For Sale is a very nice low milage, one owner 73 Yamaha GT1. I have a clean Ohio title from 1974 when it was purchased new, its motorcycle not offroad so you can title this for the street. Has the turn signals and tail light already on the bike. Bike runs great, has a Torque Engineering pipe and Webco head. Paint job is nice but is not original to the bike. Has typical dirt bike wear and I wanted to leave in original condition. Sealed the tank with kreem treatment and seat has been recovered as well. Fun bike for kids of all ages. The bike is located in Sachse Texas. Basically North Dallas. Bike comes with a Bill Of Sale Only. These kind of bikes always amaze me because I always wonder how it made it 44 years without getting destroyed! Every bike I had as a kid would get stripped(fenders, lights,etc), spray painted(this was for speed!) and jumped till the bike split in half or the motor blew up..... Imagine it is 1971 Christmas day and you walk into the living room and see this! It would be the gift you would never forget!! When you put this in the sun and look at it...you go blind it is sooo shiney!. Bike had a cosmetic make over many years ago. Lots of new NOS parts were used. I sold this bike years ago to a collector....he recently ran into financial trouble and asked if I would buy it back. He never started the bike and it just sat in his collection for many years. I put fuel in the carb through my IV bottle and it started FIRST kick! I re-cleaned the Carb in case the new owner does not want to ride it. Gold chain...Gotta have the bling Factor!! This is a very very nice Bike I have always loved these bikes. Has both side covers in great shape Frame: MT50-14529 Motor: MT50-14770 Build Date: 11/1970 Original Key Does not leak any fluids. great bike for a beginner or collector wheels look good.(see pics) Tires are old and cracked but hold air Fenders look great Bike does not have rust. handle bars look great front end works good It does have the original petcock but the fuel line is run to another shut off valve behind the cover. The original valve is frozen and did not want to break it. Carb idles good Sprockets front and rear good. Added a GOLD chain for the bling factor...
