A beautifully restored 1981 Suzuki GS850G This bike has been fully disassembled, and cleaned. The frame and engine were freshly painted, and the engine case covers, wheels, and shaft unit polished to their original shine. Carburetors were professionally cleaned with an Ultrasonic tank, rebuilt, and synced perfectly. New genuine Suzuki o-rings and gaskets were used where needed. New Shinko 712 tires mounted front and rear. Fresh oil, with genuine Suzuki filter and cover o-ring. Forks serviced with new seals and 10wt Motul fork oil. New AGM battery. New brake pads front and rear. Much more was done, but theres really too much to list. If you're looking for an all original classic...Look no further. This bike not only turns heads everywhere it goes, but is also as reliable as it gets. These bikes were built with great pride and joy by Suzuki. They feature Chromoly steel frames, Fully jeweled roller-bearing crankshaft and 8 valve, dual overhead cam cylinder head. These bikes were built to last. So bid with confidence that you'll be getting a ready to ride classic. I have put nearly 100 hours into the restoration of this bike, and while I don't expect to get back my labor, I would like to at least break even. This is a turn-key, ready to ride classic bike. All it needs is a rider and a destination. On May-20-15 at 15:52:18 PDT, seller added the following information: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kxUSIRSj2ec

This is a 1983 Suzuki GS850G with a low 8745 miles. This bike is in VERY GOOD cosmetic and mechanical condition. I doubt you will find a nicer one anywhere. The bike starts right up, has a smooth idle and shifts smoothly through the gears. The bike runs, drives and shifts like it should. The clutch engagement is smooth. It sounds nice and tight and it has no mechanical issues at all. All of the lights, signals, horn and instruments work, as does the gear position indicator and fuel gauge. The brakes work well and the tires have plenty of tread. No leaks and no drips whatsoever. The paint is original and looks good from every angle or distance. The inside of the tank is as clean and rust free as the day it was made. The exhaust is very nice with no scrapes, scratches or road rash. The seat has no rips, the tool kit is in place and it has its original owner’s manual. The battery is a one year old sealed AGM battery. The oil, filter and brake fluid are fresh and the bike is ready to ride. It needs nothing. I have the original mirrors for the bike. They weren’t on it when I took most of the photos but can be seen in the last two. I have actually owned this bike twice, having bought the bike back from a collector who just kept it in heated storage. It is a VERY NICE GS 850! The bike has a clear, signed, open title in the previous owner’s name. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer but I will assist however I can.INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I can transport this bike to any New Jersey area shipper or logistics facility for $250 USD.

A very nice bike that has been well taken care of and never abused.  This bike is comfortable to ride a passenger or cruising the back roads.  I put a lot of money into rebuilding the carbs, new airbox seals, updated front master cylinder, new brakes, new sport mirrors, new handle bars and new michelin sport touring tires.  There are a couple of very small dents in the tank and normal light chips and scratches. Bike has shaft drive and an excellant seat. Root beer in color with original pin stripes. Very nice mag wheels with 18000 miles. Asking price or b/o. please call or email NO TEXTS. Thanks David

Good Day Folks. You are looking at an excellent example of a 1981 GS850G which has been restored with all OEM parts except for things such as modern day brakes, and modern day charging system. This bike has been gone over with a fine tooth comb and what you are looking at is the real McCoy. Many new parts on this bike and i will try to only mention the significant ones to try to give you an idea of this build; one that i should mention is the fuel tank. The tank was purchased brand new in the Suzuki box (shown in one of the pictures)and has been stored for years and has never been mounted on a bike until this bike. This full roller bearing crank 2 valve per cylinder beast of an engine is known to be the most reliable of all bikes ever made along with the smooth shaft drive. These run tubeless tires which have less than 30 miles on them. Yes folks this is an 81', those are CV carbs you're looking at, the kick starter was ADDED to the block and so was the new front fender, the best of the 79' model and the 81'. You will never be stranded on this bike, every single electrical component has been gone through and tested along with the entire harness, oh did i mention we added the kick starter" (of course it has electric as well). This bike has new OEM parts and no cheap aftermarket parts. The brand new tank that had 0 miles for this bike alone you will never find. Gold Racetech emulators, fork seals, boots, wheel bearings front and back, head stock bearings, Tremendous brakes: R1 Radial Calipers along with Radial Master Cylinder (I'm sorry folks, I tried to go original, but in this day and age with traffic and these drivers out there, this bike was only going to get modern day stopping power along with the re-valved forks). New air filter assembly, all fluids flushed, The list and work on the bike is too long and i can always come up with something new if i just keep listing it here, in fact, why don't you shoot me a question if you have any questions. A lot of you know these engines are monstrously overbuilt along with the tranny etc. Now you can ride a real classic motorcycle with that new wet' looking paint like a new bike, the most reliable engine on the planet, along with all of the reliability and safety of a modern day bike and modern day suspension, all without spending a fortune on a bike that's going to be ridden to the REPAIR SHOP most of its life and than sold for a huge loss. This bike is for the Gentlemen, no zero bidders, time wasters, only appreciators. This bike is not a "Retro" or a "Cafe" build, This is the real 71' Challenger not the 13' wannabe. To the winning bidder, contact me personally or this bike doesn't leave. My number is 516-965-2407, call Gabe. Shipping is the buyers responsibility, and the bike is being sold AS IS with a set of 2 key's and a title. There will be no "Returns" for all you scammers out there, videos and picture will be taken before this bike leaves, and of course after i receive payment in full. Come and see this bike, I'm in Long Island, New York. If You're going to use a shipper, please get on that right away, i am not going to wait around and hold this bike for you for half a year. I expect the bike to be picked up in no less than 2 weeks from the time of the winning bid. Thanks for looking. P.S. Some shots were with a pair of High Rise Black Pro-Taper Bars. If you like the way they look and want them, i will include it with the auction. Currently the bike has the Stock bars on. There is no Reserve.

