An Original mileage title showing only 50xxx miles   Rare Drop-Head Coupe 1991cc 6 Cylinder engine 4-speed Wilson Preselector gearbox 2 door, four seat Convertible Light Restoration 60 years of History The Armstrong Siddeley Hurricane was a two door, four seat  drophead coupe which was named after the famous RAF Hurricane fighter plane made by the British company of Armstrong Siddeley. This automobile was made from 1946 to 1953 and based on the 1945 Armstrong Siddeley Lancaster. The chassis featured independent front suspension using torsion bars and a live rear axle with leaf springs. A Girling hydro-mechanical braking system was fitted, with the front drums hydraulically operated while those at the rear used rod and cable. The four seat, two door body was made of steel and aluminum panel fitted over a wood and aluminum frame. The doors were rear hinged, an arrangement that got the name of suicide doors. MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present this handsome and rarely seen 1947 Armstrong Siddeley Hurricane. This is a truly post war British classic, purchased directly at the Armstrong factory by the first owner, an attorney from the Northeaster United States.  In fact, one of the four owners (1952-2015) was a member of the Armstrong Siddeley Owner’s club (ASOC) showing just one example of their love and dedication to this marque! Included with this car is a sixty plus year journey of service records, parts receipts, work shop manuals, restoration information, featured articles, ownership history, and even Armstrong Car Owners club literature! The finish of this beautiful car was inspired by Armstrong Sapphires competing at the ASOC rally at the Isle of Wight. It is quite possible that this is the only fully restored 1924 Stuart Canopy truck in the world. Adorning the outside is a side-mounted spare tire, cab windshield visor and bed canopy side curtains. Inside the pickup is tailored in black with a wood dash and steering wheel. Under the hood is a strong inline six-cylinder engine that is couple to a three-speed manual transmission. This unique truck is shown nicely and is sure to be a great addition to any collection. The Kisber Tire sign is hand painted in gold leaf and is the exact address and phone number of Kisber Auto Parts in 1924. The Stewart Motor Corporation was structured in 1912 in Buffalo, New York. By 1913 the company had paid off their debts and were getting fleet sales from the U.S. Navy and the Post Office Department. This increase in business put Stewart in direct competition with big manufactures like Studebaker, International Harvester and Willys-Overland. With growing success by 1920, Stewart had more than 300 distributors spanning 21 countries. This Buddy Stewart truck is powered by a stock inline six cylinder engine that is coupled to a three-speed manual shifting transmission. Inside the cab is black upholstery with hand-operated windows and windshield. The exterior is completed with handsome green and black two-tone paint. Highlighting the exterior are red artillery-style wheels with polished wheel caps, wood bed rails. The truck offered here has been the recipient of a frame-off nut & bolt restoration and shows to be in lovely condition with what appears to be all original wood work in place. Built by renowned car and motorcycle builder Jessie Mace of Motorcycle Works in Olath, Kansas, this motorcycle has the evil presence of the Dark Lord himself. Painted by the Evil Twin brothers, who are expert special effects painters for both motorcycles and costume’s for movies. Using a metallic black with red accents, the motorcycle appears to have been created in the “Star Wars” franchise. Since this motorcycle was intended to be a show piece the paint is fantastic condition and shows amazingly well. Ridged front and rear fenders with sharp edges exposed gives this custom motorcycle added attitude, which matches Darth Vader’s image. The Motorcycle Works Knife Edge Radius frame with an integrated air dam is painted in the same color black and is in very good condition. Both front and back mono-piece PMFR chrome wheels are in very good condition with no defects to be found. Mechanically this motorcycle is powered by a stock Harley Davison 80ci EVO motor that has been diamond cut for added effect. For 1915 and 1916 only, they offered a passenger car, before returning to what they did best. In 1926 they introduced the “Buddy”– a medium truck with road-going performance During the 1921 model year, the Stewart Company announced that it was going to manufacture its first civilian pickup truck. This new addition was market towards the everyday tradesman or farmer, where the previous models were almost exclusively marketed