This vehicle is also for sale locally and on our website. We reserve the right to end the auction at any time due to on-site sales without liability to any auction participants. Deposit: Deposit of $600 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close and is non-refundable, unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. $500 of the deposit will immediately be applied to the cost of the vehicle, $17.70 will be applied to PayPal fee's and the remainder will be applied toward the cost of overnight mailing of titles and paperwork where necessary. If overnight mailing is not required the remainder of the deposit will be applied to the vehicle. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied toward the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity. Deposits will be accepted through PayPal. In the event that buyer does not pay the deposit in the 24 hour window, Blue Knob, at it's sole discretion, may cancel the sale. Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Full payment is required within 7 days of auction close. At the time of purchase the customer will be responsible for a documentation fee of $133.00, an online registration fee of $10, new registration fee of $36 or $58.50 for trucks, $6 if transferring a plate/registration, title fee of $50, an encumbrance fee of $23 and a $300 dealer web handling fee. If a new license plate or intransit tag is needed, there is an additional $10 cost. Any sales forbidden by law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in the home jurisdiction of the buyer shall be deemed null and void, and any deposit paid shall be returned to the buyer.
