2007 BMW X Challenge G650X G 650 X Great Bike only 12,920 street miles I replaced the air shock with a coil over and remote reservoir. It make the ride MUCH better. There was a noticeable improvement. Probably the best upgrade for this bike.The electronic fuel injection is nice to have. No more fiddling with carburetor motors. It just goesIt was recently inspected and everything gone over within the last 1k miles. I did it when I had my mechanic change the tires to knobby. I was going to go ride dirt, but never got to it. 2007 BMW G650 X CHALLENGE, This one might look much better when it’s covered with mud, dirt, some muddy water and with you sitting in the saddle with a big grin on your face because you just spent the last 3 hours getting it that dirty riding through the woods, a few streams and that big field. Thankfully it’s built to do just that and a quick bath will return it to the super clean, very well-equipped and regularly cared for machine you see here.This hard to find 2 year low production number G650X is fast becoming a standard turn to machine for off road enthusiasts that also want to enjoy the long term durability of the BMW brand. While not originally purchased from Bob’s the bike moved to this area with the second owner from Colorado. It was serviced here for the last few years before the owner was forced to sell it so he could focus on other parts of his life.It just underwent a full service at Bob’s which included: a new chain guard assembly, new grips, a full annual service with coolant, and even a new rear tube as they discovered it had a very slow leak, a helicoil in one of the skid/bash plate mounting points so that it would tighten up fully, a fresh mirror and then a final and extended test ride by a Certified Master BMW technician to place the ADVANTAGE CERTIFIED Program stamp of approval on this gem. It also has a fresh MSI or Maryland Safety Inspection certificate as well. Our Master Detailer even spent a few extra hours removing, repainting and reinstalling a few small items he felt had a little more environmental exposure than the majority of the bike did. We were very impressed with the extra effort and are sure you will be too.We did not replace the tires because they are near perfect and were installed at Bob’s in July of 2012 at 13,602 miles just a month after we installed a new battery. It has two keys and the owner’s manual plus the factory repair CD. Alas it did not come to us with a tool kit of any kind but we can offer you one of the BMW or aftermarket adventure style sets if on-the-road care is your thing – just ask the Expert Accessory Advisors at Bob’s for a price on what you desire.

This is a 2007 BMW G-650 X-Country. I am the 2nd owner who bought it from a friend. Both of us rarely rode the bike and the mileage reflects that. The tank was repainted a dark gray to give it some color contrast. An aftermarket exhaust was added to make it a bit louder mostly to make it easier to hear the bike when riding. Because it stays in storage most of the time, it takes a few starts to keep it running. Once going, it rides beautifully.

Nice one owner 2009 BMW G-650 X-country. Only 13,900 miles, brand new tires and front brake shoes. $180.00 X-Ring chain less than a year old. Pelican cases with a new oversized lithium battery installed in case (could easily convert back to internal battery, i liked for access). GREAT mileage at 60+ miles per gallon. Runs great, plenty of power and torque, 53 fuel injected horsepower for a 350 pound bike. BMW makes nice bikes and this is a very nice dual sport. Only selling because I have too many toys and am on disability. You could slap some knobbies on and make an awesome dirt bike out of this or leave as is and travel around the country very cheap. This bike is comparable to the KLR 650 but way nicer. I bought this off the showroom at Daytona Beach BMW dealer. $4200 is a great price for BMW quality. ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS BIKE IS PEELING PAINT ON FRONT FENDER, BATTERY IN PELICAN CASE INTEAD UNDER SHROUD.
