LOCAL INSPECTION AVAILABLE IN SCHAUMBURG, IL. CALL OR WRITE: (847)for-FIEV-FOR(74AY-TEE) [email protected] Private collector selling a vintage 1979 Yamaha XS-750F Triple with 14,007 miles (and counting). ~ KICK and ELECTRIC START ~ 5-Speed SHAFT DRIVE (smooth riding). ~ Original Seat Included (not installed) ~ Both Petcocks rebuilt ~ Choke works perfect ~ All lights & signals work. (Horn button does not work, don't know if it's the button, wiring, fuse or ?) ~ Original Seat Included (not installed) ~ Kick starts on the first try when it's warmed up. ~ Brand New Dunlaps ~ Brand New Battery ~ Carbs just cleaned and adjusted. They are SPOTLESS! ~ Nice grumbling, throaty exhaust sound any Harley Rider would appreciate. This bike really turns heads and I get lots of compliments on how clean it is. Everything works: all lights, turn signals, gauges, clutch, pet cocks, choke, "cruise control", everything. The only real "issue" is common with this bike. 2nd gear doesn't grab and I upshift to 3rd usually. This is a relatively easy repair that anyone that's even slightly mechanical can do. I will fix it this Fall if I end up not selling the bike. I also will include step-by-step pictured directions on how to fix this problem with the sale of the bike. I would even be willing to do it myself for $500.00. It's easy, but rather laborious. The Yamaha XS-750's 3-Cylinder design, along with its SHAFT DRIVE, makes these highly sought after bikes, especailly with such LOW MILES for a 37-year-old bike. This bike has averaged about 350 miles per year for the past 37 years and it's condition reflects that. Normal wear and tear, but overall, this is a CLEAN bike. Feel free to ask any questions. If you're local, just give me a call. Thank you. Sold "AS-IS" with no warranties. Shipping is Buyer's responsibility. I will assist any way I can. Acceptable forms of payment are CASH IN PERSON only We can meet at my bank to handle all the paperwork. Free and Clear title. After the sale, I can store it up to 90 days for $180; enough time to arrange for transport. It can also be ridden home. It's completely road worthy. If your Ebay Feedback Score is less than 3, please send us a message before you bid/buy, or it may be canceled and you blocked from further bidding. THANK YOU FOR READING THIS ENTIRE AUCTION BEFORE BUYING. :)

1979 Yamaha Xs750 SF, This is a very nice Yamaha triple 750 CC bike I purchased with all intent of keeping it and making it my own . This bike has NO TITLE~!- It will require applying for a salvage title and getting the bike inspected by the Ohio State Patrol. I have been offered a position with a company based in Europe and do not have the time to even deal with the bikes completion or titling before leaving. This bike has 6557.1 ORIGINAL MILES~! This is one sweet girl she is on track to be a serious cafe' racer as she is set up to go that direction as you see in the picks . Many dollars and many hours later she is one sexy beast. Perfect? No not hardly but this is a 1979 "Yamaha triple"Those of you who know Japanese bikes , know of the most technological bike if its day.The Yamaha triple is so famous it has it's very own online club. This bike needs the brand new "low profile smoked lens turn signals" hooked up ( they are mounted just not hooked up) , carbs sinked(bike runs now drives now and runs well -needs tuned), and the headlight stopped working last week- ( simple fix behind the headlight). What's new? plugs, carbs cleaned(not sinked), turn signals , tires (front and back) , BRAND NEW end bar mirrors(included)new tach cable , front brake pads(new rear brake pads included but not needed)spare set of carbs(I PAID -$150) side covers (I PAID-$100) but need painted. This bike runs and is driveable-the tranny(all gears) and clutch work perfect the machine runs and idles but the carbs need to be synced. This machine is for a real lover of these bikes and you will need to sync the carbs look at the headlight and get the turn signals working then get it inspected and file for a salvage title as I do NOT have the title and that is why I am under 1k in price I can give you a bill of sale .I can tell you I went to the BMV in Jackson Ohio and they ran the VIN # and it is NOT stolen and has no leans against this bike.It just needs the TLC I do not have time to give her AND for the new owner to finish the project-as I said and as the picks show she is 99.9% there :( $750 or best offer -AS IS and as of today- .....THIS bike will be$1500 if I do end up having to finish it and getting the title myself. $750.00

