When you park your Honda CBX people will stop, look, and want to talk to you, fascinated by the unique engine. The visual impact of the Honda CBX is hard to overstate. Six cylinders, six carburetors, four overhead camshafts, and 24 valves make a big visual impact.  With its inline six-cylinder engine the Honda CBX 1000 was groundbreaking when it first debuted in 1978. Production lasted until 1982 and, in the space of those four short years, it gained a place in motorcycle history. Unsurprisingly, it is a heavy bike at 600 lbs. wet, but the big engine produces 103 horsepower and accelerates strongly to its redline. This bike is driven regularly and is mostly original, The front and rear shocks are currently progressive but the original functioning rear air shock and front spring set come with the purchase.

Great condition naked 1982 CBX with 1981 body work on it. Good tires, good chain and sprockets, paint is in very good condition with a couple light scratches on the tank and a couple on the front fender, Inside of gas tank is very clean, runs great, idles at 800 rpm, brakes work as they should, air suspension holds air and no issues with it. Bike shifts through the gears as it should with no issues. This bike needs nothing but a new owner. 35,000 miles, everything on the bike works as it should. This is a very nice CBX and I have it priced to sell. Please remember this bike is 35 years old even though it does not look it. No joy rides. Up for sale is my 1982 CBX1000. Only 806 original miles on the bike. Clean clear title in hand. All original. Body work is nearly perfect. Chrome has some minor pitting from sitting for so long. Brakes will need to be rebuilt as they are sticking. Bike turns on and cranks over but does not start. Carburetors need to be adjusted/cleaned. You wont find another bike with this mileage for sale. Honda 1979 CBX 1000 Frame with a Title After Years of Holding on to and Hours of Research, I decided to sell it.  Has Title signed by last owner and is legit. This is the 1979 Honda CBX 1000  Frame.  Has Scratches and scuffs and was mostly wrapped for the 4 years I had it. I unwrapped it for picture Day. This Frame is AS-IS and for restoration. This will cost tons to ship so make sure you do you home work like I did.  The VIN is clear to see in the pictures for you to do your homework. To my best knowledge, this frame is in good shape and was given to me by a person who was going to restore it and fell ill.  The title in the pictures and the numbers on bike do not match up. BUT, it is a good title for a '79 cbx 1000 signed. I have proof of registration of this frame with the numbers on the bike (seen in lower part of title picture). Original owners were going to build a new bike out of 2 frames and this is the title they gave me. It is up to you what you do with it. I make no other claims about this frame except, it is what it is and I made sure I double checked for accuracy. Mileage is unknown. (999) is just a number not a mileage I have checked into shipping and there are a few ways it can ship. I checked  with Freight companies and I have measured it on a pallet. It fits a 40" x 48" standard pallet on its side. The frame is 41" Tall and 38" long  and 15" wide. (Sitting standing up with nose in the air).  Pallet weighed 34 lbs and the frame weighed 38 lbs.  I will negotiate price if being picked up or for shipping. Pick up at my location is ok. I am regretfully selling my 1982 Honda CBX1000 Super Sport. She is in nearly new condition with only 20,200 miles on her. Starts, runs, and drives like new. Paint is the original factory paint in excellent condition with only a few minor chips on the removable saddle bags as you would expect from 20k miles of usage. Always stored in a climate controlled storage since new. Brand new tires, just serviced with oil and fluid changes. Brakes are good plus comes with all 3 sets of brand new pads that I was going to change when I put on the new tires but it did not need it yet. . Comes with Corbin leather seat and backrest installed but also comes with the original factory Honda seat. Also comes with the factory Honda Shop Manual. The CBX was only made 4 years and this was the last year and the only year they were available in the pearlescent white. These bikes are appreciating in value and will only go up with time. There are very few of these left in nice factory original condition with low miles like this. This bike turns heads and gets comments wherever I go with it. Only selling due to health reasons, my loss is your gain. I will sell this bike for $6900. I know this is cheap but I would like to move it fast. No low ballers, scammers, or trades.
