For sale! This 2011 Vespa LX 150 Motorcycle which is in great condition. It's been stored in our garage for the past year and still in excellent, working condition. Tires are practically brand new as well. We have the title and can easily transfer. Currently registered in MA and being used by for milk runs by parents. Under 2,000 miles on it - barely used. Brand new battery and works like new. Full disclaimer - there are minor scratches along side when was dropped the bike on it's side that could probably be buffed out with some lotion, but other than that, this thing is perfect and a great deal! Comes with 2 hip Vespa helmets that should fit most heads. Reason for selling: wife used to drive it to work in San Fran but since we moved back east we have no use for it unfortunately. Up for auction is a 2009 Vespa LX 150 scooter that is damaged. We took photos of the bike and its damage. The bike runs and drives. The bike hit something on the left front and damaged the cowl and front fender. We do our best to describe any damage so If you have any questions please feel free to ask and inspections are welcome. This motorcycle is sold as is with no guarantee or warranty. We have done our best to describe the motorcycle so if you have any questions at all, please contact us first before bidding or buying. We do not offer a guarantee that the frame or chassis is straight. We do not guarantee that the battery will be charged, most of the motorcycles we handle have dead or dying batteries and require a battery to start. We are open during general business hours and this bike can be inspected at any time but please call to make arrangements so we can move it out for inspection. We have a California Salvage certificate on this motorcycle, that including a bill of sale will be given in case of export to another country. We can arrange to have the motorcycle crated and delivered to port for export for an additional cost. If the vehicle is to be registered in California, we are obligated to turn the salvage certificate in to DMV and they issue the bike a number referred to as an Acquisition number. This number on a bill of sale will be given to the buyer. We are also obligated to collect sales tax on the vehicle at the time of sale. This process takes 7-10 working days to complete. If the vehicle is sold to a buyer outside of California, we will provide the salvage certificate and bill of sale. The motorcycle must be arranged to be transported by certified transport company to an address outside of California to avoid paying sales tax. If you are an out of state buyer and pick the vehicle up from our address, you will be required to pay sales tax.
