Givi shield Moto-centric soft bags 12 volt acc. plug Russell Custom Seat New Avon Road Runner Tires  This 2012 ZF9 DS is in Excellent condition, has an honest range of approx. 80 miles on a charge  (Zero claims 112 miles per charge, but that has not been my experience )...AND  C-O-S-T-S ABOUT 1 CENT PER MILE FOR FUEL…..The original motor was replaced under warranty by BMW Motorcycles of Charlotte in December of 2016…..It now has their latest Hybrid engine which is approx. 20% more powerful than the original……The original engine was not communicating with the power pack software…..It was an intermittent issue that caused the bike to stutter while riding which became very irritating…..It took a while for them to figure out, mostly because they were a new dealer and the issue being intermittent, they had no experience with it…..Zero, to their credit, replaced the motor with the brand new hybrid version…..It now runs perfect and has a full year factory warranty on the new engine, which is valid until December of 2017…. At the same time the BMW dealership ran a full test on the Battery/Power Pack which checked out to 100%, or "just like new" (Their words)….. This ZF9 DS listed new for $13,995….the add-on’s came to about $1,000….. The used 2012 book retail value is around $6,000 not including the extras, and the fact that it has a brand new updated hybrid engine with a full year warranty….. The Dealer trade in value is $4,250…… I am asking $3,950 for mine in excellent condition……I believe, if you take a look around on a national level, you will NOT find a better deal on a used Zero DS..... The Story: I turn 71 this year and my reflexes are beginning to slow down…..at the same time the sea of traffic around Charlotte,NC  seems to be going faster and faster…..So after 50+ years of motorcycling I have made the prudent decision to hang it up……Both of my motorcycles are going up for sale….. The bike is triple matching vin (Frame, Title, and Engine) 1964 /2. The R50 is well known as one of the smoothest and most reliable vintage motorcycles. Purchased from a long time East Coast collector who has owned the bike since new in 1964. This bike has only had two owners, the original owner and myself. I purchased it several years ago out of a probate sale in Connecticut. The bike arrived completely restored but had not been ridden in about 15yrs. Following delivery to San Francisco was sent in for maintenance from a shop that specializes in /2. Starts easily usually with one kick even with cold starts. Once started will quickly idle smoothly. Runs wonderfully silent. Its an incredible elegant machine. The brake shoes (front and back) serviced. Re-torqued all nuts and bolts on the bike. The wiring and lights are all functional. The valves have been gapped to spec. Ignition and timing have been service. New spark plugs. Cleaned/Re-built both carburetors with new gaskets. Serviced horn. New fuel lines Oil was changed. (Engine, transmission, driveshaft, and final drive). All the cables are new. There is zero oxidation or rust on the bike. The rims are the much sought after aluminum. They are stunningly shinny. There are beautifully bits or chrome around the bike including the triple-tree for the forks. The black power-coated paint on the fenders and gas tank is in fantastic condition and pin-striping will make any collector smile. All the locks and original keys work perfectly. The tires are Avon and have about 500 miles on them. The tires are much smoother to ride around turns verses the period 'Flat-walled' tires that come on Vintage bikes. The Avon’s seem to make the bike float around turns. This is the Euro model and comes with the Earles Forks front end instead of the US standard telescoping forks. Looks so much cooler and more collectable. Of course comes with the original Euro bars with headlight mirrors.. Thank You and God Bless America
