Selling a 2010 Moto Guzzi V7 Cafe classic. New Battery (2016); new tires (2015); expertly maintained at an Italian bike specialist. Currently has ~9350 miles (subject to change as it is still being driven); Excellent condition. Basic specs: 744 cc v-twin; four stroke, fuel injected. 48 Horsepower31.6" seat height27.5 deg. rake. Weights (wet / dry) 437 lbs. / 401 lbs. Fuel cap. 4.5 gal. 5-speed transmission. This is an excellent starter bike - single passenger only with a cafe racer seat. (No pillon.) Very high upright riding position and a traditional look, reminiscent of classic Guzzi's of years past. I am the second owner; purchased privately from original owner in Fairfield County CT. Purchased in 2013 and since taking ownership have put over $1000 into tires, battery, pads, etc. However this motorcyle is completely stock - no modifications. Selling in order to make room in my garage for a touring bike.

Rare sought after bike. Classic Tenni Green and brown leather on a naked modern frame. Cycle World says "the engine starts with ease and idles steadily with its characteristic side-to-side rocking motion that is quite soothing while stopped at traffic signals. The fuel injection responds to throttle inputs like Swiss clockwork, and ample torque is ready and willing from just above idle to the 8000-rpm rev limit. Upshifts through the six-speed gearbox are both light and precise, while back-shifting retains a hint of long-throw old-school action. Casual running within town and an 80-mph freeway pace call for no more than 4500 rpm to be dialed up on the large-faced analog tachometer. The saddle is as comfy as they come, and the riding position places you in a posture that's ideal for spirited cornering without extracting a toll on the lower back, forearms or wrists when you simply need to get from here to there. Chassis stability is exceptional, as is steering feel, which also proved relatively light. This is a 1976 Honda CB500T bike with 9800 original miles which just came out of long term storage. The frame and original paint on the bike is in excellent condition with only a couple of small scratches. The chrome is in good condition and the seat is nice with no rips or tears. The rear brake and clutch work and I can shift the bike through the gears. The bike kicks over with good compression but I have not tried to start it. It needs a battery, the front brake fixed and probably the carbs cleaned out from sitting. I have the ignition key but not the key for the gas tank and seat. Connecticut does not require titles on bikes older then 1981 so it will be sold with the CT DMV Q1 and H115 forms. Please ask any questions prior to buying/offers. I can assist with delivery.
