RESTORATION PHOTO SUMMARY WALK-AROUND & OVERVIEW CONTROLS AND STARTUP (I forgot to mention the gear shifter in the video) DEMO RIDE RECEIPTS AT A GLANCE QUICK DESCRIPTION This was a COMPLETE and COMPREHENSIVE restoration! This motorcycle was taken apart down to the bare frame. The frame was polished. Every bearing was replaced (wheels, suspension linkages, steering stem, and more). The entire wiring harness was replaced. Every sensor was replaced. New battery, spark plugs, relays, fuse blocks. Every bulb was replaced. The front and rear brake systems were completely rebuilt (calipers, lines, master cylinders, pads, rotors). Wheels were powder coated and dynamically balanced. Front forks were rebuilt and racing springs installed with new fluid. Every nut and bolt that were in re-useable condition were hand cleaned and restored. Unusable or missing nuts/bolts were replaced with genuine OEM. The rear shock was replaced with a modern performance shock. Every rubber hose and line was replaced. Every rubber grommet and bushing was replaced. Every fluid reservoir was replaced (coolant, brakes, etc). The seats were re-upholstered. Fuel tank de-rusted and restored. Carburetors completely rebuilt inside and out and tuned with K&N pod air filters. Cylinder head was rebuilt, valves lapped, and valve lash adjusted. New gaskets and seals everywhere. New clutch.
