2007 Yamaha Vx1100 , Selling my 2007 Yamaha V-Star 1100 Custom. 196 ORIGINAL miles, I am the first and only owner. I lost the title (CA titled), but I can send for a duplicate sent straight to you. Cleaned up the carbs, starts right up, but it's been sitting for about 2 years in my garage back in SoCal. She starts right up and idles nicely, but bogs a bit and dies when given throttle- I believe the jets need to be cleaned out and tuned properly for the elevation here, since she has lived her life at sea-level her whole life thus far. Shouldn't be anything other than that or major given how new everything still it. Battery has been on a tender methodically and holds charge perfectly. I bought her new from the dealer and has been stored in an enclosed garage her entire life. Customized with fat, flat drag bars; Custom Dynamics custom LED strip taillight (mounted to Kuryakyn license plate frame); engine casing factory color-matched flat satin black paint all around; chopped rear subframe for solo, 1-up riding with custom made bobber seat (included with mounting hardware but not installed). I removed all turn signals for a sleeker clean look. The only caveat here is the seat needs to be attached/welded- I have no access to a welder, so finishing installing the seat is the final piece to my intended customization. This is a fantastic deal for someone with the resourcefulness to finish attaching the seat, should be one cross bar for the springs to rest on, and the front hinge piece for the seat-mount itself (which I have). She's a sweet ride, and will be an awesome little (almost complete) project to finish and have a LONG life of riding! Current KBB puts this bike stock, with standard mileage at $2700+ as low trade-in, and $4000+ on the retail value.
