Most of the hardware is there, carb is missing the throttle lever. This is ALL OEM except a small hand full of hardware.It is VERY Hard to find heads that are NOT Cracked in the exhaust port, There are a couple of broken fins. The rear head has the 2 perches repaired. Shipping is about $200, I can arrange or you can.
