Up for sale is a complete dirt bike package. Comes with a 2007 YZ250F that has been fully serviced and ready to go. Just got the forks back from MX Tech Suspension. I am selling my 2002 Honda CRF 450R dirt bike. I am the second owner of this bike. I've only used it a few time in the past 4-5 years. Mostly trail rides, but a few rides at the Dunes. This is a solid fun bike to ride, lots of endless power, and fast. A few non-stock parts on the bike; Pro Taper handlebars, Yoshimura Pipe, New grips (can't remember the name), DRP upper tri-clamp. Fins Up Racing (Lompoc/Village) has done the work on the forks and Precision Motorcycle Services in Goleta has done some motor work. Included with purchase are the following items; Bike ramp, bike stand, (2) helmets- KBC and FOX both large, (2) pairs of gloves- TLD and FOX, (2) sets of knee/shin pads- MSR MX and AXO, (1) pair of elbow/forearm pads-MSR, (1) pair of boots sixe 11-Thor, (1) set of pants and shirt (rip in sleeve) size large- FOX, (1) set of pants(36) and shirt(L) (new with tags)-SHIFT, (1) shirt new -THORN, (1) extra rim with 10 paddle paddle tire. 1992 Yamaha RT 180 Vintage Dirt Bike restored 1992 Yamaha RT 180 total ground up restoration performed, Engine was recently broken in and rejetted for Yamalube 2R oil @ 32 to 1 I purchased this bike around 5 years ago from a friend looking to get back into the simplicity of a 2 Stroke air cooled dirt bike. What I discovered was a project requiring more time and money than I had anticipated. Anyway the last few years I began the process of acquiring NOS ,Used, and Aftermarket parts to completely restore this bike to a fully functioning condition. Engine Condition: The engine was rebuilt by Dave Santich (Local KTM Dealer) who bored out cylinder for new piston/rings , new crank bearing and seals, and inspected transmission gears for wear. Chassis Condition : Frame was cleaned/painted, inspected for cracks, Gas tank outside repainted( inside very clean), Steering stem bearing cleaned/greased, Swing Arm painted,cleaned, and greased, all wiring was inspected and tested , Exhaust pipe and muffler cleaned/painted , Shock was cleaned/inspected with a new RACE TECH bottom out bumper installed. List of new parts: Fork seals/boots, Handlebars/Grips, Twist throttle with custom Motion Pro cable to eliminate oil injection system, Frt/Rr tires and tubes, Frt Brake Master cylinder and caliper rebuilt, Replaced clutch basket/plates with newer ones, Frt/Rr sprockets with gold chain, Air Filter, Lighting coil, Engine kill switch, Clutch cable, Clutch lever, Stator coil and numerous seals and gaskets The Bike pulls strong from the first crack of the throttle and runs through all 6 gears just fine. Gas tank capacity is 3.4 gallons and requires premix since the oil injection system was removed. The Elba Headlight(Period correct) is in working order and can be turned off with a toggle switch. This bike can be ridden by an adult and has low seat height for a relaxed ride. Overall the bike was gone over 100% and can be ridden without worry. Two things to point out, the gas tank has some minor dents here and there no leaks though. Also the front wheel is slightly bent, can't be noticed riding. A plastic gas tank is still available and a used wheel can be had if you need it perfect. Many Parts for this bike are available here on EBAY at reasonable cost. One can still ride and have little fear of running out of spare parts. My reason for selling is having to many motorcycles with little time to ride them. If you had a Yamaha RT 180 at one time and would like another one......you won't find a cleaner example ready to ride like this one. Thanks for Looking!

