Beautiful Moto Guzzi Eldorado for sale. 22,458 miles, may be a little higher by auction close. 400 miles put on the bike since the following service work has been performed: Cylinders stripped of chrome lining and replaced with Nikasil, by Millenium Technologies, in Wisconsin. The original pistons are matched to the cylinders and all new rings direct from Italy installed. Their work is beautiful. New spark plugs, plug wires, throttle cables, choke cables replaced with flip type levers, (originals included), distributor cap, rotor, points and condensers. The tank and the carbs were cleaned. The oil and final drive lube is fresh. The bike has a new Odyssey 925 battery, very powerful. It starts at the touch of the button and runs great. Very nicely balanced bike in the curves. The bike has the stock head pipes mated to Bub mufflers. The mufflers are very desirable and now unobtainable. Their sound is throaty and mellow, not overly loud or harsh. The bike has police model handlebars. I do not have the originals. It has crash bars, and the right crash bar has a small dent. No other damage. I have a brand new, very comfortable aftermarket seat mounted on the bike. The original seat in very good condition is included. The original is shown in the photos. The bike is the original black with white pinstriping. The pinstriping has some cracking but still looks good. I know it's an over used word, but this bike has just the right amount of patina. Included are the original hard bags and bracket, not currently mounted, but that is easy. They match the black with white pinstripe paint. Of course the engine and frame numbers match. All keys are included. The original owner/service manual and tool kit are included, and even the original sales receipt! I am currently running an original 1973 license plate, and a vintage plate registered to the bike is included. Clean and clear Ohio title in my name. Up for sale is my beautifully restored 1975 Moto Guzzi Eldorado Police bike. This is one of the very last Loop Frame bikes ever built - matching frame and engine number VP063062. This thing is absolutely perfect! It is the nicest loop frame in the world. I just finished a complete restoration using the best of everything along with a lot of extra bling. Some highlights include: - 955cc Big Bore Kit, High Performance Cam, Restored Original Friction Siren, and Brand New Reproduction Leather Saddle Bags, all from Moe at Cycle Gardens in Huntington Beach, CA. - The engine and transmission were completely rebuilt by Stormy Cycle in Albertville, MN. This included using Cycle Garden's big bore kit and high performance cam, rebuilding and balancing everything, rebuilding the heads, and inspecting and replacing all seals and gaskets. - All the chrome was stripped, show polished and then triple chrome plated by JR's Custom Plating in North Branch, MN. I chromed a lot of extra details and it all turned out beautiful! - The paint and bodywork was completed by Albertville Auto Body in Albertville, MN. The frame was powder coated before paint. The tins were painted then sent to Cycle Gardens for pin striping and silk screening then returned for clear coat over the striping. The paint job is just beautiful! - The fuel tank was cut apart, blasted, chromed, and then welded back together, painted, and the inside coated. The chrome and paint is just beautiful. Every part of this bike was restored two years ago. I have put on over 6000 miles in the last two years. The bike was built to ride. Everything works as it should. She runs and rides like new. I detail it regularly to keep it looking like new. The chrome, paint, engine, tranny, clutch, forks, wheels, and everything was completely tore down, rebuilt, re-plated, re-painted, polished and made like new or better. Moto Guzzi 1970 Moto Guzzi Ambassador Eldorado 750 custom bobber chopper

I purchased this in November of 2008. It is a 1970 Moto Guzzi Ambassador 750 with a four speed transmission and is titled here in NC as an antique. Since I have had it, I have enjoyed riding it but I do not ride it as much as I used to. Now I am trying to simplify my life. It rides great and needs nothing. I bought it for $2500 and have put well over $3k into it. Most recently in December of 2012 I had a $2577 rebuild done to it. The whole bike was stripped down gone over and rebuilt by Jeff Gundlach of Raven Motorcycles. He hand builds bikes based on the Moto Guzzi engine and he knows these bikes inside and out. See the invoice for all he did. It was a complete tear down and rebuild where the clutch was replaced, almost all the seals were replaced and the bike was given a thorough going over including a carb cleaning and rebuild. It has had less than 1000 miles on it since the rebuild. When I got it the frame had already been lowered and the progressive shocks were in place. The fork had been rebuilt and the forward shifters and breaks were in place. The paint was done prior to me as well, and is just a simple flat black. I almost painted the tank an “old skool” green sparkle but I decided to let it be for now in case the new owner want to personalize it his/her way. With a fancy paint job this could be a five figure bike. After I had ridden it about a year I had the carbs rebuilt with new floats. I then put on the solo seat with the springs mounted to the frame. In 2010 I had new tires put on. The front is a Heng Shin and the rear is a Dunlop. I had the exhaust rebuilt with black fishtail pipes and baffles. Last year I put on the vintage DuoLamp rear tail light. It works as it should with running light and then the “Stop” when the rear brakes is pressed. I have put less than 1000 miles on it since the rebuild. I did an Iron Butt on this before the rebuild and before the new tires and did not have issues. Now with the rebuild it will be good for another 40 years. Feel free to ask questions and I will answer to the best of my knowledge. Deposit due at auction end then balance on pick up. “Pick Up” only and this will be for sale locally as well so feel free to come look at it. Note- You might notice the handle bar grips don't match. I took the pictures before I had changed it out. The left grip now matches the throttle side.
