2009 HARLEY-DAVIDSON Custom Evo Bobber, Wow we are thrilled to have this bike in our shop! Truly a head turner with loads of time, thought, and care poured into building it.THE ENGINE: Is a 2009 84 cubic inch (1340cc) Big Twin Evo that came out of a crate so it was not scrapped off of a used bike. It's attached to the highly desirable Rev-Tech Rachet Top 4-Speed Transmission (1 up, 3 down). The engine also has an Andrews EV3 Performance Cam as well as Andrews Performance Pushrods.ELECTRICAL: As far as the electrical system goes, this bike has a Cycle Electric High Performance Rectifier with a 'low charge' stator as well as a Dyna Dual Fire Ignition.CHASSIS: Many of the components of this bike have been hand machined and handmade including the Paughco Wishbone Ridgid Frame.FUEL & AIR: The 2 into 1 exhaust is also completely custom and handmade. The Carburator is a Mikuni Harley.BRAKES: Staying in the true Bobber form, all of this bikes stopping power comes from the rear. For added performance, Wilwood 4 piston calipers are attached via a one off hand CNC'D Dual Caliper Bracket. There is a front hand break which goes to the rear which is a PM front Master Cylinder Jay Brake.FINAL DRIVE: Rivera Primo Belt Drive with Barnett ClutchLOOKS: The gas tank is custom with professional paint. Custom one off bars, Custom Horseshoe Oil Tank, Twisted Chrome Spoke Wheels. Performance machinec Forward Controls. Rich Phillips Leather Seat. Model T Style Tail light.So as you can see, not a detail was missed on this custom build.
