This bike leads the class in every way and performs great on everything from single track trails to mountain roads paved or not! I have added a wind screen, rear rack, and rebuilt the factory seat. The bike is ready to go with all services complete and very new Pirelli Scorpions. These tires are great for the street and made the bike a dream to ride through the twisties in the canyons. The only reason I am selling the bike is I need cash for other hobbies and obviously by the millage I am not riding much these days :(. I am a big guy so if the high bidder needs the best dual sport helmet made by Arai, then I could arrange a really good price on that. I also have a KTM jacket in the 3xl size that matches the bike great. The bike is for sale locally so the auction may end at any time. I am asking $9,000 or best offer. Up for sale is a very well cared for 2014 Triumph Tiger 800 XC ABS Adventure Motorcycle. It is Matte Khaki Green and has a number of extras installed/included. The bike has 7,3XX miles on it, and should stay around that number as I hardly have time to ride it anymore. I just had the oil changed at around 7,100 miles at the dealer. I have all documents of the service performed at Falcone Powersports of Indianapolis. There are absolutely 0 problems with the bike and I have never had one. Runs perfectly. I went on one long distance trip through the Appalachians earlier this year, a few short trips to Louisville, one up north, and that's about it. I just started a new job and moved downtown and I have decided I don't ride it enough to justify keeping it. The extras installed on this include the following (all are Triumph brand OEM parts): -Arrow Slip-On Exhaust (Has the ECU tune update for the Arrow done by dealer)  -Full Pannier kit (Hard Cases - they're the newer version which didn't require any drilling of the plastics of the bike) The locks on these are keyed to the key of the bike. -Sliding top case rack (the top case mount slides left/right a small amount when leaning). -Heated Grips  -Tall Adjustable Windscreen  -Back rest for top case (uninstalled) The original exhaust, windscreen, and grips are included as well. Also includes owners manual, all documents that were included at time of sale, and a new spare key. It was purchased new by me and has been babied ever since. ALWAYS garage kept, properly winterized, and never laid down. Never red-lined, very calmly ridden, but it's good and fast if you need it to be. Fairly firm on $9,850 for the bike. Tough shoes to fill, but Yamaha is well known for its’ amazing engineering. Yamaha’s big Adventure bike actually has its own off-road legacy. A single-cylinder Ténéré enduro first debuted back in 1983. Then in 1989 the Super Ténéré was introduced as the twin-cylinder XTZ750 and debuted as a European market only bike. This machine went on to win the grueling Paris/Dakar rally six times! And that is were the name came from; Ténéré (ten-eh-ray), is a region in the Sahara desert traversed in the Paris/Dakar rally. If the 750cc parallel-Twin XTZ was a Super Ténéré, this 1200cc model might well be called the Super Duper Ténéré, as it has a 450cc displacement advantage! This bike is a viable contender to BMW’s R1200GS. She is equipped with standard traction control and antilock brakes. Other rider aids lie in the braking system. In addition to standard antilock control, the Ténéré is equipped with Yamaha’s Unified Brake System that links the rear brake to the front lever, helping limit chassis pitching during hard braking that is typical of bikes with long-travel front suspension. Yamaha’s ABS isn’t bad in the dirt and much better than earlier antilock systems, but hardcore riders will wish for an off switch. There is a simple way to disable the ABS, just put the Tenere on its centerstand and run the bike in gear for a bit. This creates an error signal for the ABS system, so it shuts itself off. An ABS error code light illuminates on the instruments, and a rider is now free to lock up and slide the back tire with impunity! This bike is nicel equipped. She is a local bike that has been very well maintained. She has the hard aluminum paniers that are HUGE!
