LCC_Choppers Store This bike is anything but a cookie cutter! It’s innovative, while matched with attitude and style this bike sets it apart from all others. “The Hinge” though not in its complete original state is a one-of-a-kind bike with a tank that sets this bike apart because of its unique design. While being featured in German Biker Build Off World in Germany a few years ago as well as being in German Magazines. We have been told that it’s in a book called: The Art of the Bobber, however we haven’t been able to verify this. The motor is a rebuilt 1974 74CI Shovel Head, next in line is the Switch Blade Transmission which shifts with ease! A lot of parts came from old motorcycles, some parts even came from newer bikes. “The Hinge” sports an S&S Cam, Jims Lifters, SU Carb and Air Cleaner. A nice Custom one-off Exhaust expels all the fumes down and away from you. It has a 38 degree rake, the Stretch is: Zero in the Tubes / 6 in the Neck. Front and Rear Wheels are 17” with Wilwood Front and Rear Brakes. With the Spring Seat you’ll find a cushioned ride while keeping the classic hard tail. Front Headlight is from a 99 HD Softail, Taillight is a 30’s Auto light. The Fender is a 1935 Ford Spare Tire Ring which they did a great job, as it looks AMAZING! This bike is all kinds of parts combined to make quite a unique bobber! The Front Tire has about 75% Tire Tread Left and the Rear Tires has about 95% Tire Tread Left. Charging system tests out great at 14.39 Volts. The brakes stop the bike in a hurry and have good life left as well. You will find only a left side mirror, and no turn signals on this classic Harley. Brake lights work on the rear brake only, and there are no turn signals as it fits the year of the bike.