Great condition Honda CRF 150F off road dirt bike. Starts right up after a kick or two, shifts smoothly. No fluid leaks, brakes and clutch are strong, steering is tight, Front and Rear shocks are strong, no issues with the chain drive either. The body is in pretty good condition but not perfect with some marks on the plastic. Garage stored, it has no noticeable fading of the plastics. The only issue I've found is a missing header heat shield ($35 for a Honda OEM). We haven't missed it riding in jeans and boots. Also, it's never had a kickstand, $58 from Honda. We store it on a floor jack as seen in the pics. I purchased this for my wife 2 weeks ago because she had one growing up, but after 3 hours of trail riding today, she feels that she has moved onto the ATV stage of her life. It ran beautifully and pulled my son and I through the trails great (we are both 6'2" and 215-245 lbs), but we will sell it to get the ATV. I am selling this dirt bike locally as well and may end this listing at any time. If the winning bid or offer requires the bike to be shipped, I will be happy to work with the buyer's shipper on preparing the bike for shipping as well as loading it. 2012 Honda CRF250R motocross bike in excellent condition! The bike was used for recreational riding. It was never raced and never crashed. It has about 75 hours on it. The plastic and exhaust are brand new OEM as I replaced the OEM items with aftermarket plastic and exhaust when the bike was new. The aftermarket plastic and exhaust are NOT INCLUDED as I have replaced them with the new OEM items. The only significant signs of wear are the tires and scuffing on the engine cases where your boots rub the bike. The front tire is original. The rear tire has been replaced once and the sprockets and chain have been updated to Renthal sprockets and a DID ERT chain (the stock chain and sprockets were still in OK shape when replaced). Well maintained with regular servicing to the air filter, oil, and oil filter. The title is clear. Buyer is responsible for transport. A $500 deposit is due immediately at the time of purchase. Stock motor and transmission, but otherwise a highly modified XR400R. Bike is in perfect running order with clear title. Runs strong. Easy kick starts. Frame is straight and bike tracks true. All features and components are in good working order. This was originally an "off-highway only" green sticker, 4-stroke dirt bike that has been legally modified and registered for street use. Comes with spare set of wheels mounted with good dirt tires, sprocket and brake discs. Many performance upgrades (see below) CA dmv street tags good till Nov '14, CA green sticker off-highway tag expired June '14 I am the 3rd owner. I have maintained and babied this bike for the several years I've owned it, and yes, the swing arm pivot has been periodically greased, so it's not frozen stuck as with many older XR's. The bike runs and looks fantastic! It's a head turner on the street. People stop to admire and ask questions about it. NOTE: This motorcyle has been used for the off-highway use it was designed for and shows the typical minor scrapes and scratches that you would expect to find on a used dirt bike. These flaws are cosmetic in nature and do not affect the reliability, operation or safety of the motorcycle in any way. Please examine the photos carefully before bidding. Honda did not include an odometer on the XR400R, so actual mileage is unknown. Buyer is responsible for pick up and shipping. I will also accept local pick up. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The following is some detailed information on the bike build that I think serious buyers will appreciate: Not your run of the mill XR400, far from it! This is a heavily modified California plated 2003 Honda XR400R. I built this bike to be an indestructible light weight performance dual-sport that does not compromise. The already reliable XR motor, fuel system and brakes are bone stock. But just about everything else has been upgraded. The stock suspension is only just adequate off-road, so I replaced the front fork springs with progressive rate coils and Race-Tech valving. Followed by a custom rate rear spring and revalved rear damper. With the stock suspension, riding through a west coast rock garden was stressful and fatiguing. But with the upgraded suspension, Scotts Steering Damper and SRC Fork Brace this XR now feels like an effortless and butter-soft ride, it just soaks up the roughest terrain. Very precise. It goes where you point it without jarring your limbs into jello. The slender A-Loop seat and fuel tank conversion allows you to get your body weight further forward in the turns which greatly improves control and stability, much like a moto-cross bike. To regain the lost fuel capacity of the stock tank, I added an Acerbis auxiliary fuel tank right behind the headlight shroud, again, redistributing weight to the front end improving steering control. This bike comes with 2 sets of wheels: One set wearing Avon Distanzias for the street, the other set has Dunlop Sports D739's for the dirt. To be a true dual sport I wanted the ability to ride around town, on the freeway or in the dirt. With a 15 tooth front sprocket and 45 tooth rear, the stock final gearing is 3:1 and works well on the trails, but it's not geared for freeway speeds (Actually, it's kinda dangerous to ride a stock geared XR400 on the freeway). For my dual purposes, I adjusted the chain length to accommodate 2 sets of gearing ; I went with a 43 tooth rear sprocket on both the street and dirt wheels with a 15 tooth front sprocket for the street giving you 2.866:1 gearing which allows for an easy, safe 70mph cruising speed on the freeway or high speed desert riding. For trail rides I swap in the dirt wheels along with a 13 tooth front sprocket giving it a 3.3:1 final drive gearing, turning the XR400 into an absolute tractor! I decided against running dual sport tires as I found them to be too much of a compromise for me, especially in the dirt. But if you the buyer prefer to run dual sports tires, allowing