1978 Volkswagen Trike. 1600 VW motor, Runs good. Force feed shifter. Carburetor replaced 2 years ago. Does have some surface scratches on the fiberglass. Also noted on inspection report there is some paint bubbling on the back top of engine. 1,875 miles. Note. owner is 5' 9". Just recently had a Multi point inspection by an authorized VW dealer: Front and Rear tires noted as having 7/32" or greater tread depth. It is charging at 12.4 volts. Battery is 6 volts under load (needs a new battery). Fluid levels on Engine oil and brake reservoir Ok. Headlamp alignment was checked and ok. No oil or fluid leaks. Steering and linkages & brake systems checked and marked as ok. Rear Brake linings at 25%. Exterior body panel colors match, paint depth gauge is consistent, free of body dents, Engine is free of fluid or oil leaks, battery terminals free of corrosion, exhaust pipe emissions are neither blue or black, brakes do not feel squishy, steers straight and does not pull. Comp. 1 @ 130, 2@ 140, 3@ 135, 4 @ 140 PSI - good. Trike is sold as-is.
