75 Honda CR125, purchased a little over a year ago (before and after pics) started to clean it up and ended up going all the way. Discovered bike was sleeved down to 100cc when pulled apart and left it that way with new top end. To many new parts to list, powder coating local and chroming through Spacecoast Plating. Forks have been hard plated. Starts, idles and runs well on the top end, bogs on the bottom, needs to be jetted and timed as i'm not much of a tuner on the older stuff just thought it would be a fun project. Comes with two tanks one for show and one for go (plastic) as the steel tank has to much internal rust to seal properly (painted twice due to internal rust). Before/After photos. I have a fair amount of pictures in my photo bucket that shows most of the stages of teardown and reassembly. This is a 2004 honda cr85 supermoto. It is set up for CMRA racing. all safety wired with catch can ready to go. It has 17" Sun rums with GP125 bridgestone track slicks. It has a CRF450 front brake caliper with oversized EBC rotor and front stainless break line. Hand guards, frame sliders as well. The suspension was set up by onroad offroad racing in Austin TX for 160 lb rider for road racing. The motor has 3 hours on a complete rebuild. The cylinder was sent to millenium technologies and bored to 92cc and replated. got a new crank and top end as well. The head has been milled some and I run 110 octane race fuel at 32:1. The previous owner had the head work done and he said he didn't know for sure if it had to have race fuel or not but he ran it in this bike so I have too. It is jetted perfectly and runs perfect!!. I just put the troy lee seat cover on because I thought it looked nice. I still have the stock seat cover if you want it there was no damage to it. It has an oversize tank on it, but it did get a crack where the seam came together. I put some epoxy on it 6 months ago and it has held fine, but you may want to re-epoxy it or get a new tank. The suspension on this bike feels amazing it cannot be described only ridden to see what I mean. The suspension is nothing like it would be on a dirt bike, I am very impressed with how much of a road sport bike feel this bike has. The front brakes are incredible as well. The front end just dips down in the turns like it should and then zips right out. The current gearing on the bike will take it to mid 80 mph range. I have another set of sprockets that will get it to 100 mph you can have as well for those long open tracks. has pro circuit pipe with FMF silencer, has v-force 3 reeds. Air box has had the sides cut out for better air flow. This bike needs nothing to go on the track right now. It takes a lot of cash to set a bike up like this and it is tons of fun so no rediculous offers I am well aware a run of the mill cr85 dirt bike can be had for $700-$1000. this one is clean, fresh, and set up ready to go. Intro:For your consideration is this 1999 Ducati 900SS half fairing model. These 900SS’s are known as some of the best sport road bikes Ducati has made and actually are rock solid reliable. These bikes have a great following and support. The Super Sport heritage goes back to the earl 1970’s. What an interesting engine that has gobs of torque! I am an all the gear all the time adult rider and sports/exotic & motorcycle enthusiast. THE ONLY reason this motorcycle is available for your purchase is because I recently purchased a low mileage Ducati 996S and decided I would rather keep the 996S, although it was still a tough decision as I greatly enjoy both bikes. This 900SS is an absolute blast to ride and offers some of the best bang for buck in motorcycling. It is ready for the road and to be enjoyed as it sits! See down below for more info. I argue that this version, the 1999+ half fairing version, is the best looking of the early 1990’s to early 2000’s models. This 900SS specifically looks better than it should for its mileage and age. It truly is a bike mileage and condition wise you can stand there and admire. There are typical signs of use like chips, nicks, and some minor scratches throughout. Standing five feet from the bike, it looks nearly flawless. It is of the condition someone would want as a very nice rider, something they will not be nervous to park out in public, but yet something they can still admire and stare at in their garage. The most significant cosmetic blemish is a scuff on the right side above the Ducati decal. It is about the width of a pencil eraser and about 0.5” long. It looks like something bumped into it in the garage and scraped some of the clearcoat off as it is not through the paint. The left front corner of the fuel tank has some barely noticeable scrapes. It does not look to be due to the bike being down due to location and no scrapes on the engine cover or frame. It is not very noticeable. Please note that the flash from the camera makes it look like there are a few white big nicks throughout but that is not the case. Ducati has great paint and this red paint is great. It is deep and glossy. No part looks to have been repainted. The “gold” frame looks great as well. Someone could spend a little more time detailing