It has been lowered 4 inches and has a 6 inch swing arm. There are a couple of small scratches on it but they are provided in the photos. I am selling it for 3500 with a clean title. I am willing to do a little negotiating but not much lower. I am also including a battery tender and a power commander that I already have hooked and wired so all you have to do is plug it in and set your rpm.
