 header system was created from stock CB350 headers, front drum, front brake plate, front sprocket cover, and rear brake plate had been drilled for cooling, stainless steel Allen head screw conversion installed, new headlight ears mounted, tapered steering stem bearing upgrade installed, and a few other items before I laid hands on it. I added the rear set configuration for both shifting and rear brake, wired the electrical system with modern solid state rectifier, added the cafe seat, added the invisible battery, installed the integrated turn signals with the mirrors and tail light, installed the new halogen headlamp, throttle cable, front brake cable, custom length clutch cable, POR-15 lined fuel tank, VHT epoxy painted tank in matte finish, balanced the wheels, rebuilt the carburetors, tuned up the engine, replaced the drive chain, added the polished aluminum velocity stacks, rebuilt and polished the horn, new kicker rubber, new brake and shifter arms with rear sets, new rear tank rubber mount, Notice the trending void behind the engine by having removed the battery, battery box, side covers, air filters, etc... All color has been removed from the bike leaving only black and metal. Turn signals LEDs are amber, brake and tail lights are red, but only when activated through the smoke lenses. The CL350 Honda was first created in 1968 and every Scrambler came with the traditional Darth Vader tank through the last one produced in 1973. Star Wars was not released until 1977. You take a look at the tail of the CL350 tank and do the math. Darth Bike is a radical ride without the benefit of electric start. I hope to have a lady CB200 rider start the bike in the video to be produced when completed and ready for the photoshoot as well. Will be edited in after her visit. Up for sale is my ready to ride 1979 Suzuki GS750L. I am asking $2500 or willing to trade sportster . It has an in line 4 cylinder 750 engine that is running great and is a blast on the street. Dual disk brakes up front give this bike a huge stopping advantage over many classic / vintage bikes! There are several upgrades listed below. I am only selling because I work more with Harley Davisdon bikes and I want a harley that I can use at work. Low milage (21,900) because previous owner didn't ride it much, and I have a short commute to work 1-2 times a week on the bike. 1973 Suzuki GT380 in complete very good condition. Not running, has good compression, and l believe it needs an alternator, and carbs rebuilt to run. It may need more but I'm not sure as this is as far as I've gone with troubleshooting it. I have the new carb kits and some extra parts that will go with the bike. I started to work on this bike but have too many projects going and don't want this one to go to waste. It only has 9500 original miles and is a "stock" survivor being in very original condition. I polished the chrome and its really nice. Paint is original but faded on tank, and i have a key for it. No title, I got this one out of state so it will be a brand new registration which is why I selected clear title. Will provide a bill of sale, and I can deliver up to 50 miles for a fee. For sale a 1981 Suzuki GS550T. This is a wonderful first motorcycle for someone or, with a little bit of work, it could become a great bike for years to come. Since I've owed this bike I have done much of the work on it that should have been done by the previous owner, including: new tires, new battery, new chain, rebuilt the carburetor, new rubber intake boots, switched to electronic ignition, all the various lights are new, replaced the regulator rectifier with a more reliable Honda model, wired in a switch to bypass the old ignition wiring, new plugs, new throttle cable, new clutch cable, new choke cable, rebuilt the fuel pet cock, and of course, I have changed the oil and filter every year I have owned it. I have also, for every time I take out one of the Japanese phillips bolts, I've replaced it with a brand new stainless steel hex bolt. Currently, the bike runs very strong while it is running, however, it can be a little difficult to start at times. I believe it needs a tune up. You will also note in one of the pictures that there is some electrical tape on the front master cylinder reservoir. That was on it when I got it, and the bike has stopped incredibly well since I've had it, so I decided to leave well enough alone. I also have the left side cover, it just needs to be glued back together. Additionally, you will notice the safety bars on the front of the bike, which protect the engine in the event of laying the bike down or getting it knocked over. This bike is very much fun to drive, it can rev really high, but at the same time it can be a pleasant and quiet bike in the city at the low revs. If you have questions or need more pictures, feel free to contact me.

Suzuki : Other 1976 suzuki a 100 go fer excellent condition all original great running bike look

This is a nice running, super clean, all original little Suzuki. I am asked questions about it every time I ride it. You don't see many of these little two strokers on the road anymore. The bike has a new battery, new tires, and a new turn signal lens. I also rebuilt the carburetor and sealed the fuel tank with POR-15. The bike runs very well and everything on the bike works as it should. All paint is original except the side stand was quickly resprayed with gloss black. The chrome is nice and shines very well for a 39 year old bike. There are blemishes on the bike, so let me list what I see. There is a small rust spot on the left and right fork cover (see picture), there is about a 1 inch spot on the seat where a seam has let loose that could be fixed easily (see picture) Some of the chrome has very light pitting and light scratches, and there is a rust spot or two here and there. The paint looks great over all but is not perfect, there is the minor chip or scuff here or there. From about 15 feet away the bike looks brand new. Most people do not see the blemishes but I am a little OCD with my bikes The bike runs and drives as it should with no issues at all. It is a little cold blooded and runs its best after a few minutes of warm up and after a couple miles riding. It will do almost 70 mph with a 170 pound person on flat ground but I only did it a couple times to test tuning and bike. It is best for an around town bike at 45 mph or less. It has been perfectly reliable for me and starts every day usually on one kick. (Bike is kick only) As of now I have stopped riding it so it stays nice and clean for the next owner. I have it stored in my dining room. You can see on the pictures the mileage is 7332, but the mileage is now 7335 because I rode it a bit. It is possible I ride it more but do not plan to do so. I also just ordered new "go-fer A100" decals for the side covers. They were missing when I got the bike. I paid $53 for these two decals and they go with the bike. This bike was extremely dirty and had not run in over 20 years when I bought it. I have put a lot of time, money, and hard work to bring it back to life. I am very particular about my motorcycles and like them to be as perfect as I can get them, especially mechanically. I love to bring back a motorcycle from the dead and on the road again. Engine was completely rebuilt around 10000 miles because motorcycle shop didnt put oil drain plug on tight after oil change. So Engine actually have around 7500 miles on it. It still ride like its brand new. I did most of the maintenance myself after the oil change incident to make sure it's done right. It has a custom paint job and custom loud pipes. Graphics in paint all over bike including wheels!!! Has a 260 rear tire. Both front and back wheels are powder coated to match paint job. Tires are good.
