Time to pass my R6 along to another beginner trying to get into the world of super sports. I purchased this bike a few years back to get on the road and learn the world of sport bikes and street bikes. I've only done a couple of cosmetic upgrades and lots of maintenance. I recieved the bike completely stock with regular maintenance performed but I took the liberty of changing all fluids and filters. Stuck with the stock Yamaha air filter but went with a K&N oil filter. Oil changes have been done seasonally. New battery put in after my first season of riding. Upgraded the headlight bulbs to LED and I have almost all stock parts/bulbs. Brand new Michelin Pilot Power 3's put on about a year ago and have under 2000 miles on them. Carbs were disassembled, sonic cleaned, and rebuilt with the tire service. Spark plugs changed and the bike was given a generic tune up by Xtreme Machines. Chain in good condition with correct tension as adjusted by cycle shop. Paint is in great condition for its age. Looking to move onto a BMW and give this bike a good home. Feel free to ask to meet up and see it in person. Battery is on the tender and is started somewhat regularly in the winter. In the pictures you may see a white windshield and a yellow rear wheel finish, those are removed and a black Double Bubble windscreen is on order. Any questions just ask, great beginner bike and runs flawlessly. Other upgrades include GPR Italian made exhuast. Shorty levers. LED turn signals.

Selling my vintage 1980 Yamaha CYL 250. This little beast runs with no problems, has only 3,050 original miles, and carbs/engine/electric/brakes are in top condition, and regularly maintained. New battery. Tires have excellent tread, but front tire will need eventual replacement since it is old and has some cracks. Cosmetically beautiful, seat, lights are in top condition. This bike is ready to ride, and priced to sell quick, since I am leaving for the Navy soon and need to pay off some bills. Clean title, come check it out for yourself! Street legal, very low milage. Both have spent majority of their time sitting in air conditioned storage. Most of their use in their earlier years was for recreational trail riding. As their later years have been in storage we have decided it is time to part ways with these bikes. Brand new batteries and carbs recently rebuilt. Both run beautifully. The first buyer will have a choice between the two motorcycles.The second bike is the same make model and year, however, I am only asking $2,000 as it has 734 miles and no reserve on the gas tank (when stored the condensation from fuel caused the reserve to rust out in the tank on this one). Low Mileage (9,500 miles) clean garage stored bike. Looking to sell as I no longer ride. Well maintained, oil changes every 3,000 miles, tires have less than 2,500 miles on them. Just had spring tune up which included new plugs, carbs cleaned with new nozzles and floats.