commercial. The Stewart pickup was then offered as an express, stake, panel and a special farmer’s model. MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present this very rare 1935 Buddy Stewart Truck 40H. This truck was owned and restored by Walsh Trucking in mid to late 1990’s. It was featured in the book Pickup Trucks by Justin Lukach in 1998. At some point it was acquired and displayed on J&R Vintage Auto Museum in Rio Rancho, NM.. it was bought and mechanically refreshed in 2011.The Kisber Auto Parts sign is hand painted in gold leaf and in the exact address and phone number of Kisber Auto Parts in 1935. According to renown Stewart collectors this particular “Buddy” is  one of one fully restored examples in the country and perhaps the world! This Buddy Stewart pickup is powered by a stock 4 cylinder Waukesha engine that is married to a T83 three-speed manual shifting transmission. Inside the cab is brown upholstery with hand-operated windows and windshield. The exterior is completed with green and black two-tone paint. Highlighting the exterior are red artillery-style wheels with polished wheel caps, wood bed rails, front chrome bumper and a spare tire mounted under the bed. The pickup offered here has been the recipient of a frame-off nut & bolt restoration and shows to be in lovely condition. The Hornet was also built by American Motors Corporation (AMC) in Kenosha Wisconsin and marketed under the Hudson brand between 1955 and 1957. MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present this unique and rarely seen 1953 2 door Twin H Hudson Hornet, truly classic American collector’s find! First-generation Hudson Hornets featured a functional “step-down” design with dropped floor pan and chassis creating a lower center of gravity than contemporary vehicles that aided the car’s handling capabilities which was a bonus for racing. The Hornet’s lower and sleeker look was accentuated by streamlined styling, sometimes called “ponton” styling. The car’s unique, low slung appearance and silky handling earned Hudson an image that – for many buyers – eclipsed luxury marques like Cadillac. The 1953 model year brought minor changes to the Hudson Hornet. The front end was modified with a new grille and a non-functional air scoop hood ornament. Four different body designs were produced: a two-door club coupe, Hollywood hardtop, Convertible Brougham, and a four-door sedan. Hudson Hornet 1953 model year production totaled 27,208 units of which around 910 were the Hollywood hardtops. As a point of interest, an upgraded 8-tube radio was a option. Finished in classic and desirable black exterior over a very original blue/gray cloth interior,  the paint finish and body show extremely well with only minor imperfections visible upon close inspection. Inside, the seat upholstery looks great in a crushed velour cloth with no major signs of wear visible. The door panels are finished to match the seats and dashboard are matched to mirror the exterior of the car and all look fantastic. Paint and body are displayed well with  minimal paint issues and no visible evidence of repair or damage that we could find. This nicely represented Hudson is equipped with the optional “twin-H” or twin one barrel carburetor setup, a L-head (flathead or sidevalve) design. At 308 cu in (5.0 L) it was the largest displacement six-cylinder engine in the world at the time. With its unique carb configuration, the engine produces 145 hp which is linked to a Hydramatic automatic transmission, the car also features wide whitewall tires on OEM steel wheels with Hudson hub caps, original AM radio, and set of spare keys (rare!). Chevrolet’s Fleetmaster was a sub-series of their Fleetline model line, which was intended to provide multiple series of full-bodied sedans and coupes to meet the diverse needs of American’s post WWII. This 2-Door Sedan has been tastefully customized in late hot-rodder fashion; complete with a striking paint job and lightly modified with modern creature comforts. The exterior was painted in two tone base-clear silver and turquoise with a forward motion black and silver stripe as the line break between the two colors. With all of the exterior handles being “shaved,” meaning they were removed and filled, the beautiful lines of this car are highlighted perfectly with the custom paint. Overall the body panels are in great condition, only minor flaws can be found under close examination. New steel rally style wheels have been painted to match the exterior silver paint and Chevrolet chrome wheel covers finish the look. The Aronde line had been released in late 1955, and in the fall of 1957 a pair of sporty models joined the ranks, the Plein Ciel coupe and roadster