2007 Thunder Mountain Firestone Chopper with optional Jims 120 motor, 6 speed transmission and right side drive. Thunder Mountains are mostly Harley parts and were distributed exclusively by Harley Dealerships. Manuals and parts are still easily available since they are Harley parts. This bike has a one off custom paint job that is Black with blue flames. It has the 280 rear tire, upgraded tuner installed by local motorcycle speed shop and dyno tuned. It is a SCREAMER! Custom Vance and Hines pipes. It is low, Wide, long and crazy powerful. An absolute blast to ride and you will be assaulted with waves, thumbs up and requests for pictures. I have even been subjected to the occasional flash. If you are looking for a bike you can cruise around anonymously, this is NOT it. They will hear you coming and once they see it, you will not be mistaken for anyone else. It has the optional quick release passenger seat which is a full seat with backrest that mounts into the chrome frame rails for the rear fender so it doesn't rest on the paint at all. It has the quick release feature and custom saddle bags for storage. My wife doesn't care how many bikes I have, so long as she can ride with me, so this bike was perfect for us. I remove the seat and back rest for the solo chopper and then just attach the seat back on for cruising night with the wife. Seat would cost $800 on ebay plus bags if you had to purchase. Windvest windscreen was added. it is bar mounted and can be pulled off easily and quickly if you prefer the clean look. the lines of the screen never detracted from the looks for me but made long rides more bearable. Standard Harley gauges and controls. Big Dog fuel gauge on left side of tank. looks like a flush chrome cap but lights up blue for fuel gauge. Riding position is slightly forward with legs out front on forward controls. I am 5'10 and I have plenty of leg room and am not too stretched out for long rides. I rode this bike from Wenatchee Washington to Los Angeles California in a day. It isn't an ultra classic for comfort but it won't cripple you either like some choppers. It is a soft tail frame so the ride is smooth and adjustable. Engine area has blue LED lighting for a custom look at night or parked at the local hangout. Tires still have life left in them and the service is fresh. I am selling because I have not rode it as much since moving from California to Oklahoma last year (bike is not California smogged or restricted since it was only tagged in Washington and Oklahoma, never California). There is so much to say about this bike and the pictures really don't do it justice. The bad is as follows: there was a paint chip on the rear fender. I had it professionally filled and touched up but if you know where to look you can still see where it was since there is a slight depression (change in plane) where they didn't quite get it filled to the same elevation. loan value without passenger seat, custom tuner or custom pipes is $16,600. For sale locally so auction may end early. Title is clear and in my safe. I will accept cash or paypal (I will split the 2.9% fee which is about $225 each for a sale price of $15,500) and cashier check but the bike will not leave until funds clear (some cashiers checks take up to a week or longer). mileage was as of 6/17/15 and subject to change. However, I have documentation from Harley Davidson that it has 4796 more miles on it for a total of 6871. With that being said it has to be sold as TMU or "True Miles Unknown".We found a blemish on the plastic chrome hexagonal tubes between the triple tree. It appears that the chrome is flaking.
