This antique German Motorcycle is a collectors dream, Triumph BD 250, Year 1942, one owner, original German papers, original brochure from 1941, German Motorrad Magazin Article from 1941 (copy) describing the modern technical features of this motorcycle. Was taken off the road in 1958. Only owner was my late father-in-law. He renovated this motorcycle a few years back with new cylinder head, pistons, rims, tires, breaks and disassembled it to have it painted in the original civilian bordeaux red color. This Triumph BD 250 was a German army messenger bike in world war II with the possibility to mount a side car and a shift lever next to the sidecar mounting, so the soldier in the sidecar could shift, even if the driver was disabled. It was legally acquired from the Wehrmacht (German Army) by my late father-in-law in 1948. All original owner papers available. The Triumph is in my garage since a few years and I remember that my late father-in-law had it running. Since then it was stored inside my man cave (all liquids drained - no battery). Motor is moving free. There is a removable original second seat for the rear passenger, a spare seat and a spare, new cylinder head. All spare parts can still be acquired in Germany. The motorcycle has a new, clean US title. Motorcycle can be delivered for $0.30 per mile ex Naples, Fl.