you to ride the freeway to your favorite trails, then you'd bring along the little13 tooth front sprocket and an allen wrench in your pocket and simply swap out the 15 tooth for the 13 tooth front sprocket at the trail head, which takes just minutes to do, and then swap back for the ride home. Easy! If you ride off-road, you know that falls happen. The XR is designed to take the knocks but in stock form it has some vulnerable spots, particularly the controls and weak stock handlebars (they turn into pretzels if you sneeze on them), which can leave you stranded if you fall and break something way out in the backcountry. To minimize the risk, I upgraded the handlebars to some thick-walled Pro Tapers and the brake and clutch levers to a set of double-jointed SunLine Racing levers that will flex in multiple directions if they ever make contact with terra firma. The gear shifter also has a flexible joint and is further protected by a set of SRC Case Guards, as is the rear brake lever. Finally, a beefy skid plate was added to protect the underbelly from big rocks. And don't forget, this is an air-cooled bike, so there's no radiator to break and leak coolant, leaving you stranded. As it stands right now, you'd really have to mess up badly to break this bike. Most dual-sport bikes are a compromise. However, with these carefully thought out mods, the extra wheels and gearing, this is a very versatile bike, that does not compromise, in any riding environment. Rear brake pads have just been replaced Fresh oil change Avon Distanzia street tires A-Loop Seat and tank kit (replaces stock seat and tank with more slender motocross style allowing rider to get body weight further forward for better control in turns) Acerbis Auxillary 1gal Fuel Tank Scotts Steering Stabilizer installed with anti-theft bolts Pro Taper thick wall aluminum handlebars Skid Plate SRC Case guards (protects engine side covers and foot controls) XR's Only folding Gear Shifter (folds away in a typical off-road fall, rather than the common breakage of the stock control, leaving you stranded) XR's Only heavy duty aluminum chain guard (Much stronger than the stock flimsy plastic chain guide) Dirt Trick Ironman rear sprocket (Engineered light weight design and much stronger and longer wearing than the standard aluminum sprocket) SunLine Racing fold-away front brake and clutch levers (folds in 2 axis greatly resisting breakage in a typical off-road fall) ProCycle dual-sport street legal kit (headlight, LED turn signals, LED tail & brake light, ignition switch, lighting controls, horn. When these MAGNIFICENT 250 YZ YAMAHA's were being made in 1978 "CYCLE" MAGAZINE called these 250 YZ's "A PERFECT.. "TEN OUT OF TEN" 10/10th's ..."THE PERFECT MOTOCROSS WEAPON" !!!!!PLEASE NOTE: This is one of the Very FIRST Years that the YZ 250 had the MUCH IMPROVED Heat Treated (Stronger & Lighter) "ALUMINUM" Mono Shock Swing Arm ! ! ! ! (Which MUCH INCREASES Her VALUE over the LESS Competitive & Much Heavier Iron swing arms of the earlier YZ 250 YAMAHA's)....Also, The 1978 Was Famous for Having "MUCH MORE USEABLE POWER BAND & a FAR BETTER SPREAD OF POWER THROUGHOUT HER HP BAND !!!! an not nearly as pipe-y as the harder to control 1978 & earlier YZ's Were ! ! We Disassembled Cleaned and Inspected her Clutch plates, and Shifter Mechanism & replaced the Gear Box Oil with Brand New SUPER High Quality "MODOL" (I feel ...The Best) Transmission Oil, My mechanic & I completely washed out & Flushed + Rebuilt her carburetor and & her Fuel Tank & Fuel Shut off Valve etc.. & installed a BRAND NEW Air Cleaner Element & I will include a Brand New inline fuel filter etc...& Every time we have run this Beautiful Bike over the past few days She has been running Better & Better & Better..."The Engine Runs Great and Typically Starts Super Easy.. & She Runs Well & Shifts Well thru the gears & Stops GREAT !!!! .& Again...This Wonderful Bike Spent the Bulk of it's life right here in Southern California & The Bulk of it's life was spent in covered Storage...& Again..."Believe it or not ..."She still has her "ORIGINAL 1978 YAMAHA Seat & Seat Cover on her" !!! The YAMAHA Dealers & a Zillion of other Sources still carry a TON parts for these & also ebay has TONS of Parts as well and there are plenty of Great websites and People that carry a TON of parts for these Wonderful YAMAHA 250 cc Dirt/ Race bikes should you ever need anything! ...& I feel the parts are overall of GREAT Quality and are AMAZINGLY VERY Fairly Priced !!! It's Front & Rear Fenders look Great and her had a little custom fabrication adding on Brand New oval Side number Panels ..& I feel overall her Body work are in Good overall Shape and like her beautiful YAMAHA Fuel Tank have been beautifully refinished with Nice New Correct Vintage YZ Graphics and as you can see I think all Look Great ! Her Gas Tank etc has been Nicely refinished with New Original style YZ YAMAHA style Graphics !!!! My Mechanic and I flushed out the Fuel Tank, Carburetor & Fuel lines & the entire Fuel System & added a Brand New in line Gas Filter & in her Original YAMAHA Air Box looks to be a BRAND NEW Upgrade style Air Cleaner....( & when we put new gas in her ...She Started Right Back UP ...WOW ! ! ! ) ...So this baby is Ready to Go have some Fun with ! The two Bikes in between ours & this were two 4 Cylinder "Two Stroke" YAMAHA a GP 500 & a GP 700 like my Hero the GREAT Kenny Roberts became a WORLD CHAMPION on !!! XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ..I think She looks Great ! ...I have always been very Proud of this Particularly Beautiful YAMAHA YZ 250 cc Vintage Race Bike ...& Even in 2015 She LOOKS GREAT & She still Starts Quick & Runs & Shifts & Stops ...GREAT ! ..as these YAMAHA 250 YZ's are Super FAST & Very Reliable & DURABLE Bikes ! & Vintage Racing Enthusiasts & Everyone I have ever meet seem to be in Total agreement that ...."These Bikes are SUPER FAST & GREAT for Vintage Racing ! & Quite Possibly one of the Very More FUN , RELIABLE & DURABLE RACE Bikes I have ridden in the past FIVE decades Since the late 1950's !"
