Runs great, carbs were just cleaned, rebuilt, and sychronized. Newer fork seals, battery, tires, front and rear brakes. Previous owner replaced the speedometer assembly, so the title mileage isn't accurate. I have the old speedo if needed (closer to 15k combined). Couple dings and scratches here and there, but nothing major, and to be expected on an older bike. Ready to ride now, selling because I bought a new V-Max and I don't want it to get neglected. 1986 Yamaha Virago XV700 for sale. Have the title. Title is clean. Not the original owner. Bike is being sold AS-IS, No returns/refunds. Has a shaft drive, dual carburetors. New Stater, fuel line and spark plugs replaced within the last 6 months. Needs clutch, starter, crankcase gasket, air filter cover. May actually run if these items are replaced, but this is NOT guaranteed. Actual mileage is unknown. Speedometer has come off (still have it), dent in the fuel tank left side, removed jardine slip-ons, no side mirrors, not a motorcycle seat. BE SURE TO SEE ALL PHOTOS - the photos in this listing are considered part of the item description. Cash only. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. Bike is located in Broward County, South Florida. Title will be signed over after payment received. Sales receipt will be provided as well. Here is the history: There is NO guarantee - bike is being sold AS-IS. There may be other issues due to 3 months stored: As of December 2014: The bike was running and used daily. There were no known compression issues. There were no known electrical issues. There were no known suspension issues. There were battery charging issues earlier in the year 2014, but we put in a new stator and that problem was fixed. We have a voltage regulator (new) for it too, but didn't put it on. In December 2014 we replaced the crank case gasket to fix the oil leak problem, but then the starter died. The rider push started the bike for about a week and the clutch went bad. In an attempt to fix/repair the clutch, the gasket tore. At that point, we drained the oil and parked it. The carburetor needs tuning. You can see in the photos the tire tread remaining and any rust present. The fuel line and spark plugs were replaced by a professional last year (I mentioned these in the ad). All the other repairs listed in my email (gasket replaced, new stator) were done by the owner/rider. All body modifications were done by the owner/rider. I have disclosed all that is known about the condition.

1984 Yamaha XV 700 SS Rear Spoke Wheel Assembly in near mint condition. From a running bike. Bike is being parted out for engine and frame parts. Rear wheel has no issues. Includes complete brake hub, shoes, axle, spacers, left side drive spline, etc. Does NOT include Drive Hub Assembly! Does include semi-decent but worn rear tire if you want it. Tire holds air ok. 15" x 3.00" wheel is straight and true. Spokes are all intact and tight. Looks like it has a little silver paint overspray from someone touching up the frame at some point. No big deal. See Pictures. Wheel is super clean and these are highly sought after for Virago custom projects. If you know these bikes you know the spoke versions are very hard to find. I also have many other parts from this bike, as well as 750 and 920 Virago bikes that are also being parted out. I will have the SS spoke front wheel also in another listing. Ask if you want a part I don't have listed. I am selling lots of this stuff because I am building one custom bike and do not need many of the stock Virago parts from the 3 donor bikes. I INSTALLED A NEW STARTER GEAR IN THE MOTOR- (BETTER KNOWN TO VIRAGO FANS AS IDLER GEAR 2) THATS THE ONE THAT WILL WEAR DOWN OVER THE YEARS FROM STARTING THE BIKE- I PUT IN A BRAND NEW ONE SO YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY STARTING ISSUES WITH IT. THE BATTERY IS BRAND NEW. THE TANK IS COATED ON THE INSIDE AND IS SUPER CLEAN. THE BIKE HAS A CUSTOM BLUE METALLIC PAINT JOB WITH A GOLD PINSTRIPE. THIS BIKE STARTS RUNS AND RIDES. IT HAS EXCELLENT TIRES. ALL LIGHTS AND ELECTRICS WORK AS THEY SHOULD. THE GREAT THING ABOUT THIS BIKE IS IT IS FAST, EASY TO HANDLE AND HAS A LOW SEAT HEIGHT. IF YOU LIKE TO CRUISE THE CITIES AND LIKE A BIKE THAT IS EASY TO HANDLE THIS IS THE BIKE FOR YOU. THIS BIKE IS REALLY FAST.
