Hello here is a 1982 Yamaha XJ750 Maxim 750 CC for sale.I've owned this bike for around 7 yrs now all together.It's been a decent bike and runs great for the age but being carberated it takes it a bit to warm it up as choke is a little touchy. The odometer reads 12669 but I replaced odometer a few years back so unsure of actual mileage. I last rode it in September 2015 and is inspected until 4/2016.

1982 Yamaha Xj750 MAXIM, For sale: '82 XJ 750K in very nice shape, starts and idles good, carbs may need to be sunk. I purchased the bike recently from my father whom rode the motorcycle for a summer, then stored it in his heated shop until selling his house and moving cross country last winter. The battery is strong, tires have a summer or more left, all lights work, always well maintained... comes with accessories including a six pack rack- with back rest and a wind-jammer. 33K miles, doesn't smoke, ran like a dream when parked in 2010... NEEDS TABS so bring a way to haul and help to load, still idling a little rough but you might be able to ride down my street. If you know anything about these bikes then you already know that they haul $1,500.00

Great starter bike for a new rider - money issues force sale. When I purchased the bike I was an enthused rider...shortly after the purchase I was involved in an auto accident in my car. After that I refused to learn to ride in fear that I would crash the bike and injure myself. The bike is in good shape but does need the carburetor checked for it has a leak when the engine runs. It has a NEW rear tire and has been ridden by a neighbor and myself around the house. There has been a safety check on the bike and all is well, just needs a little TLC to be a great daily rider. The tags are paid in full till July 2016.

For Sale 1983 YAMAHA XJ750 4 Stroke with 20,000. I Purchased this bike about a year ago for $1250.00. It is currently registered with tags good til April 2015. Have Pink Slip in Hand. I bought a used motor from the dismantler and had Avengers Bike Shop in San Bernardino swap out the motor, install new Tires, and pep cock also comes with an extra engine with approximately 35,000 for parts. I had the bike painted in beautiful black metallic. I have invested over $3,000 in this bike and I have receipts showing the work done. The work left to be done is the carborators need to be rebuilt, a new battery, speedometer and front shock seals. Perfect for can am or bobber conversion. Only reason I am selling is I was slapped owing taxes and I need the cash so I am forced to sell and take a great loss on this beauty. I have a 1982 Yamaha XJ 750 Maxim for sale. Vintage motorcycle in very nice physical condition. The engine runs great but floods due to a bad carburetor. Just pick up a relatively cheap rebuild kit for the carb and it will run just fine. Other than that, the engine is in excellent shape with new seals, new plugs, fresh oil change, the works! Reads 22,000 original miles, extremely low for a motorcycle from 1982. Has digital everything. Does a full diagnostic check on start up. This is a 33 year old motorcycle, keep that in mind so you know what to expect. No refunds. Sold as is, no warranty.
