1962 VW Baja Bug Looking to get rid of this because we have too many toys, my loss, great car for whoever buys it. Most parts are brand new or barely used on this thing. Registration is Non-Operational right now, and has a clean title in hand. Two heavy duty off road tires mounted on eally VW ' wide five ' rims. Tires are 9 x 15 LT mounted on 4 1/2 by 15 inch rims These tires are perfect for a baja bug or lightweight buggy rear tires or as front tires on a larger heavier off road buggy. These tires probably have 65-75% of the tread left and are mounted with tubes for easier low pressure running. These tires are studded for additinal traction in rocky terrain. 1961 Volkswagen Baja , This Baja Bug is liscensed as a 1961, but has many upgrades. 1968 chopped top converable with roll cage and new grey nylon bikini top. The grey and black interior is in great shape. this car was used to cart small kids around while out on riding trips. Has a 1641 dual Kadron carbs that was just tunned and runs great, starts on first try. Tires in great shape. This car is a fun little car that is ready to go. 2006 Dyna. 41k miles. Professionally maintained and tuned by Steve at Las Vegas DynoTech (Main Street Moto) is entire life. He is very familiar with this bike if you have any concerns. (or Shannon at Counts). It has been well taken care of, always garaged, never dropped or wreckedMotor-Stock 88 (never opened) with 6 speed tran. SERT tuner runs 86hp, 88tq, custom tuned by Steve -Thunderheader -SE intake w/ k&n filter. Only used Redline oil in motor and shockproof heavy in the transmission -Had stator replaced at 10k and clutch shaft bearing replaced at 30. Rectifier in January at 41k. ZERO problems otherwise-Had a full work up before riding the El Diablo Run last year and it's had less than 100 miles on it since. Brakes are good (brembo pads front, lyndall in rear). -Battery in January, ridden twice since and kept on charger at all times.Suspension-Rear:Progressive 444s (adjustable nitrogen filled, 12in)Front:**V-rod lower legs. BREMBO DUAL DISC CONVERSION (from 2013 bagger rotors/calipers/pads). Ricor 49 MM Intimindators (installed@ Ricor shop). -Very comfortabl -Full bushing/fluid service at 38k -Metzler tires(Front least another 7k, rear another 2-3k) -Seat is covered in goatskin and is very durable (been on since 2k miles).-Bars 1st gen 12in Nash Gimps -Urethane bushings -Arlen Ness mini oval mirrors -wiring double twisted, soldered and shrink wrapped -Rear brake LED -License plate holder (axle mount) is Fab Kevin -Mid controls w/front hwy pegs -2in tank lift(removable) -Pin stripes custom painter @ Strokers Dallas. -Other powder coated blacked out/wrinkle coated bits;lowers, rocker tops, fork sliders, pegs and brake part -INCLUDED - stock matching pinstriped front fender not mounted.-INCLUDED dual up seat (covered same) w/removable sissy bar &pad (also covered same) EXTRAS & CHANGES *negotiable-customized rear fender-has had all holes filled(lowered 1.5 inches)-customized stock tank(by SlimsFab in Loma Linda)includes fuel pump (pressure tested) -both ready for fill &paint-extra stock front fender in shiny black(were all for a final project I never got to)*stock vinyl seat*stock bars*pipe wrap removal repaintWould consider up to 300 mile delivery for a fee.Its ridden to Sturgis (by Steve at DynoTech and the mechanic wouldn't have ridden it if it weren't reliable...), LA many times, first 4 Born Free's, All Alien Runs, PHX, Baja for the El Diablo run last year and wouldn't blink about doing it again.
