Very nice Kawasaki kz1000 1977 start right up and looks great . I restored this bike for a year or two and went on to other projects ,this year a decide to sell it i just bought a new battery , clean the carbs and the bike runs great, Might need extra tuning since it has not being used for a couple of years how ever i go to work everyday ,no problem. The bike has electronic ignition and corbin seat ,Vances and Hines with mufflers in great condition All electrical works The chromes are in great condition, the tank was professionally repainted how ever there is a blemish on the side barely noticeable with a Pingel petcock NEW Clutch plates and cable fork seal tires are like new sprockets and chain like new rims are anodized BAD No kick start The bike can be seen in Brooklyn on evening week days The bike has a clean PA TITLE under my name This is not a matching number bike ,the title and frame # match I was told than the motors and frame were build in different locations in 1977 that could explain the discrepancy in number motor being still kz1000A the speedo is NOT original so it's difficult to tell how many miles the bike has I Reserve the right to end the auction early since the bike is for sale locally . I have a 1978 KZ1000 up for sale. I have recently set the timing, cleaned the carbs, and also set the valve clearances to factory specs. It pulls very strong and runs as it should. I think it could still use some fine tuning to make it perfect. It has a Dyna electronic ignition and Dyna 3.0 ohm green coils. I put a new petcock on the tank, as well as an inline fuel filter and new fuel lines. The carbs on the bike are from a 1979 or 1980 KZ1000, they have the accelerator pump on the #2 carb. It has a little popping on deceleration, which I think is coming from running a little bit lean. The front brake works well, the rear brake could use some adjustment with the brake pedal. The bike needs turns signals and also the low beam is out, needing a new bulb. The clutch cable needs some minor adjustment, the bike occasionally wants to move slightly forward in 1st gear with the clutch pulled in. All shipping and arrangement of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I can help set a time to meet with a shipper, but everything else must be taken care of by the buyer. I have a clear Indiana title in my name, the mileage on the title is EXEMPT.

I am selling my one of a kind 1979 Kawasaki KZ1000 Pro Street style chopper. This bike has been extremely good to me and was my daily rider for several years. It is very reliable and very fast. It has approximately 24000 miles on the engine. The previous owner told me that he had a Wisco 1075 big bore kit installed when the bike had about 10k miles on it, but I never opened the motor to confirm. The new speedometer shows 106 miles (might go up a few). The last oil change was done at the 8 mile mark.This bike has a clear Florida title in my name.It was my daily rider for almost five years but I bought a new bike, and instead of neglecting it, I figured I would give someone else a chance to appreciate it. 1975 Kawasaki Z1B 900 with 18850 original miles! This is an opportunity to own an absolutely stunning example of this 40 year old super bike. I have owned more than a dozen of these 900s over the years including a twin to this one that I purchased new in 1975. This 900 is without question one of the most beautiful Z1 motorcycles that you will find anywhere. If you are looking for a cheaper example that you will need to make excuses for, they are out there. However, if you are looking for a 900 that will turn heads at any vintage Japanese motorcycle event, this is the one! I had the carburetors rebuilt and synchronized by my local Kawasaki dealer who has been selling Kawasaki motorcycles since 1968. The oil and filter was also changed. The bike has only been riden 20 miles since then. This bike has the original "303" wheels. Any parts that were replaced were done so with OEM/NOS Kawasaki parts. The exhaust are Doremi brand which is the same company that made the original exhaust for the Kawasaki 900s in the 1970s. I have a clear Pennsylvania title for this bike in my name. The bike also comes with the original owner's manual and Kawasaki tool kit. Everything on this bike works as it should. It is a very strong running bike and is very fast! This is not a "must sell" situation. I collect Kawasaki 900s and occasionally "thin the heard". Low-ball offers will not be considered. This 900 is in storage in a car capsule and will remain there until I pass it on to the next collector. The last photo shows the bike in its storage capsule. The red 900 is the only one for sale at this time. The other bikes in the last photos are not for sale at this time.
