For sale a jewel, 1976 AMF Harley Davidson FX-1200 Superglide Shovelhead that is constantly hard to find in such great original condition. Bike has been serviced well, runs and rides excellent, everything works, no surprises, no disappointment. This is a collector dream, no questions asked. If you are looking for one you know best. Very honest motorcycle, one will be hard pressed to find a better looking and running 1976 FXE-1200 Superglide now days. This bike looks to me very good considering its age and rides as good as it looks! Paint on the tank and fenders shows some patina, bike has original paint on the chassis as well with the original, factory sticker. The patina on the frame and drive train that accumulated with years shows well the bike heritage. This Shovelhead is not a trailer queen as pictures show but nice, presentable, older Harley that will keep appreciate in value with time. Both front and rear tires are Dunlop and like new, brakes work well, it rides, shifts and stops as it should. I have ridden the bike and shifted all 4 gears, it is a pleasure!! I have not seen any oil leaks on the motor or tranny. This bike has the original wet primary that may seep few drops of oil over time but that is being consider normal with those old Shovs. Sweet Harley FXE-1200 Superglide Shovelhead is all numbers matching and ready for you to ride in style! Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.
