Thank you for looking at our auction. UTV: This is an IMMACULATE condition 2013 Yamaha TT-R125LE youth dirt bike. It is an air-cooled, 4-stroke engine with a fully manual 5-speed transmission and Electric Start! It all starts with it's 124cc 4-stroke engine with a Mikuni carburetor, CDI ignition, and because it's a Yamaha, you know it's about as reliable as it can get. This combination produces the kind of torque and broad power band that's been tuned for usable off-road performance and it ensures a crisp, dependable throttle response perfect for enthusiastic riders looking for a rush. Every kid or young adult gets started with motorcycles at some point in their lives. As part of their legendary tradition of producing bikes, Yamaha has the ideal bike for the riders looking to progress to the next step. This bike is an amazing machine that's perfect for discovering the performance aspect in off-road riding. Aggressive yet not overbearing power with a simple, yet edgy design, the TT-R125 is the kind of bike that can introduce any younger rider to the world of off-road bikes. It features an ultra-rigid frame that's long enough to accommodate bigger riders, but short enough to remain extremely agile. A set of front forks measuring 31mm and a single rear shock offer the rider plenty of travel along with preload adjustments and the rear offers rebound damping as well. The bike has a lightweight 19" front wheel and 16" rear wheel which offers great handling while also providing the kind of sharp and predictable steering needed for any off-road bike. If your reading this, then that probably means your familiar with Yamaha's legendary bike quality. We get to work on all major manufacturers and the simple truth is that Yamaha makes some of the best dirt bikes on the market. Of course it does come with a clear title. Condition: This machine is in IMMACULATE condition. It does not have any kind of odometer or hour meter on it, so we cannot tell you how many miles or hours it has on it. What we can say is that this is a SHOWROOM FRESH condition machine that seems to have only been ridden a handful of times. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, or leaks. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent, or broken. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight. The wheels are in nice shape and the tires have plenty of tread left.The plastics are in excellent shape. There may be a light trail scratch or two, but this is a SUPER CLEAN machine. There are absolutely zero cracks or broken plastic, and it definitely hasn't been crashed. This is a very well maintained machine that's been well cared for. Anyone who buys it will be getting a great bike that will last them for a very long time. Details: Overall this is a very nice bike that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this bike up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this bike in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. If it ships, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is.Canadian Bidders:We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
