I put a battery in it and tested all the lights work and the horn very thing works . i used a little staring fluid and the bike did start but ran poorly no surprice after setting so many years . look like the carb was cleaned at one time . being a Honda and with great compression and spark i am sure it will run again after a basic turn up. The XL175 first entered the market in 1973 as a lightweight dual-sport motorcycle, and the model continued in production through 1978. The XL175 had a 173cc single cylinder OHC four-stroke engine mated to a 5-speed transmission and was started via a kickstarter only (no electric starter). The gauges included a speedometer and a tachometer up until 1976, when the tachometer was deleted for that and subsequent years. Braking was via front and rear cable operated drum brakes. 2006 KTM 640 Adventure  Dual Sport 26,269 miles This is the top of the line in large size dual sport bikes. Based on the KTM Dakar rally bike, this motorcycle has fully adjustable WP suspension; hydraulic clutch; twin Brembo disc brakes on front single disc on the rear.  All stainless steel brake lines  It is powered by the high output LC4 liquid cooled engine that produces approx. 50 H.P.  It has an electronic dash with digital speedo and analog tach; clock; twin trip odometers, plus a low fuel warning light with a separate odometer to count miles after the light comes on. It has electric start with a back-up kick starter. Factory center stand, skid plate, aluminum tapered handlebars with hand guards. It has powerful headlights with a “flash-to-pass” function.  The dash has a BMW style power socket. The fuel tank holds 6.7 gallons and at 50 MPG it will travel over 325 miles on a tank of gas! Front wheel is a 21” and the rear is an 18” giving you a wide range of tire choices. It has the factory KTM tank bag  A KTM portfolio contains the Operator’s manuals and other helpful information. All of the above is how this bike came from the dealer, except for the tank bag. I have added the following enhancements: FMF exhaust; KTM high-flow air box cover; Pro-moto billet aluminum rear rack with bag protectors; Sargents custom seat; side stand; KTM tool tube; heated grips. This bike has been stored in a climate-controlled garage, out of the elements, its entire life. It is a heavily, yet very tastefully and professionally modified SV650. The most technically-challenging fabrication done on this bike was performed by the original owner. He is a very talented welder and machinist. All work was performed in his university engineering lab, or by other professionals. I will share the full set of build photos with the buyer, including a spreadsheet with corresponding meticulous notes. You'll see how many different rear shocks were test fit, how many different exhaust configurations were experimented with, and the overall care and expertise that went into building the best example of the SV650 I've ever seen. This is my fourth SV. My first was a '99 N (I put 60K miles on it over five years). Then I bought an '04 S new, and did very few mods to it. Then a used bone-stock '03 SV1K and, when I realized the motor in the 1K was too unpredictable, and the brakes and suspension too inadequate for that much power, I took my time finding the perfect second gen SV650, and this was it. Since taking ownership, my goals with this bike were two-fold: to turn it into a proper hooligan streetfighter, and to adjust the ergonomics to be as comfortable as possible with purposes of being a very comfortable sport touring motorcycle. I'll concede that it's too light to be ideal for consecutive 500-mile days on the highway, even though I've done this, but it is a proper street fighter in every way while maintaining 95% of the reliability and ease-of-maintenance that an OEM sportbike has. The garage where I park only allows two bikes in my space and my girlfriend's bike is taking up the other spot (the things we do for love). I am only slightly flexible on the price, depending on which parts and accessories you may or may not want. I'd be happy to remove items to bring the cost down for you.

2009 KTM 530 EXC-RI bought this bike from the original owner with 600 miles on it.It's been well cared for with no issues.The 530 EXC is basically a 450 class MX bike with lights and everything for it to be street legal from the factory. This is not a converted dirt bike. It has a legit road worthy title. Has electric and kick start.I've mainly ridden this bike on forest service roads. 70/30 dirt/hwy Its been all through the mountains in NC, GA, TN, and the Colorado rockies.I hold the clean and clear Georgia title on it. The original owner put a Rekluse auto clutch in it. (this is about a $900 upgrade) For those not familiar, the Rekluse prevents stalling on tough technical trail riding. You can stop the bike in any gear without having to use the clutch. You can also use the hydraulic hand clutch just like any other bike. I added a Scott steering damper with integrated bar risers.Also added a carbon/fiberglass composite skid plate, motion pro fork bleeders, cycra pro bend hand guards, and a wide custom enduro engineering seat.Bike currently has only 3750 miles on it. Miles may go up a couple hundred by time of sale. No frame or engine damage of any kind. The plastics do have trail rash, and one broken rear blinker was repaired.Currently geared 15-45 on the sprockets so you can run fast on the highway when needed. I also have the stock ratio 13T front sproket.Front tire is a Dunlop D606 that only has a couple hundred miles on it. Rear tire is a Kenda DS with 1/4" of knobs left.Full WP suspension setup for a 165lb rider with stock springs and valving.Fresh oil change and new battery with sale.Only have one key.