and the Oceane, both with bodies supplied by Facel of Paris. Fitted with the Flash Special 1,290cc engine, Simcas were efficient cars but lacked the performance of other European and American cars of the era. With a price of $3,167, they were also more expensive than most other cars on the market therefore few were imported. This Simca was originally purchased new in 1961 from Southeast Motor Co. in Wichita, Kansas by a Mr. Joseph Doidge. Then in 1966 Mr. Doidge relocated to Olivehurst, California where the car was driven regularly until 1976 where it was stored in his grandmother’s garage until recently. It is increasingly common to find highly original cars accompanied by original factory documentation and ownership records, this Simca has both. On a whim, they designed and built a small dirt bike for one of their kart racing customers. In 1963 the Blendzall company commissioned Van Tech to produce a 100cc race bike for one of their riders. The bike they created swept the class that year solidifying the VanTichelt’s name as one of the best in the biz. Based in Glendale, CA Navarro Engineering became one of the premier speed shops for classic American hot rods and lake bed racing. Commonly referred to as the “fast four” this was the last of 4 cylinder Dodge Brothers vehicles before Chrysler’s purchase in 1928. The Dodge Brothers originally built chassis’ and engines for Henry Ford’s new Ford Motor Company, their partnership ended with a winning law suit against Ford. Set out to make a more upscale competitor to the famous Model T, the Dodge brothers made standard many innovations other companies wouldn’t adopt until many models later. For instance, they used an all-steel body, 12-volt electric system and a 3-speed sliding gear transmission. With Dodge’s higher build quality, their cars soon earned a reputation of superior durability and took second in sales in 1916. The Series 128 MotoeXotica has to offer is one of the finest preserved “fast four” in the country. This car is in better factory original condition then most cars on the road today. The exterior has been repainted with single-stage blue over black almost 30 years-ago and is in superb condition with no obvious chips or scratches, and shows extremely well. Fitted with the optional rear bumper; both front and rear are in excellent condition. Also the original fuel gauge on the rear fuel tank is still in place and functioning, along with the optional single rear tail light too. True to Dodge’s advanced standard equipment both front headlights, running off the 12-volt system, are original and still have the functioning dimmer switch. The previous owner replaced the vinyl top and side-steps with the original material; in fact Mr. Landoll is the owner of a company that still makes OEM style side-steps and running boards. Taking a step inside the originality continues, the original black leather bench seat is in good condition with no tears. All of the original gauges work; including the amp meter, oil pressure, and speedometer. Both original doors and glass function perfectly, demonstrating the Dodge Brothers quality even after all the years. Mechanically this Series 128 is as sound as when it was originally purchased. All four wooden wheels are in great condition with absolutely no signs of rot. True to the Series 128 the 14” mechanical rear-only brakes are still in good operating condition. Since the early Ford engines were really Dodge Brothers engines, clearly Ford used them because of their quality and durability. Developing 44hp this L-head design 4 cylinder runs very well, with most of the original engine accessories still in place and functioning well including the correct North East generator, ignition, and electric system. Fuel is delivered by the original Stewart dual-barrel carburetor and vacuum fuel system. The only non-original addition is an electric fuel-pump that assists the original fuel system, but both pump and switch are hidden out of sight. Pre-war American cars in this condition are almost unheard of; this car could be driven daily or used as a show car. INDUSTRY UNIQUE RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you receive your vehicle and have buyer’s remorse, are not happy with the vehicle or just don’t want it for any reason we will purchase the car back from you. We must be notified in writing of your decision to return the vehicle within seven (7) days of your receipt of said vehicle. The vehicle may not have more than 75 additional miles on the odometer from the time it left our possession and be returned in the same condition that it left. You WILL be responsible for a restocking fee that will equal 20% of the purchase price of the vehicle, no exceptions.
