Hello. Up for sale is my preserved/restored RM. This bike is mostly original with the exception of the sprockets/chain, air filter, rear tire, and 70.25mm piston (1st oversize). Original handlebars!! The suspension has been fully rebuilt with swing arm bearing upgrade. It runs/idles flawlessly and has approximately 20 minutes of run time since completion. 1992 Suzuki RM 250 off road bike/ dirtbike/ motocross bike. -Under 2 hours on rebuilt engine: new piston, new cylinder sleeve, carburetor rebuilt. -New Muffler -New Chain -New Clutch -New rear brake parts, not installed yet, still packaged. Comes with New Motorcycle carrier with ramp (used once). fits into rear hitch mount of your vehicle. -New helmet, worn twice. I bought the frame and parts 10 years ago, just had it put together and now I don't have time/place to ride. The VIN was painted over at one point. Please see picture. 1994 Suzuki RM 250. This bike is in really good condition. It just had a FRESH top and bottom end installed. Brand New Front & Back tires and tubes. New Front Brakes and new front and back bearings installed. Brand New Plastics "NOT EVEN A SCRATCH" Renthal bars and MSR levers.Pro Taper Pad and Acebis Ralley Pro hand guards "not even installed yet". Carb has been cleaned and carb kit installed. New Uni Air Filter. FMF Fatty Pipe and pro Circuit Silencer. Bike Fires up first or second kick every time. its a excellent trail bike and im sure there is a few odds and ends i forgot to mention. 1981 Suzuki RM250 Full Floater The bike that jump started suspension! This bike may very well be a RPM Racing Team bike, see photos. I bought it out of Ohio where RPM was located. RPM mods appear to be case matching, polishing, porting, turbo crank, crank bearing mod. This thing is a rocket ship! Up for sale is my 2002 Suzuki RM 250, well maintained fast bike ready to ride needs nothing but a new owner. I have owned the bike for 3 years and It has been a great bike always starts on the first couple kicks and runs strong I will hate to see it go only selling because I don't ride it enough to justify keeping it anymore. Cosmetically the bike is in very good shape and the motor was completely gone through by my mechanic when I purchased the bike and now has maybe 15 hours on it tops. Never been raced and always ran Klotz r50 synthetic 2-stroke oil, transmission fluid changed regularly. Tires, chain, and sprockets are in good shape and should get through the rest of the season at least. New brakes. No Title, Bill of sale will be provide upon sale. The only year of the air cooled / fuel floater combo in the 250 - these bikes were very limited production and are gaining collect-ability with VMX enthusiasts. As the rumors circulate about the future of two-strokes and the possibility of manufacturers ending their development, the 2005 lineup from Suzuki shows absolutely no signs that this is true. Many thought Suzuki’s focus on the highly anticipated all-new RM-Z450 would result in very little effort put into the RM250. Fortunately for all die-hard two-stroke fans, that is not the case. The RM250 remains one of Suzuki’s top priorities, so it received a going-over with a number of small changes. The 2004 model was without a doubt one of the best two-strokes of the year and came in third (second two-stroke) in our 250-class MX shootout (Dec. ’03). With all the minor tweaking the ’05 edition could very well be on top as the number-one 250 two-stroke. Along with continuing two-stroke development, Suzuki convinced Ricky Carmichael to leave Honda as soon as the Outdoor season concludes. Carmichael will most likely remain on a two-stroke and campaign on the RM250 for the supercross season, then switch to the new four-stroke RM-Z450 for the Outdoor season.
