It has been garaged since I have owned it, and am selling it since I don't ride it as much, especially with a new baby. It has 64K miles on it, and as any Goldwing owner will tell you, these bikes can cross the 200K mark easily. I last changed the oil and filter at 62233 miles. Since I bought the bike from the previous owner, I have installed new tires, battery, plugs, headlight bulbs. I have a 1981 Honda GL1100 Goldwing Interstate for sale. This motorcycle is in great condition. It only has 48,092 miles on it! I bought this motorcycle from a Marine who had bought it with the intention of riding it cross country. He took the bike apart to do a major service on it. He was in no hurry, but he got redeployed before he had a chance to finish reassembling the bike. When I bought it it had been off the road for about two years. The bike was in very good condition, but needed to be put back together. The bike is all finished now and it is in great condition. The bike has new timing belts, new water pump bearings and seals. The carburetors were rebuilt, all the fluids and filters have been changed, the tires are very good and brakes are very good too. Everything works, lights, horn, turn signals it's all good. Considering it's age the paint is pretty good too. There is some clear coat deterioration, but overall the bike looks good. There is no rust and the bike has never been crashed. The registration is current, good until April, 2016. I have the clear CA. title, in my name, no back fees or second party transfers to worry about, all the paperwork is clear and up to date. I have some medical issues and I am not in a position to keep this bike. I need to sell it to help with expenses. You will be hard pressed to find a cleaner, lower mileage Goldwing!
