I have a 1974-75 Kawasaki KS125 great bike to restored with little work. Bike is in complete shape/ good condition. has good compression and spark. I found the bike and it has been sitting for some years covered with blankets and plastic inside a old farm house. I did hook batt. up and lights work and has spark. bike did fire and ran good for about 30sec.I didn't want to run long not knowing or going through it all.. it should be gone through, carb cleaned and a good once over to check it all out. I did pull carb cover and carb is not all gummed up and works. It does need a air filter, front sprocket and a air inlet hose it is dry rotted along with fuel hose, missing key, tires are also needed. Bike only has 3,273 miles. Rims are straight and tight seat has no rips ,brakes work. all levers and controls work. Again bike is a VERY great bike to restore or put a few bucks into it and ride. Up for sale is my vintage 1974 Kawasaki KS125. I have a clear Florida title in hand. Just finished a painstaking, true to original, two year frame up restoration with a combination, repainting, refinishing, replacing OEM parts. Searching for parts was nearly impossible as the KS125 was only made for two years...1974-1975...VERY RARE...Whenever possible parts were replaced with NOS and when no longer available they were cleaned, blasted, re-chromed or repainted. The original Candy Lime Green paint was used and done professionally...the side cover is a brand new NOS part. The engine and carburetor were gone over thoroughly and cleaned repaired and tuned where necessary. I would rate the bike as a 8.0-9.0 on a scale of 1-10, because there are a few original un-retouched parts such as the tires and rims. The speedometer shows 750 miles as of today, however it may have a few more by the time it sells as its a blast to ride...everyone stops to ask about it... I have tried to include as many detail pictures, including a few "before"s, as possible however I can always add/send more by request. The entire restoration is documented in pictures. In the past I have restored and sold a 1962 Yamaha YDS-2, 1968 Kawasaki A7-SS Avenger, 1976 Kawasaki KZ900 LTD, 1976 Honda CR125 Elsinore and many others with great results so consider this bike with confidence. I find myself peeking under the cover of this one each time a walk through my garage. A 2006 Custom built Chopper that has more than its share of attitude, this beauty is a sure attention getter anywhere it goes. Throw your leg over the thundering 100 ci Rev Tech motor, coupled with a sweet sounding set of Samson BIG radius pipes and you will undoubtedly be the center of the motorcycle universe. The best part is you get to be the center of attention for less cost than a new Sportster and 1/4 of the $30,000.00 price tag when this one sat new on the showroom floor. This machine is in terrific condition and has been well cared for by its two owners. The paint is way above average in quality and more than average in condition. The different layers of flames and clear coating are well done as you can see in the many pictures. The babe on the back is there since there is no seat for the real thing I guess? It has no visible dents, damage, or issues that I could see. The only minor fault may be a few touch up places on the frame from assembly and adjustments to fitted components. The one nick by the VIN is from the steering stop. The bike is equipped with chrome front forks, chrome brake calipers, chrome chain sprocket, braided lines, chrome oil tank, chrome starter, chrome front and rear spoke wheels, chrome grips, chrome brake and clutch levers, chrome front and rear master cylinders, chrome regulator, to many chrome engine parts to mention, multise cross license plate light bracket, an old skool single rider springer leather seat, polished aluminum bullet shifter peg, rider pegs, brackets and much more. The Rev Tech 100 ci engine is smooth and crisp. The bike rides down the road smoothly and is not all over the road as some of these can be. I bought this bike at an auction for my wife to learn to ride. This was a great first bike! I just bought her a bigger bike, so this one needs to find a new home. The bike has 10,004 miles on it. They don’t make these bikes anymore, but you can easily find parts on EBAY and scrappydogscooters.com. You can also get engine parts from Yamaha because the manufacturer used the same basic engine design that Yamaha used on the VSTAR 250cc bikes. There are only 3 problems that I know of with this bike. Has a small oil leak coming from the engine case. I see a drop or 2 every time I park the bike. He finds himself travelling constantly in his service to our nation and has had no time to ride in years. That said, he finally made the decision to sell this super low mileage machine. It was sold new through the Military sales division of Harley Davidson in Kansas City, KS. This beautiful 2005 Harley Davidson FLSTC Heritage Softail Classic in the super sharp and really classic two-tone Vivid Black/Lava Red Pearl sporting only 4,837 miles has had impressive care. The bike is amazingly clean and the two-tone paint really has an impressive look when the sun is shining and contrasting with the brand new wide whitewalls. I personally inspected and detailed the bike and there is not a ding, scratch, dent or anything that I detected other than a dime size spot of touch up on the top of the back fender. I tried to photograph it, but it very hard to see and washes in the photos. The front and rear wide whitewalls are brand new. The leather seat is like new with no wear or damage. This is one of those WOW bikes when you see it in person. It has to be one of the cleanest bikes Ive had my hands on in some time. The chrome is in excellent condition and all components work as they should. The factory security system will give you peace of mind when you leave her behind for a few hours and the feel youll get when youre cruisin the streets well that is something every man dreams of and every woman secretly desires. In addition to the standard equipment and all the chrome accessories it has a rocking set of Vance & Hines exhaust to finish it off.