but the wheels, exhaust, engine, gauges, etc. all cosmetically are great as well. Again, this is a very presentable machine. Mechanical: This bike is good to go the way it sits. Just hop on, ride, and enjoy. A Ducati tech previously owned this motorcycle and maintained it well. Unfortunately I do not have receipts but around 14,000’ish miles the belts were done and valves adjusted. Within the past year the oil of course has been changed and a new battery put in. The engine starts right away the first time every time. It idles excellently. It does not drip at all. It runs at a proper temperature. The exhaust is the upgraded Ducati carbon system and it sounds lovely. The transmission shifts well. The brakes are great front and rear. The suspension feels like how it should. The chain is fine. The tires have two season left on them I would say. The turn signals, headlight, brake light, gauges, and etc. all work like they should. There are no funny electric gremlins or anything. 1999 introduced fuel injection and the Ducati system is well sorted and works great. Rider Experience: This is about the most fun you can have on a bike for this kind of money. Why someone would want to buy a cookie cutter 600CC-750CC sport bike for the street versus something like this is silly to me. This truly is a sport bike and is more than sporty enough for the street. The engine is lovely. It is such a torquey motor. It pulls nicely throughout and makes it a blast to drive around town while on the 996S I have to shift and rev it more to get more out of it. Accelerating up to freeway speeds, the 900SS feels just as fast as the 996S. I have had other quicker bikes than the 996S (ex: Buell 1125R) and this 900SS truly has enough guts for the street. The engine sounds lovely. It of course has that deep thumping Ducati noise out of the upgraded Ducati carbon cans. The intake sounds cool tool. Very responsive and torquey engine. The brakes are great and from what I understand are straight off of the 996. The suspension feels very good as well. It definitely is sporty and is adjustable. The riding position definitely is sporty. It feels appropriate for the bike and lends to the style of riding you would want to do with the bike. I was really impressed with this machine. It really is not far off in experience that the 996S offers. The 996S though is what I originally had set out to get and has a collector type aspect to it that appeals to me. The 900SS is something that makes you just want to hop on, romp around on, twist the throttle to feel the torque, and to listen to the deep thumping sound. In Conclusion: I was really considering keeping both of these Ducatis but decided to simplify life a little thus the 900SS is available for you. Good tires, newer battery, timing belt service, valve adjustment, regular fluid changes, and being very nice cosmetically are tough to find in a sub $3,500 sport bike let alone a premium brand like Ducati. Please note, I am an automotive/motorcycle enthusiast (all the gear all the time rider) that lives by the code of “doing the right thing” in life. I have 100% feedback and have sold numerous sports/exotics sports cars. 1967 Triumph T100C/R Daytona 500   Engine Number: T100R DD47608 Frame Number: T100C H50639   These are a blast to ride, and ride anywhere.    The beautifully presented and very well built 1967 Triumph T100 offered here was built by a capable enthusiast over about a year. Starting with a 1967 T100C frame, which was powdercoated along with the rest of the cycle parts, and fitted with a Daytona twin carb 500cc engine from April of 1970 build, arguably the best year of the engine. The engine was rebuilt from the sludge traps and crank up to valves, including new bearings?, seals, gaskets, rings, valves, etc. It runs well with good responsive power. For increased performance and reliability the bike runs on new carburetors. The gearbox was “gone-through” and shifts well through an excellent clutch. A new wiring harness was installed, with a new battery. Brakes are excellent, as is suspension. Tires are new.    The bike is cosmetically excellent, with fresh paint, powdercoating, chrome plating, etc. throughout. Having covered only 274 miles since the full rebuild, it still shows perfectly.    The bike starts easily and runs well. 2015 CR500AF. This AF started out as a 2015 CRF250R then was professionally modified to utilize this beautiful 1998 CR500R Engine. This bike is as close to a new bike as possible. This 98 CR500 engine has 0 hours of use since its complete rebuild, Using Wiseco engine parts (89mm Piston). Wheels, Tires, and Exhaust system are NEW as well. Suspension has fresh oil and seals, All chassis bearings were either replaced or serviced. This "Y" portion of the frame is a hollow casting that utilizes a self hardening 713 alloy this exceeds manufacture spec. This AF has engine mounts, exhaust mounts, ignition coil mounts, ECU holder, FMF Muffler, Radiators, and Fuel pump block off plate are unique to this bike and cannot be ordered over a parts counter. We do have templates for all custom parts off this bike and we can reproduce them for a fee if needed down the road.