17,500 actual miles. 2nd owner. Excellent condition. Pro-maintained. The throaty exhaust note of this bike alone is worth the purchase. It's a classic bike. shaft-driven, in-line triple. Extremely clean. Yamaha built this bike "Bulletproof" as they say. Subtle, classy modifications make this a sleek cafe racer. This bike will make you believe motorcycles have souls. The name of this rolling legend is "Trey". Though he was always kind to me, he sounded angry the whole time. I got my motorcycle license a few days prior & flew to Denver to buy this bike. My very 1st time on a motorcycle was a 10-day ride through the Rockies, the Salt Flats (Where we did 115mph), through Yellowstone, the Tetons, the Bighorns, through Beartooth Pass, to the Devil's Tower, Sturgis, Mt. Rushmore, the Badlands and home. This machine took me 2,700 miles, through all sorts of weather, & huge elevation changes but never once had to be touched or tuned. Click here for more pics of the bike and trip. Trey is a solid, sexy bike but the rider is what makes it magic. Be the next to take it on an adventure! Reason for sale: I purchased the bike only for the trip. With the money from the sale I'll be buying my girlfriend & I small, vintage bikes to roll around town in. Keywords: Yamaha, Honda, Cafe Racer, Bobber, Custom, Classic, 70's, Triple, Chopper, Moto Guzzi, Ducati.

This is a 1979 Yamaha XS 750 Special. I found her in a guy's garage under a pile of stuff. What attracted me to the bike was her overall clean condition and that Kerker exhaust. That's like the Holy Grail to Yamaha Triple guys She also has foam air cleaners that I believe are K&N's. The previous owner said he rode her up until a couple of years ago when he got a Harley. After that he parked the old girl and never touched her. The bike looks good for being 35 years-old. The tank has some small ripples in the top where stuff was piled on and a few nicks in the paint. The chrome could use a good polishing, but I think it would look great of you did. The seat looks like brand new; The PO must have replaced the seat cover recently. The electrics look good, not a chopped up as you often find. Tires look good, but I would replace them due to age. One side cover is missing. Other than that, I'd recommend doing a service and clean the carbs. I haven't tried to get her running, but I don't think it would take much. The engine turns over freely and makes good compression. I put a low price on her so the value of the individual parts would cover your investment. If you get her running, so much the better. Please don't hesitate to message me if you have any questions.Paypal only, please. Thanks for looking.

1979 Yamaha XS1100, The XS Eleven was the first four-cylinder four-stroke motorcycle from Yamaha. It was closely based on Yamaha's previously released XS750 four-stroke triple. When the XS Eleven was introduced, it earned a reputation as a powerful bike. At the time of its release it was the most powerful production motorcycle money could buy. This one only has 23,644 miles! It has been fully serviced, and for it's age, it looks and good!! It has a four into one pipe on it, so it has a pleasing exhaust note.   If you are looking for a smooth bike, check this one out!! Check out brennys dot com for this and other bikes and ATVs.

Here's an opportunity to own a rare classic, in excellent, unmolested condition. The XS11 was the first four-cylinder four-stroke motorcycle from Yamaha. It exploited well-proven technology, first used by Yamaha in their previously released XS 750 four-stroke triple. When the XS11 was introduced, it earned a reputation as a heavy, powerful bike. At the time of its release it was the most powerful production motorcycle money could buy. This was the start of the superbikes craze. This bike has 37000 original miles. The only modifications are a 4 into 1 header exhaust and the air box has been replaced with K&N filter pods. It runs very well and is a very quick machine. It's best attribute is the riding position and weight of the bike makes for a very comfortable cruising position. It is very powerful and sounds great. A classic collectible bike

I'm selling my Custom Honda CB750F SuperSport. There are only 2 like these in the world. The tank and engine are from a 1979 Honda however the rest has all been custom built and brought together. The front end is from a 2012 Yamaha R6 and the rear end is from a 2011 Ducati Multistrada. It has dual Mikuni race carburetors and a performance 4 into 1 Competition Werkes exhaust. The speedo/tach is built into the triple tree to keep with the minimalistic look. It also has matching Marchesini wheels. I love the bike and I can't ride it without people stopping me or taking pictures, but I want to move on to the next project. Asking 23K OBO. Call or text.
