Okay. Just like you, I know the chopper craze is over. However, if you think about it, what that will do will be to eliminate all the half-done amateur bikes, the wannabes, the homebuilts, the tacky overdone "theme bikes," and all the other custom bikes of low or dubious quality. What will survive will be the beautiful sculptural pieces of rolling art like the motorcycle I have listed here. This particular bike has a story. It was bought from the manufacturer, Precious Metals Customs in Woodstock, GA, by Lynn Jones of Lynnco Custom Cycles in Cleveland, TN, with the intent of donating it as a fund-raiser for the Mary Ellen Locher Foundation of Chattanooga. The exquisite paint and pinstriping were done by Chris Cruz Artistry of DeLand, FL. The motor is a completely polished 100 ci Ultima, transmission is a polished Baker 6-speed, and forks are by American Suspension. It has a 3-inch belt primary drive, all chrome. The oil tank is hidden under the transmission and the rear brake is a drilled disc located on the transmission countershaft. It has a 300-series rear tire and the three-spoke wheels are beautifully chromed. Every weld on the frame is perfectly smoothed giving the appearance that is was molded out of one continuous piece of tubing. All lines and wiring are routed internally through the frame or fork tubes giving is an extremely clean appearance. There are no handlebar controls and no speedometer or tachometer. Since there is no speedometer, I do not know the mileage, but it is obviously very low. I listed 1000 miles in this ad as I was forced to enter a number by eBay. The motorcycle was given away as the grand prize of a fundraising raffle for the Foundation at Chattanooga's Riverbend Festival in 2007. The Steve Miller Band was the headline act that year, so Steve Miller signed the tank in gold. Small paint drops were added to symbolize the fireworks at the festival and the signature was clear-coated along with the rest of the paint. The bike was named The Eagle by Lynnco after the famous Steve Miller Band song and the eagle heads Cruz painted on the sides of the tank. I cannot stress enough the quality of the this bike. The paint is absolutely gorgeous. The chrome is flawless. It is truly a piece of rolling sculpture that looks as though it belongs in a museum. It is completely rideable and ready to go right now. It has been ridden in the past, so it is not absolutely perfect, but it is very nearly so. I really need to sell it and I will happily consider any and all cash offers or partial or even trades. I did not win this bike. I am the third owner and got it in a trade myself. Any trade offer you present will be considered and I will respond to it. It is very powerful and fast and will carry a 300 lb man like he is a child. iT DOES RUN AND RIDE VERY GOOD. NOW FOR WHAT PROBLEMS YOU WILL FIND " Not for children , "this machine has been called a death trapp due to its speed and less than perfect rear brake. Visually the paint is great but will have chips of course as it is a play toy. and the kick stand has vibrated off and is lost and gone , The front and rear wheels have a significant amount of rust that I never tried to clean as I am happy with it the way it is .. The hand controlled rear brake does function but does not slow you down quickly.. It can probably be adjusted with a simple screwdriver but again it does'nt bother me and I never looked into it .. I just get on and ride and warn my friends when they ride. It does not need a carb adjustment like all of the other bikes however the choke does not function there fore .. you need to pull the starter and quickly get to the throttle to keep it running till it is warm .. There is not a fuel mix screw so you dont have to wonder if you are going to screw something up.. There is an idle screw that I turn it up a bit while it is cool and once warmed I turn it back down .. Ebay forced me to give this a model year but I have no idea when it was built and there is no such thing as mileage or title .. you will get a bill of sale with the bike 14 day satisfaction guarantee I Pride myself on doing 5 star service and want you to have a happy shopping experience so I offer you a 14 day satisfaction gauranteed warranty . I find myself peeking under the cover of this one each time a walk through my garage. A 2006 Custom built Chopper that has more than its share of attitude, this beauty is a sure attention getter anywhere it goes. Throw your leg over the thundering 100 ci Rev Tech motor, coupled with a sweet sounding set of Samson BIG radius pipes and you will undoubtedly be the center of the motorcycle universe. The best part is you get to be the center of attention for less cost than a new Sportster and 1/4 of the $30,000.00 price tag when this one sat new on the showroom floor. This machine is in terrific condition and has been well cared for by its two owners. The paint is way above average in quality and more than average in condition. The different layers of flames and clear coating are well done as you can see in the many pictures. The babe on the back is there since there is no seat for the real thing I guess? It has no visible dents, damage, or issues that I could see. The only minor fault may be a few touch up places on the frame from assembly and adjustments to fitted components. The one nick by the VIN is from the steering stop. The bike is equipped with chrome front forks, chrome brake calipers, chrome chain sprocket, braided lines, chrome oil tank, chrome starter, chrome front and rear spoke wheels, chrome grips, chrome brake and clutch levers, chrome front and rear master cylinders, chrome regulator, to many chrome engine parts to mention, multise cross license plate light bracket, an old skool single rider springer leather seat, polished aluminum bullet shifter peg, rider pegs, brackets and much more. The Rev Tech 100 ci engine is smooth and crisp. The bike rides down the road smoothly and is not all over the road as some of these can be.
