2001 Argo Vanguard, Call today to make an appointment... ARGO 6x6 VANGUARD The Argo 6x6 Vanguard is an amphibious all terrain vehicle which may be used by persons with lower extremity disabilities due to the vehicles all hand-controlled operation. This 6-wheel drive vehicle may be driven directly from land over water, deep snow, mud, swamp, bog, and bushland. Features include a V-Twin Briggs & Stratton engine, mechanical disc brakes, and all-wheel-drive maneuverability, and skid steering. FRAME: 11-gauge roll-formed steel channel, welded for strength and flexibility. An 18-gauge steel full-length center panel is added for strength and support. The frame has front and rear-bearing extension housings, and is polyester powder coated. The body is vacuum-formed, high density polyethylene. CONTROLS: Two hand-operated levers activates the brakes, steering, and stopping. A hand-operated twist-grip throttle and dash-mounted choke control add to this vehicles hand-driven capabilities. WHEELS: 6 Goodyear 'Runamuk" low pressure, shock absorbing tires. POWER: 12-volt key-operated electric start system with manual pull-rope backup. SPEEDS: 30 kilometers (19 miles per hour) on land, 3 kilometers per hour (2 miles per hour) in water. OPTIONS: Regular or super tracks, trailer hitch, outboard motor bracket, storage cover, winch and bracket, front or full length skid plate, tail light kit, convertible top and windshield, bilge pump, oil change pump, tow hook, snow plow assembly, and an off-road amphibious trailer are also available. CAPACITY: Seating capacity is 4 persons or 700 pounds on land or 2 adults in the water. Rear compartment will hold up to 140 pounds. 1962 Cushman silver Eagle II vanguard (Briggs and Stratton two cylinder four stroke). Believe engine HP to be 18 or 23. Bike has been completely rebuilt including wiring for trailer and for the bike. Bike includes turning signals, riding lights, front disk break and rotor are new, rear breaks are also in excellent shape. Wheels are polished aluminum. It also features a brand new windshield. New buddy seat (leather) as well as driver seat. The bike also contains two leather saddlebags. Lots of chrome and stainless steel. Everything functions perfectly and has an electric start. Mileage is about 2000. The bike also comes with a trailer.

For sale is a 1962 Cushman SIlver Eagle Vanguard completely restyled to look like a Harley Davidson. The engine is Briggs & Stratton 18-23 HP. The bike is fully restored with leather saddle bags and a buddy seat. Mechanical parts restored by Briggs and Stratton local shop. New tires, breaks, electrical system, horn, left and right turning signals. The bike also features chrome brakes and clutch pedals, as well as a complete new wiring system and new battery as well as many other things. The bike comes with a completely rewired trailer, custom made for Cushmans. Approx. 2000 miles on speedometer, but probably from when it was rebuilt. The model and serial number are available. Trailer will be sold on bill of sale with permanent Arizona Plates. However, the bike does indeed include a clear title. This is a 1976 Vanguard Citicar currently not running. It’s in pretty good shape, I purchased it as a project but currently have two may projects and it’s in my way. I think I have all the parts to get this car going again. It does have all batteries but I don’t know the condition I put my charger on a couple of them and they seemed to be taking a charge. I have complete owner manuals, some spare tires and a box of extra parts. The plastic does have cracks in it, I thought about having a vinyl wrap put on it. I have a clear title but I don’t have the key. Buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping.
