$7500. For sale is an '03 SportyC that we chopped up with a hardtail from Led Sled Customs. Frame, paint, fender, lights, bars/grips, foot pegs , air cleaner and seat are all brand new, as is the front knobby tire. We put in a new ignition sensor, coil plugs and wires, and a new bank angle sensor. The oil tank is from Led Sled also, and all oil/fuel hoses were replaced. All new fluids, front tire is a Michelin over the 21" wheel and the back is a Dunlop. New inspection, runs strong, very quick bike.

This motor, speculated by the builder, is a 92 cubic inch motor. It has an S&S stroker crank shaft. S&S cylinders with high compression S&S pistons. It has T-Man performance cylinder heads (out of North Carolina), with decompressors on each cylinder head, ported and polished, big-valve heads. It has Red Shift cam shafts (grind unknown). S&S Super “G” with twin power jets. Aftermarket ignition unknown. Exhaust is Cycle Shack exhaust. It has an RC Comp front wheel instead of the spoke wheel. The bike is as you see it in the photos. It is in excellent condition with extremely low miles (9008 miles). It has never been dropped or in an accident. There are many thousands of dollars in motor work and various parts added to this motorcycle. The bike is NOT for a beginner street bike rider. This is a high performance motorcycle. It is what is commonly referred to as a rat bike, meaning no fancy paint, chrome, or anything not necessary. It has Stage 2 headwork and valves, done by NRHS in Denver. It also has NRHS pistons and jugs, running about 10.1 compression, and Screaming Eagle 536 cams. The rear brake is a WILWOOD, the front brake is stock. All leather work was done by me.This bike is a rider, fast and nimble. It cruises well at high speed and weighs only 500 lbs. If you are a wrench turner, this bike is for you!

You are looking at a "One of A Kind" Hand Built Thunder Road Motorcycles' Custom 1917 Harley Davidson replica rightfully dubbed "CopperHead"! This Motorcycle has been featured in Magazines, Calenders, and Taken "Best Hand Built Motorcycle" awards at various shows! This bike is NOT a kit. It started its life as a 1979 Harley Davidson Sportster and is currently registered as such today. But that is about the only info that will resemble its start as a 1979 Harley Davidson! The Ironhead 1000cc Sportster engine was chosen as the starting point of this project, the top end of this motor does not have through studs and allowed for heavy cosmetic modifications to produce the "One off" hand built "Copperhead" tribute you see today! This project was produced to portray the stylings and simple elegance of an early 1900's Harley Davidson but offer the owner features like electric start , disc brakes and modern controls! Finished in "Indian Burgundy" acrylic enamel paint, along with all hand painted lettering and striping, it is true to the vintage character it represents. This build took over 6 months to complete and most parts were completely fabricated from scratch using Hand Tools and a welder! The 21" Custom 80 Spoke Front & Rear wheels from "American Wire Wheel" with Radial Rotors are extraordinary! The disc brake set up looks like fine art accenting the wheels! Tires are 90-90-21 up front and 120-70-21 on rear. The unique "Jockey Shift" or Hand Shift with Rocker foot clutch smoothly shifts the 4 speed transmission and is a Fabricated marvel that must be seen in person! Antique accents like Gas primer cups, Gas Tank syringe, and Glass reader gauges exemplify an early century motorcycle but are not required for operation. This bike runs a standard 12 volt system and offers working headlight, tailight, signals and horn! The front forks were fabricated with the help of Factory H.D. Rockers & Springs and also feature one of a kind built-in dampener knobs with Latigo leather discs, all accenting the gold plated headlight bezel! The rear end including rear fender, tailight, and License plate bracket are all hinged and open to the side to allow for rear tire replacement when necessary! It has the standard points and Dyna coil, stock pistons, cams and lifters, the fuel is fed via a M88 Linkert Carburetor and has a dry sump oil system. The bike has been wired with all Mil-Spec wiring, and Euro Components Hand Controls operate the electronics. The riders seat was finished out by Persons Genuine Leather and offers a 3 stage built in cushion suspension. This bike is the nicest riding rigid frame you may ever experience! It is an absolute dream to ride and will draw crowds at every stop. If you have dreamed of owning a vintage Harley Davidson, but want some of the newer technology that makes your ride an enjoyable one, this is your one chance. This bike has about 175 miles on it since it was built and was last ridden in 2011. Since then it has been on display in a climate controlled facility until today.