I originally bought this to turn into a cafe racer. It needed a rocker box gasket, new front tire and the carbs tuned ( previous owner installed rebuilt kits in all carbs). After doing the necessary work and replacements it ran beautifully. Everything works as it should including the fuel gauge. Summer is not the time to build a Cafe Racer, and someone would definitely enjoy riding this now. So it is for sale but if I don't receive a reasonable offer it will become my winter project. Anyone with less than 5 positive feedback scores must call me first at 201 401 6380. I am tired of being scammed.

Shaft driven Nice original low mile bike in good condition- Bike has never been down-Some cosmetic paint flaws and wear normal to its age Bike could use a little TLC - a good cleaning, but a good used running bike, that needs a battery.Runs and drives nicely- Prefer not to ship local pick up only

You're looking at a 1982 Suzuki GS 850G. It runs great and It has a Vetter Windjammer on it and also comes with a pair of Vetter Hard Saddlebags. It will need the turn signals fixed, they stopped working. It will need a new switch other than that I don't know what else is wrong with them, but I may have them fixed soon if I can. I rather have it ready to ride when it is sold!! It has been in storage since early 2012. Local Pick up is free, but the cost of shipping will be paid by the buyer. If you have any questions just ask and I'll get right back to you. Thanks for looking and have a great day!!

Sellers, beware of alot of ebayers out there who try to scam you. Maybe there is an honest ebayer out there????? You are bidding on my 1977 Suzuki GT380 Sebring Triple.. Extremely rare bike becasue it was the 25th production bike in 1977!!! That's right, the 25th GT380 to roll off the line in 1977!!! 2 stroke, 3 cylinder, vintage original. Only 3722 original miles!!!!! Bike is a vintage time capsule!!!! V.I.N. GT380-95088 The exhaust is exceptional and original. with all 4 baffles intact. All parts are original to this bike. Yes, I have the left side cover. I wanted to show it so you could see everything. The tires are excellent. The bike starts and runs. Unrestored bike in unrestored original condition. Clear title in my hand NOW. MY TERMS: $500 NON-REFUNDABLE EARNEST DEPOSIT IS DUE UPON THE END OF THE SALE PLEASE. BALANCE DUE BY PAY PAL WHEN I SEND YOU A PAY PAL INVOICE. SHIPPING: YOU, THE BUYER, MUST MAKE YOUR OWN SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS AND PAY FOR YOUR SHIPPING OR PICK UP THE BIKE YOURSELF. I WILL BE HAPPY TO KEEP THE BIKE STORED FOR YOU FOR UP TO 60 DAYS IF NEED BE. On May-17-14 at 12:03:02 PDT, seller added the following information: I am updating the listing with important info. This bike has engine number GT380-108577 This was the very first engine serial number in 1977!! That's right, the first one. And the frame is number GT380-95088 and they began with GT380-95063 so this frame is the 25th one made in 1977. I encourage you to bid accordingly as I may decide to keep the bike due to its rarity if bidding stays so low and no one cares about VIN numbers. Thanks. Original scanner unknown. Transcribed from scans of three pages; the scans are found in various places on the internet. Atop the third scanned page numbered "4" is "SERVICE PUBLICATIONS #3 - REVISED 3/25/94." Table cell entries are presumed to be the initial frame and engine numbers for the model year for each model. Some issues with this table: Each model in the original has the date code appended, e. g., RL250L for the 1974 "L" model year, except: FA50 for 1971 has no R suffix. JR50C is listed in 1978 and 1979 (years C and N) with the same serial ranges. RM125M for 1975 (year M) is listed in 1976 (year A) with a different frame serial range than RM125A. TS250J is listed twice in 1972 (year J) with two sets of originating frame and engine numbers. RM250C2 for 1978 (year C) is listed with a a different serial range than RM250C. GS425M for 1975 (year M) is listed in 1979 (year N). Some numerals (particularly 5, 6, and 8) are difficult to decipher from the scans.[edit] Proofreading methodology
