2002 V-twin Suzuki For sale by owner. I have owned this bike for 4 years. It was a great first bike, and worked well for me as shorter rider. I bought it from a person in Waukesha. Needs nothing but a new owner and its ready for the best riding weather of the entire season. This unit comes fully serviced and has passed our rigorous in house 95 point inspection. We have the vehicle listed locally and reserve the right to end the auction early if someone purchases at the dealership before the auction is up. Warranty:The vehicle is being sold AS IS with no current warranty. The purchaser will have the opportunity to test drive the vehicle if they so desire before finalizing the sale to verify everything works properly as it should.Comprehenisve Inspection Checklist: This is our in house 95 point motorcycle inspection checklist which we created to guarantee every bike we sell is as safe and troublefree for as many miles as possible for every customer. This is probably one of the most comprehensive and in depth pre-owned checklists in the industry and even exceeds most of the manufacturers pre-delivery and set up inspection checklists. Have a 2002 SV650S for sale. AS IS. * Back story. Bought the bike & the motor case came cracked in 5 places, & it needed the carbs replaced. Purchased carbs, spark plugs, clutch cable & motor. Took to a mechanic friend to replace. He calls to say he's finished it, but it wont start. I arrive to get my bike to take it to a shop & find it as you see in the pictures. Turns out he was parting the bike out behind my back for drug money - (seriously). Now the guy has disappeared & I cannot get back any of the missing parts, or even ask him what all is missing, besides the obvious. Not sure exactly what parts are missing besides the plastics, gas tank, & carbs. ** I AM UNSURE OF THE ACTUAL MILEAGE AS THE BIKE WENT IN FOR REPAIR BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO GET IT. Looking to sale bike AS IS. Frame & title alone are worth $1000, asking $1100 for bike as is, with parts remaining, & clean title. Pictures attached show bike in current condition. 2002 Suzuki SV650S. Extremely low miles for a 15 year bike. This model is very well sought after as an entry to mid level track bike. It is a nimble, light weight bike equipped with a water-cooled V-twin engine, 6 speed gear box, and triple disc brakes. 2002 was the last year of the of the carburetor fed fuel system, making tuning easy. The only mod is the addition of an "M4" exhaust can. It is also equipped with two nearly new Michelin Pilot Road 4's. This bike has had a low side slide on the left side, before I owned it. The damage is minor and basically paint work on the left lower and upper fairing. None of this will matter if you plan on using it as a track bike. The low mileage and overall solid mechanical condition is what makes this bike such a great find. You will be hard pressed to find one with miles this low and in the condition this one is. Being an "S" model also makes it a great track bike. For those not familiar, the S model comes with a partial fairing and clip-on style bars, both of which make it better suited for the speeds found on race tracks. I was going to use it as a track bike myself, but won't have the time for track days, after all. I'm willing to let her go to a new home for $2000.
